In today's episode, we're diving into corporate America. Over the past several months, I've gained insight into corporations' operations—especially when hiring talent. Companies are taking meaningful steps by creating resources and systems that foster inclusion for employees with disabilities. My guest today is Michelle Cooper, who brings firsthand experience from the tech world. She's been deeply involved in inclusion and has much to share about what's working and what still needs to change. After a 33-year career in the Chemical and High-Tech industries, Michelle exited corporate America to embrace her purpose of helping others go further faster and achieve their full potential.Michelle closed her career at her former tech company as Vice President of Culture of Inclusion. Under her leadership, that company set the strategy and momentum for building a connected and courageous, inclusive culture for all. She developed a strong team and influenced many, leading inclusively and engaging everyone across the enterprise. She amplified diverse voices throughout her career and spent significant time coaching executives, employees, and teams. She was the founding president of one of the former company's first Women's Professional Development Network and continued her involvement in Employee Resource Groups throughout her career. Her new firm, The Mapp Co., provides professional coaching services for all. For the Glory KC is back with the 125th episode of the show!We were all set to talk about another Sporting Kansas City loss when Sunday the KC Cauldron and South Stand "demanded" Peter Vermes resigns his jobs. We started there and then moved into discussing another loss.In terms of the cries for Vermes' resignation, Sheena and I get into whether we actually think this will happen and the case to be made for and against him leaving. It's also worth remembering, he's just entering this second year of a five-year extension. That contract continues to age poorly, which feels like yet another indictment of ownership.Turning our attention to the game, despite a losing effort, Sporting KC actually showed some promise against FC Dallas. There were significant changes to the lineup that paid off immediately with another Daniel Salloi goal. He's scoring 0.71 goals per 90 after only scoring 0.13/90 in 2024. Another spark may have come from the first start of Jake Davis in the midfield. We also learn Davis' unique middle name during this week's podcast. Finally, the KC Current rescue the soccer weekend yet again with a great performance back home against the Utah Royals. While it was a great day for the Current, it was a tough outing for old friend Kate Del Fava who was involved in all three goals KC scored. In other KC Current news, they had an immense number of international call-ups, and we played a mini game about how they would fare with those nine players missing. Luckily, it was just a thought experiment, as the Current have the next weekend off since NWSL doesn't play through international windows. As for those call-ups, let's list them:United States: Claire Hutton, Michelle Cooper, Alana CookBrazil: LorenaCanada: Nichelle PrinceCosta Rica: Rocky RodriguezKenya: JerekoUS U-18s: Mary Long, Katie ScottIn the Digital Crawl, we touch on a few more topics, including:SKC II winning in penalty kicksBoston's NWSL rebrandDenver's NWSL side announcing new facilitiesUS Open Cup broadcast rights on Paramount+Here is a rundown of topics (and approximate start times):Calls for Peter Vermes to Resign - 5:32Sporting KC make progress, but still falter against Dallas - 29:17The KC Current continue to dominate - 53:13KC Current round-up - 1:01:20Digital Crawl - 1:08:50Upcoming GamesDes Moines Menace vs. Union Omaha, Wed. For the Glory KC is back with the 123rd episode of the show!Sporting Kansas City came back to life on Saturday night. When it looked like they were dead and destined to extend their 10-game losing streak, they clawed back for a 3-3 draw against Minnesota United. A draw isn't a win, but it's a step in the right direction. That first point of 2025 also keeps them out of the basement of the league (on goal differential, but it counts).Sheena and I work through our thoughts from the game. We talk about John Pulskamp's performance (and awful new scar). We also talk about the performance of Robert Voloder, Daniel Salloi being a spark (and giving the team wings), Memo Rodriguez, Dejan Joveljic's stunning goal and of course all the bad that led to Minnesota being up 3-0 in the first place. Overall, let's hope this is some positive momentum for Sporting KC as they host LAFC next week. And let's hear it for Kansas City weather. Wait five minutes, right? Sleet. Snow. An Orange ball. Wild times. In the SKC round-up, we talk about more signings coming to Sporting KC, Dany Rosero's injury situation, Ian James getting an important international call-up and Memo expecting his second child. Finally, the KC Current do what they do