Kako neki je torej Jurčiču uspelo, kar pred tem ni uspelo Janezu Bleiweisu s Kmetijskimi in rokodelskimi novicami, ki so pač skoraj ves čas svojega obstoja izhajale kot tednik? S kakšnimi vse težavami se je Jurčič pri svojem uredniškem oziroma novinarskem delu soočal?
