This is not a morning routine episode. This is a therapeutic system built from years of trial, error, and paying very close attention to a body with autoimmune disease.Brandi takes you through her full day, from 6:30 AM to lights out at 11, and Dr. Desiree breaks down the biology behind every single piece of it. Not because it looks good on paper, but because the research backs it and the Oura ring data confirms it.If you are living with an autoimmune condition, or you know something is off and you cannot name it yet, this episode is the one to send to every woman in your life who needs to hear it.What You'll Learn:Why the first five minutes after you wake up are the most neuroplastic window of your entire day and how to use that on purposeWhat Brandi puts in her morning mason jar and the specific reason each ingredient is in there (lemon, apple cider vinegar, mushroom extract and why order and timing matter)The three-legged stool model of autoimmunity and how every element of Brandi's day maps directly to one of those three legsWhy meditation is not a wellness extra for someone managing autoimmune disease, and what the epigenetics research actually says about itThe difference between morning coffee and matcha for your cortisol levels, your gut lining, and your immune regulationWhat "back pocket thoughts" are and how a 10-15 minute journaling practice is physically building new neural pathways in your prefrontal cortexWhy morning light in your eyes (without sunglasses, without a window) sets your circadian rhythm for the entire day and directly affects sleep quality 14-16 hours laterThe one thing that is independently associated with increased inflammation regardless of what else you are doing (and it is not your diet)Why Brandi takes Reishi and magnesium bisglycinate every single night and what her Oura ring data shows about sleep quality when she doesHow a hot shower before bed is triggering the same nervous system wind-down signal as your evening supplementsWhat the glymphatic system does while you sleep and why no supplement or practice can replace the repair work that only happens in those hoursThe single strongest predictor of microbiome diversity, and how to hit 30 plant foods a week without overhauling your entire kitchenResources Mentioned:Eversio Wellness 5 Mushroom Blend (Metabolic / Hormone Balancing): https://www.eversiowellness.com/Eversio Wellness Lion's Mane: https://www.eversiowellness.com/Eversio Wellness Reishi: https://www.eversiowellness.com/Soar Organics Matcha (Vancouver-based, USDA and Canada Organic certified): https://www.soarorganics.com/EWG Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen (annual pesticide guide for produce): https://www.ewg.org/foodnews/Oura Ring: https://ouraring.com/The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk (referenced in context of trauma and autoimmune disease)Brandi's Book: https://www.eversiowellness.com/products/healing-your-body-mind-and-soulTake the Eversio Wellness Quiz: https://www.eversiowellness.com/pages/take-our-quizYour Next Steps:Take the Wellness Quiz to find the right mushroom for you: https://www.eversiowellness.com/pages/take-our-quizShop Eversio Wellness and save 15% with code PODCAST15: https://www.eversiowellness.com/Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eversiowellness/Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCSZdEq_Qk0SYCKCeAwuuiwListen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0cNGNkTVcgpS2an1IFy1HJ?si=673791bd190e4c33

Aishwarya Mishra spent 12 years as a software test engineer before she enrolled at TAFE Adelaide and switched to interior design. She now runs Aishmi Design in Adelaide. She was born in Odisha, grew up in Hyderabad, and comes from a creative family - trained Odissi dancer, fashion designer uncle, mother in media. The software career happened because in Hyderabad, you're handed a short list of options. She picked software, worked it for 12 years, reached management, and decided she wanted something creative. She enrolled at TAFE Adelaide, got her diploma, and credits the practical training there with making her want to fight harder for her place in the industry. She now works alongside her mentor Tanya Nikolic on residential projects end to end - floor plans, 3D renders, site visits, client and trades communication. Her design philosophy is built around color. She's Indian, not scared of pattern or bold palettes, and says most of her client work involves showing people - through renders and patience - that color in a home is a feature, not a risk. She calls the current state of Australian interiors a "beige pandemic." Her counter: you spend 60 to 70 percent of your time at home. It should make you feel something. Her TAFE final project was designing a home for a client with a degenerative disease - eyesight deteriorating over time, wheelchair use ahead. She added color and high-contrast surfaces and made it feel like his home. National award finalist.Skills she carried from software: fast tool adoption, time management, client and trades navigation. She says software engineering has a role in everything she does in interior design now.Seven years in Adelaide - two in Sydney before that. She says the small market is an advantage for someone building a name. Every loan officer wants to do more loans in less time, but that scaling doesn't happen when you keep doing everything yourself. In this episode of The 360 Experience Podcast, Tim Braheem sits down with Julie Crow, a veteran mortgage originator who is on pace for roughly 180 loans in 2026 — and she has built that business largely through Realtor relationships, reputation, client care, and old-school execution. No flashy social media strategy. No massive marketing machine. No active CRM.Top Takeaways for Loan Officers:1️⃣ Why doing everything yourself is not a badge of honor — it is probably the ceiling on your production.Julie shares how letting go of file-level tasks has already helped her increase production and create more time for pre-approvals, Realtor relationships, and business development.2️⃣ The leadership shift every high-producing LO eventually has to make.Tim breaks down why your job is no longer to be the doer of everything. Your job is to train, empower, and lead the people who can help you scale.3️⃣ How to transfer trust from “me” to “we.”Julie built her brand on personal care and execution. Tim shows how loan officers can keep that high-touch experience while positioning the team as part of the value proposition.4️⃣ Why your CRM may be the biggest untapped opportunity in your business.Julie has thousands of past clients but no active CRM. They talk about why that database could become one of the most profitable assets in her business — and why she should not be the one manually building it.5️⃣ How simple, memorable client touches still win. From approval cookies to personalized closing binders to high-quality blankets, Julie proves that thoughtful, useful, human touches still create loyalty, referrals, and Realtor trust.ABOUT TIM BRAHEEMWith more than 25 years of experience as a highly successful mortgage professional, industry leader, educator, and life coach, Tim Braheem is committed to engaging with people on a deep level and helping them uncover the barriers they have placed in the way of having the level of success they deserve in both their business and personal lives.FOLLOW Instagram ► https://www.instagram.com/tbraheem/LinkedIn ► https://www.linkedin.com/in/timbraheemTHE LOAN ATLASJOIN ► https://go.theloanatlas.com/membership FOLLOWInstagram ► https://www.instagram.com/theloanatlas/YOUTUBE ► https://www.youtube.com/@LoanAtlas----------