and play beautiful soccer to start the 2025 season. In a single game, they have more points than Sporting KC and it felt like more great chances created. From the glorious goal and hair of Temwa Chawinga, to the golazo of Michelle Cooper and 'the best version' of Debinha, the team showed up at Saturday's opener against the Portland Thorns. Also, we have KC Current injury updates for Bia, Gabby Robinson, Alex Pfeiffer, Regan Steigleder and Mallory Weber's situation with the team. Plus, the team made a new signing. In the Digital Crawl, we touch on a few more topics, including:SKC II vs. Des Moines MenaceFelipe Hernandez's returnTony MeolaAD Franch's new teamAnd an NWSL rebrand in BostonHere is a rundown of topics (and approximate start times):SKC w/ a wild 3-3 Draw against Minnesota United - 3:16SKC round-up - 35:23KC Current win big to start 2025 - 41:25Digital Crawl - 1:03:00Upcoming GamesSKC II vs. Des Moines Menace - Wed. For the Glory KC is back with the 119th episode of the show! This weeks' episode ventured into the "a little bit more in depth" as we break down Sporting Kansas City's media day and how all the information we learned impacts the roster. The team has said they are still looking to make a big signing. My KC Soccer Journal colleague, Josh Wallace helps breakdown the roster and we both weigh in where we think the team needs to add players. From there, we basically work through a potential starting lineup as we talk through most of the players on the team and where they fit best. Including why Jake Davis should be in the midfield, and not at right back. Despite that, right back is where we suspect we'll see him Tuesday against Inter Miami.Mike Burns gave tons of info on Friday, and we break down the international roster spots on the team. Those spots may impact Jan Jurcec earning a contract and have a domino effect on the aforementioned Davis. We make projections about future player sales (based on a rumored offer Burns told the Shades of Blue Soccer Show). Josh and I also talk staffing and get an injury update on Logan Ndenbe. Not to be left out, the discussion turns to Jansen Miller's signing and his impact to the team, Sebastian Cruz not signing and what we could take away from the 0-0 draw against the Las Vegas Lights in the final preseason tune-up. Plus, thoughts on the new kit!If you sat out the offseason and need a quick catch-up, we go through all the incoming and outgoing moves and how that'll impact Sporting KC. We look specifically at the defense, which is mostly unchanged. The late arrival of Joaquin Fernandez and the return of Logan Ndenbe could be look at as "additions."Then the big question comes up. Is Messi going to play against Sporting KC on Tuesday? And will there be a game at all in that brutal cold (there will be!). We also talk realistic expectations for the season and what will be different to watch for tactically from SKC.Finally, the KC Current had another quiet week but had one piece of big news. Claire Hutton and Michelle Cooper earned call-ups to the USWNT for the SheBelieves Cup!In the Digital Crawl, we touch on a few more topics, including: Marinos Tzionis already finds another new home USL announced a new first division league CPKC Stadium get its first international friendly Kansas City's USL2 teams, Sunflower State and SantaFe Wanderers are in the same divisionHere is a rundown of topics (and approximate start times): SKC's roster, Media Day quotes and team needs - 1:42 Sporting KC story round-up - 41:01 Sporting Kansas City Season Preview - 1:08:43 Will the game against Miami go forward on Tuesday? - 1:25:07 Hutton and Cooper get the call - 1:46:14 Digital Crawl - 1:49:13As a special gift to For the Glory KC listeners and KC Soccer Journal readers, Backheeled dot com is giving away 30 days of their amazing, independent American soccer coverage for free. Manu Garcia arrived in KC just in time to be greeted by a snowstorm and his new teammates returning from preseason. We take a look at some much too soon predictions for the team filled with a bunch of partial information from preseason scrimmages and lineups.Peter Vermes made the rounds on radio shows this week giving some insight into some of the offseason transactions and the things he is looking for from the team. It is always good to have a listen to what he has to say as he is often more forthcoming in these interviews than he is during normal press availability. We spend some time overreacting to everything that happened this off-season, given that said off-season is almost over, hopefully it gets it out of our requisite systems so we can get ready for an actual game of meaning Tuesday evening vs Inter Miami. Finally, a quick discussion about both Claire Hutton and Michelle Cooper getting calls up to the USWNT for the SheBelieves Cup, as well as the Soap Opera saga involving Lucho Acosta and Evander, as both find new homes and Portland gets money to re-invest in a new DP#10.Music by The Spin Wires.

