(25:01-42:54) – The IndyStar’s Dustin Dopirak makes his second appearance on the show this week to weigh in on why the Pacers felt like they needed to gamble a little bit to land Ivica Zubac, believes that Jarace Walker can be a key offensive scorer for the second unit if the 2026 pick falls between 5-9, evaluates whether Zubac can adapt to the fast paced tempo the Pacers want to play with, and admits there is a gray area that the Pacers could be in by tanking and resting Pascal Siakam, Obi Toppin, and the other highly competitive players that are on the team. (43:11-48:32) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake asking Eddie a question that he put out on social media. The Pacers just pushed every chip to the center of the table. Indiana lands Ivica Zubac in what can only be described as a home-run, win-now trade by Kevin Pritchard. Giving up Bennedict Mathurin, Isaiah Jackson, a protected 2026 first, the 2029 first, and a Dallas 2028 second isn't cheap — but this is the exact type of swing championship teams have to make. Zubac brings elite size, physicality, rebounding, and defensive presence — everything this roster has been missing in the postseason. An All-NBA caliber defender last season, he instantly stabilizes the paint, changes matchups, and unlocks Indiana's ceiling over the next few years. Big risk. Bigger belief. Kudos to Kevin Pritchard for getting his guy and officially putting the Pacers in championship mode. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Fresh off a career year with the Clippers, Zubac brings size, physicality, and a proven track record of elite screen-setting and interior play. We break down how his game translates to Indiana, his potential fit next to Tyrese Haliburton once he returns in 2027, and whether Zubac could be the long-term defensive anchor the Pacers need for another Finals push. We knew he was a mathematician, soccer player and coach, and he knew workers clubs, from Željezničar, in Grbavica, back home in Sarajevo, the city then under a yearlong siege in the Bosnian independence wars. He made us see things in football that we hadn't seen before. Public education in Slovakia has become stagnant in recent years. High school graduation rates have remained low as compared with other OECD countries. As well, Slovakia's performance in the international PISA exam has steadily deteriorated over the past 15 years. To remedy these issues, the Ministry of Education has rolled out a series of reforms. However, some are taking matters in their own hands by forming civic associations, NGOs, and new private schools. Živica, an NGO founded by Juraj Hipš, is taking on the contentious issue of inclusion in schools by opening the private, tuition-free primary school Alma. RSI travelled to Zvolen to speak with students, teachers, and adminstrators of this innovative, model school.