You've done the breathwork. You've gone to the retreats. You've signed up for the morning routine. So why does nothing stick? If that question hits close to home, this episode is going to stop you in your tracks. We sat down with Andrea Ferguson, founder of the F.I.T. Life Method Academy (where F.I.T. stands for Fully In Tune), a coach, healer, and nervous system expert who has spent years helping high-achieving women get out of survival mode and into real, everyday capacity for living. Andrea isn't selling you more discipline. She's pointing to the missing piece that most wellness programs skip entirely: true internal capacity, and why building it is completely different from coping. We talk about the science behind your nervous system's "window of tolerance," why your body is not betraying you, and what it actually takes to feel regulated not just on vacation, but on a Tuesday. This one is personal for us at Eversio. Andrea has worked with Brandi and Craig as leaders, and she has come into our retreats and changed how our whole team shows up. We do not recommend people lightly. This is someone we trust completely. What You'll Learn:The difference between coping and building true internal capacity (and the honest signal that tells you which one you're doing)Why high-functioning, high-achieving women are often the most depleted people in the roomWhat the "window of tolerance" is, and how to stop swinging between overdrive and the Netflix couch collapseWhy your body is not betraying you. It is communicating with you, and what to do with that messageThe reason breathwork retreats and meditation don't create lasting change on their ownWhy more discipline is often just more pressure in disguise, and what to build insteadThe role of community in real integration, and why you cannot heal in isolationHow your life, relationships, and body are all a direct reflection of your internal stateWhat emotional regulation actually is, and why it is the number one skill Andrea says women need right nowWhat Andrea's F.I.T. Feeling alone in your child's autism journey? Learn how support, guidance, and community can accelerate progress and bring hope to recovery. If you're a parent walking the path of autism recovery, you already know something that most people don't: This journey can feel incredibly lonely. Not because you don't have people around you—but because unless someone has lived it themselves, they often don't fully understand it. The endless searching. The second-guessing. The trial and error. The quiet moments of wondering if you're doing the right thing. I know this because I lived it. When my child was struggling with symptoms of autism, I did what most parents do—I turned to doctors, therapists, and professionals, hoping for clear answers. But instead, I found they didn't know what to do or would offer bits and pieces but didn't have a complete roadmap. What they offered was more uncertainty. And often, the message that improvement beyond a certain point simply wasn't possible. So I did what many parents eventually do when answers aren't handed to them: I started researching. Learning. Testing. Piecing things together on my own... Click Here or Click the link below for more details! https://naturallyrecoveringautism.com/244

Her perspective brings a grounded, honest lens to how people communicate and why so many struggle to feel seen and heard.Top Takeaways for Loan Officers:1️⃣ “It's Fine” Is Quietly Eroding Trust in Your Relationships. Avoiding honest communication may feel easier in the moment, but over time it creates resentment, misalignment, and disconnection—personally and professionally.2️⃣ The Hidden Cost of Editing Yourself. When you shape your words, tone, or opinions to win approval, you lose authenticity. And without authenticity, real connection and trust are impossible.3️⃣ Emotional Safety Is the Foundation of Every Strong Relationship. People open up when they feel safe. Learning how to listen without judgment and hold space for others changes the depth of every relationship in your life.4️⃣ Communication Is a Skill Most People Never Learned. Struggles in relationships aren't random—they're the result of not being taught how to express, listen, and stay present in meaningful conversations.5️⃣ Real Connection Requires Intention, Not Assumption. Great relationships don't just happen. They are built through consistent, intentional time, honest dialogue, and a willingness to be vulnerable. This isn't just about romantic relationships. It's about how you show up in every conversation that drives your business forward. If your relationships aren't strong, nothing else really works the way it should.ABOUT TIM BRAHEEMWith more than 25 years of experience as a highly successful mortgage professional, industry leader, educator, and life coach, Tim Braheem is committed to engaging with people on a deep level and helping them uncover the barriers they have placed in the way of having the level of success they deserve in both their business and personal lives.FOLLOW Instagram ► https://www.instagram.com/tbraheem/LinkedIn ► https://www.linkedin.com/in/timbraheemTHE LOAN ATLASJOIN ► https://go.theloanatlas.com/membership FOLLOWInstagram ► https://www.instagram.com/theloanatlas/YOUTUBE ► https://www.youtube.com/@LoanAtlas----------