S3E36 - For the Glory KC is back with the 101st episode of the show. Sporting Kansas City had a busy, but ultimately disappointing, week. To take things in reverse order we start the discussion with For the Glory KC heading into enemy territory to experience CITYPARK as SKC took on St. Louis City SC. We give our thoughts on the stadium, the atmosphere, the food and everything else that happened in the soccer portion of the trip. And we're happy to report the in-person fans were much better than the online ones. And it came up in the conversation, so here is the story I promised about the state of Sporting KC's offseason rebuild and why it may be slower than fans would like. Complete with math (everyone's favorite)! The week started off with the promise of a chance to win a trophy, but that came up short too. Sporting KC headed to Los Angeles to take on LAFC but came up short against the better side. The game was not without controversy as an unconscionably bad call may have tilted things. We talk about that, plus other happenings from the game. Jake Davis and Tim Melia played out of their minds. And Khiry Shelton got some undeserved hate when he shut down Denis Bouanga, one of the best players in the league, all night. The KC Current played to a controversial result of their own. Michelle Cooper was impeded by a referee, who definitely changed directions into her path to gift Gotham their only goal of the game (though KC shouldn't have shut off in the moments after that). Kansas City were the better team, and probably deserved all three points. Missed chances and final passes plagued the team, despite Temwa Chawinga adding to her Golden Boot leading pace. The Current remain in fourth place with four league games to go. In the Digital Crawl, we touch on a few topics, including: An important transfer fee nugget on Robi Voloder and Logan Ndenbe A quick rundown and breakdown of recent SKC II results The KC Current's team valuation FIFA Club World Cup hosts and ambition from the San Jose Earthquakes? Here is a rundown of topics (and approximate start times): Our trip to St. Louis - 1:31 Sporting KC lose a Final - 46:28 The KC Current earn a controversial draw - 1:02:44 Digital Crawl - 1:09:06 Upcoming Schedule: KC Current @ Racing Louisville - Sat. 313 Rediscovering Yourself Change is a fundamental law of nature, nothing stays the same forever. This is especially true when it comes to people, we are never the same even from moment to moment, we are allowed and expected to change, to grow, to become a version of ourselves that we can be proud of. In this episode Sarah Elkins and Michelle Cooper discuss growth, change, and the pains that come with it. Michelle brings warmth, empathy, and a depth of emotion that will make you laugh, maybe cry, but certainly bring you some hope and determination for the new year. Highlights Sometimes all you need to do is learn the rules because you already have the skills. Acknowledging the other people who help shape your story. Sometimes finding your voice and your purpose can cause friction in your life, but it is your responsibility to work together and remedy the strife. Quotes “To me whether it's a partner or a friend or a family member, it doesn't really matter. If they can't support something that's really important to you then they shouldn't be in your energy.” “You've got to have some data, you've got to go with your gut, and you have to come from an empowered place, not a victim, not a limited mindset, not survival. So how do we change that?” Dear Listeners it is now your turn, What about this conversation really resonated with you? Was it this idea of finding community somehow in your late thirties? Was it about knowing that sometimes you need to have those hard conversations to give your partner a chance to change and to grow with you rather than leaving them behind? What will you do in 2024 cause it's early still, to make a decision about something that maybe you committed to without fully being committed to it but you're afraid to let it go? And, as always, thank you for listening. About Michelle Michelle Cooper is a Business Mentor, Author, Podcast Host, and International Speaker. In my work with coaching clients, I guide people to improve their communication using storytelling as the foundation of our work together. What I've realized over years of coaching and podcasting is that the majority of people don't realize the impact of the stories they share - on their internal messages, and on the people they're sharing them with. My work with leaders and people who aspire to be leaders follows a similar path to the interviews on my podcast, uncovering pivotal moments in their lives and learning how to share them to connect more authentically with others, to make their presentations and speaking more engaging, to reveal patterns that have kept them stuck or moved them forward, and to improve their relationships at work and at home. Courtney & André are back with their first episode of 2023 (fake ass year)! We have a lot to catch up on, and look forward to, so naturally we start with a dad joke. After that, we get into the USWNT roster announcement, why we're confused but not really, plus we're still waiting for that #FOTP Mia Fishel call up. Then we switch gears to discuss all things NWSL. We get into the big trade that gave Angel City the #1 overall pick in the upcoming draft, plus we hear how hype Courtney is to have Yazmeen Ryan at Gotham. We also talk about Debinha to Kansas City and why it's a scary proposition for the rest of the league, but a big win for the NWSL in the global market. We also discuss the draft, including why we're so hyped to see Alyssa Thompson and Michelle Cooper in the league. We then shift to the NWSL's Corrective Action, in which a number of coaches were banned permanently or with conditions, and monetary sanctions were doled out across clubs and even the league itself. We discuss what it all means, and what's next. Then, in Heated & Hyped, Courtney unveils her Benoit Blanc impersonation. ============= Follow Us: Twitter - @DiasporaUtdPod Instagram - diasporautdpod ============= Music credit: Finally by Loxbeats https://soundcloud.com/loxbeats Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3. Where the money is concerned, it's gotta be you. You've got to know your