Tužilac Radovan Lazić u razgovoru sa sudijom Miodragom Majićem otvoreno govori o greškama u proceni kolega, ceni napredovanja u pravosuđu i neophodnosti velikog reseta nakon promene režima. U novom izdanju Radar Foruma, sudija i pisac Miodrag Majić ugostio je Radovana Lazića, tužioca Apelacionog javnog tužilaštva u Novom Sadu, predsednika Upravnog odbora Centra za pravosudna istraživanja i člana Predsedništva Udruženja tužilaca Srbije. Predstavljajući svog gosta, Majić je istakao da je Lazić jedan od retkih tužilaca koji je uvek bio spreman da otvoreno govori o problemima u sistemu, ali je naglasio i da se njihova mišljenja o pojedinim društveno-pravnim procesima i te kako razlikuju, što ih, kako kaže, nikad nije sprečavalo da vode civilizovani dijalog. Na samom početku razgovora, Majić je otvorio pitanje dometa ustavnih reformi koje su, prema proklamovanim ciljevima, trebalo da donesu osamostaljivanje tužilačke organizacije. Radovan Lazić se osvrnuo na prethodna normativna rešenja, ali je naglasio da se pozitivni efekti ne mogu posmatrati izolovano od dubokih promena i buđenja koje se u međuvremenu dogodilo u samom društvu. „Iako je prošlo nekoliko godina od te reforme, sadržinski i dalje mislim isto što i tada. Kada je reč o normativnim rešenjima za tužilaštvo – jer se sudstvom nisam toliko bavio – podsetiću da je prema prethodnom Ustavu sve tužioce, koji su tada zapravo bili samo šefovi tužilaštava, birala Skupština na predlog Vlade. Takođe, i sve članove Državnog veća tužilaca birala je Narodna skupština, iako je bila vezana preliminarnim izborima kandidata u samom tužilaštvu. Ali šta nam je u praksi donelo to normativno okruženje? Teško je posmatrati izolovano njegove pozitivne efekte, jer su se u međuvremenu dogodile ozbiljne društvene promene. Pre svega, pokrenuo se studentski pokret i društvo se probudilo. Ljudi su postali svesni dugotrajne uzurpacije institucija – i tu više ne govorim o preuzimanju, već o otvorenom otimanju.“

Nenad Zimonjic was summoned to the Djokovic camp before Monte Carlo in 2024, and was on his bag when he won his Olympic gold in Paris, but that's just a portion of Nenad's incredible story. Born and raised in Belgrade, Nenad was saddled with a worthless passport because of war, that hindered his pro tennis career considerably. He persevered, and became the best doubles player in the world winning 8 majors and 54 tournaments, a Serbian Davis Cupper, a mentor to the younger Serbs Djokovic and Tipsarevic, and all in all lived an incredible life in tennis. Nenad and I chatted shortly after Novak defeated Alex de Minaur at Wimbledon, and it was a tremendous chat.