numbers. This is one of the biggest things we remind entrepreneurs to remember if they want to get unstuck at 6-figures and not risk their company falling to the ground. My sister and friend Michelle Cooper, a powerhouse entrepreneur and the CEO of Alchemy Accounting and Bookkeeping, joins me in this episode to shed light on the lessons, myths, and mistakes she has seen in others and made in her journey to building a 7-figure business. Tune in to another powerful #MillionaireConversations we've had over at the Raise Your Game podcast. Key points discussed in this episode: ✔️Entrepreneurs put so much energy and focus on their business that they've often neglected their personal finances. Michelle comes to the rescue of those afraid to look at their numbers and helps eliminate financial chaos. If you have worries of maybe a tax lien or the stress of the IRS because proper accounting or bookkeeping isn't done, that energetically prevents you from being able to create more of what you desire for your business. If you want to get to the million-dollar business — sort your money. ✔️That money doesn't belong to you. When a client pays you $10,000, it's not yours to go on vacation with your clients, team, or family. You are running a company. When money comes to the company, it belongs to the company. Determine what the company pays you to run it, and prioritize meeting obligations before making any financial decisions. Otherwise, you will be stressed about running out of cash and capital. ✔️Banks would rather loan you money when you don't need it. Setting yourself up for credit lines is a game changer. Get more rather than waiting until you need it because no one may approve at short notice. ✔️Focus on three areas concerning financial decisions when you want to grow. 1) Lead generation: Do you have enough leads coming in, or is that where you need to focus on bringing the cash flow? 2) Conversion mechanism: How are you converting people, and at what level? If 100 people showed up in the room, how many buying units are actually there? 3) Offer fulfillment: Can you fulfill the offer you've put out into the world? These three need to be looked at your business level. ✔️The difference between abdicating and delegating. As you grow, you're going to need to delegate. However, you can't just surrender monitoring your finances to your accountant or bookkeeper. You can step back but remain very involved in the financial part of your business. ———————————————————————————————— Loved this episode? Know that it's your time. Forty-something Ida Birnbaum, a Queens, NY wife and mother, and survivor of Auschwitz concentration camp, 30 years later battles her own malaise during a serious and potentially damaging midlife crisis.Like many folks during the so-called "Me Decade", both Michelle and Ida indulge in hedonistic and self-destructive activities and then must deal with the consequences. They each turn for support to their evolving friendship and to characters such as Theo, an idealistic young immigrant who lives in an Upper West Side SRO hotel and works for a telephone prayer service run by Charles, another Holocaust survivor, and self-fashioned spiritual guru.http://denisebeck-clark.comThe Douglas Coleman Show now offers audio and video promotional packages for music artists as well as video promotional packages for authors. We don't talk about domestic violence. Despite its prevalence in our real-life communities, in the news, and in media we consume, the stigma persists. It too often goes unnamed even when entire storylines revolve around abusive relationships or coercive control. Bringing up domestic violence as a topic of conversation with friends and family (especially with kids and teens) might feel tricky or uncomfortable, but it's vitally important to break the silence and bring the topic of domestic violence Beyond Closed Doors. Every other week, we examine a piece of media that exemplifies a type of abuse and follow up with a more in-depth discussion of the topic with an advocate or legal professional. We look forward to bringing these discussions to you. This week, our host, Lauren Duff, is joined by Danni Petyo, Michelle Cooper, and Michael Waterloo - all of PCADV - for an in-depth discussion of the Netflix show Maid. The group discusses the second episode of our multi-episode series. If you are seeing similarities in your situation, please contact your local domestic violence program. IMPORTANT NOTE: Game On! Live event has concluded. But, if you want to uplevel your business, visit ShamecaTankerson.com. The topic of money is such an uncomfortable conversation for so many people. My clients and I are making our peace with money and calling loads of it into our lives. Join me and my client, friend, and CFO Michelle Cooper as we chat about money and the growth journey to multiple millions in our businesses. Key points we covered in this episode: ✔️ Expand your capacity to receive. When you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation because you feel like you don't belong financially speaking, take a deep breath. You belong everywhere that you are. You know you are wealthy. You are rich in the moment that you're in right now, more than you can ever possibly imagine. ✔️Give in to the emotions that you want to create more of. What are the types of feelings you want manifesting in your life? Feel within you the good that you know is possible for you, and try to surround yourself with as much good even if it's just in your little cocoon. ✔️ Money loves speed, and fast decision-makers usually create more in their life. Get used to knowing your internal compass and trusting yourself. If you wait too long, more often than not, you lose. You wonder why things don't come to you or why you're not expanding how you want to — it is because of too much renumerating in your mind. Faith is good, but you need to take action. ✔️ Have to have the courage to trust again. Otherwise, you've already lost. I can't spend time trying to dismantle what you've experienced in this industry because of knowing how it hasn't been good all the time. But you've got to learn how to trust your knowing when something is for you. It's hard to do that when you trusted yourself before and have been let down and let down and thinking, "Oh, that didn't work". That's how life is, too.

Practically every hands-on practitioner I know says they chose their profession because they wanted to help other people. They very rarely say they're in it for the money. But the truth is… the primary purpose of every business is to MAKE. MONEY. Without it, you won't be able to keep your doors open and ultimately won't be able to help people. If you ever feel guilty for making good money in your practice--or for wanting to make more money and actually be able to pay yourself from your practice--you're going to get a ton of value from this conversation. If you're not separating your business and personal finances, Michelle Cooper will walk you through the steps to get started. And she'll show you how to do this in super simple steps. IN THIS EPISODE OF THE PODCAST, WE COVER: The ways that we use money unhealthily How failing at our first business attempts actually made us better at helping other people with their businesses Why marketing doesn't fix most of the revenue problems in our practices The most common mindset challenges that just about all entrepreneurs face What people really mean when they say “it's not about the money,” and “I'd do this for free,” when talking about their practice The struggle of having provided care but then avoiding billing the patients or clients afterward for the services provided My golden rule for knowing when you can give care away for free Why not separating your business and personal finances can be red flags for the IRS / CRA The perspective switch you can make right away if you're not paying yourself from your business and how your thought process about this affects your habits Why closing your debit card might be something you need to do when you're separating your business and personal finances What you need to know about recurring payments and how they can be a sign of self sabotage RESOURCES AND LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Check out Michelle's website at alchemyaccounting.ca Connect with Michelle on Instagram @michellebcooper If you're a hands-on practitioner who wants to make $5K+/month more with an online course or program so you can stop squeezing appointments on your schedule, take my free class HERE.

Developing important and better relationships with your vendors. What is your client's lifetime value? So, join Crystal and Michelle as they talk about how Michelle can improve the mindset of your business, and how you can turn a profit on your business. Our goal is to help YOU design a business + team that runs like Clockwork… so you can take a fully unplugged 4 week vacation from your business! Our goal at Run Like Clockwork: 200 CEOs taking a 4-week vacation We have found there are two types of overworked and overwhelmed business owners: Those who are desperate to take a 4-week vacation without their business falling apart… and Those who love their work so “vacation” doesn’t really appeal, but they want/need to be ready for other life events (health, maternity leave, moving, aging parents, etc) that happen so they can step away without their business falling apart. In this episode of the Run Like Clockwork Podcast, you will hear from a few of our many Clockwork students who have taken 4-week vacations for various reasons! That is reason to CELEBRATE on this 100th episode for sure! You will hear: Michelle Cooper shares about her experience Clockworking her company, Alchemy Accounting, for more profit and less pressure. Michelle is a phenomenal example of leading her team into clarity, efficiency and a 4-week vacation in India in 2021! Before Clockwork, Kevin Rogers, CEO of Copy Chief, couldn’t imagine taking 4-weeks off without business hitting the fan. Now, he’s confident his team of young free-lancers are prepared and systems in place so he can take 4 weeks off to vacation and write a book he’s had inside for a long time. Before Clockwork, Katie and Elle, Co-Founders of Wellevation HQ, each took a maternity leave. Now they are each taking their second maternity leave back to back after having Clockworked their business through the Accelerator program. Their experiences during their first and second maternity leaves are drastically different...for the better now! Julie Herres, owner of Green Oak Accounting, shares how Clockwork helped her turn her anxiety worrying how her business would continue running while she was away on the cruise to now removing herself almost completely from her business while it continues to grow and serve! Tony + Meg Rulli, Co-Founders of Intentional Spark, share how taking a 4-week vacation in Europe trained them to not inject themselves back into the day to day of their business. What would you do on a 4-week vacation? When was the last time you took a real vacation from your business? As you’ll hear in this episode, Clockwork is less about you taking a 4-week vacation from your business, and more about your business taking a 4-week vacation from YOU. If you’d like to understand more about why the 4-week vacation, we have a great blog post you can read here. Now is the perfect time to prepare your business for a 4-week vacation! If you are ready to design your business + team to run itself and get your 4-week vacation on the calendar in the next 12 months, then we’d love to support you in our Clockwork Accelerator. This occurs when a person makes a claim that something is true, then supports that claim with an explanation that includes highly technical jargon from a field that is difficult to comprehend. It also occurs when a claim is based on pure gibberish in lieu of a strong argument. A Logical Fallacy is an error we can make in reasoning, but it usually crops up when we are discussing or arguing our point of view. 0:23:29 Facebook Puts Critical Health Information at Risk Like many organisations, Australian Skeptics Inc was affected by Facebook's changes to sharing and viewing news in Australia. Too often we do something difficult as men and, without speaking, expect our wives to support us. Exodus 90 and the Day 91 spiritual exercises are difficult. They effect not only us as men but our wives and children as well. If it is us who have said "yes" to the difficulty of Exodus why do our wives seem to bear so much of the burden? It's time to support our wives the way we know we ought to as men. In this episode I let three Exodus wives (Sherry Binversie, Colleen Baxter, and Michelle Cooper) take over of the Exodus 90 Show. They share wisdom and insight from the women's perspective on life in Exodus. Listen in and get prepared to support your wife in a whole new way. This is episode 40 of the Exodus 90 Show. She Thinks Big - Women Entrepreneurs Doing Good in the World
My guest today is Michelle Cooper, owner of Alchemy Accounting in Chilliwack, British Columbia in Canada. Alchemy Accounting works with coaches and consultants around the world who are seeking clarity in their numbers and profitability in their business. Michelle is out to design a non-traditional accounting practice. And today we talk about what that might look like as technology enables more of us to be nomads at work. We also talk about the opportunity that presents for accountants to do taxes across international borders, and about how niching down saved her time and made her life easier. And finally, we talk about how discovering what’s called the Queen Bee Role in her business made operations clearer for everyone on her staff. There was so much in Michelle’s story that I appreciated, and that I think listeners will appreciate too. Some nuggets that stick with me are: As always, how helpful it is to focus on in a profession, industry, or niche. EVERYTHING gets easier, and more of the right clients find their way to you. Remember that if you say you serve a broad range of clients, or you say you work with small business owners, families, and individuals - then you are talking to no one, and your signal is getting lost in the noise. How uncovering the Queen Bee Role in her firm simplified not just her decision-making, but made it easier for her staff to make decisions without having to check with Michelle. Opportunities are everywhere. There absolutely is more than enough work for every last accountant who wants to be profitable while helping their clients with financial literacy and being more profitable, and reducing tax exposure. What you choose to focus on, is what you create. In short, your Reticular Activating System (RAS) takes what you focus on and creates a filter for it. So if you don’t think something is possible, you will find evidence to confirm that belief, and if you do think something is possible, your RAS will allow evidence to pass through its filter. Michelle’s Vision for Alchemy Accounting: I’d love to see for my business to grow and my team to rise into more coaching and consulting roles. Since Love YA Like Crazy's Carrie and Jake finished watching season one of Riverdale, they asked Michelle Cooper, host of Nancy Drew's Mystery Podcast and cohost of Lifemark, to come on and talk about it with them. We also answer the question: How bad is Archie in the first season of Riverdale, on a scale from Betty & Veronica's friendship to the Blossom family fortune being based on maple syrup? The answer, as well as the question, may surprise you! This particular episode is being released to everyone, but Ear Trumpet Audio Patreon patrons at the $5/month level or higher can also hear Carrie and Jake's discussions of the individual season 1 Riverdale episodes in the archives or as a podcast. We've really enjoyed doing this! The theme song is "JOSIE HAS THE UPPER HAND" by Josh Woodward. Free download: http://joshwoodward.com/
