The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- Pennsylvania U.S. Senate Race: On Thursday, sixteen Pennsylvania counties finished their recounts—resulting in Republican Dave McCormick gaining seven votes! In response, Sen. Bob Casey officially conceded the race. 6:15pm- During a Wednesday Bucks County Commissioners' meeting, Board of Commissioners Chair Diane Ellis-Maseglia apologized for comments she made last week—when she announced her decision to count ineligible ballots in a state-wide recount, ignoring a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision. However, during her apology she bizarrely defended her actions and bizarrely referenced Roe v. Wade. When residents in attendance reacted with jeers, she began smiling and laughing. During one notable exchange, a Bucks County resident called on Ellis-Maseglia and Robert J. Harvie Jr. to resign—and Scott Presler vowed to support candidates to defeat both board members when they are up for reelection in 2027. 6:20pm- Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau—who is the son of Pierre Trudeau and definitely not the son of former Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro—announced a reduction in migration. 6:30pm- On Thursday, former Congressman Matt Gaetz announced he is withdrawing as Donald Trump's nominee to serve as U.S. Attorney General. According to reports, Gaetz concluded he had no pathway towards confirmation after meeting with Senators earlier in the week and determining that at least four—Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell, and John Curtis—would not support him. Republicans will hold a 53 to 47 advantage in the Senate, consequently cabinet nominees cannot afford to lose the support of more than four Republicans. 6:40pm- Breaking News: Donald Trump Selects former Attorney General of Florida Pam Bondi to serve as Attorney General of the United States.

Last week, Donald Trump appointed Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to head the newly created Department of Government Efficiency which will seek to find and eliminate wasteful spending practices throughout the federal government. 3:10pm- In an interview with Fox News, Donald Trump vowed to work with members of the press regardless of ideology—and on Monday, the president-elect even met with far-left MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski. 3:15pm- Recapping their Mar-a-Lago meeting with Donald Trump, MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski said: “We didn't see eye-to-eye on a lot of issues, and we told him so" but the president-elect was eager to find common ground. 3:30pm- Michael Whatley—Republican National Committee Chairman—joins The Rich Zeoli Show with BREAKING NEWS: the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has affirmed that PA county election officials cannot count misdated and undated ballots in violation of the law. UFC fighters, NFL football players, college football players, and celebrities are all doing the Donald Trump fist bump dance. Rich notes that it's only a matter of time before woke brides and grooms ban the moves from their wedding dance floors. 4:40pm- I'd Take Tulsi's Record in Syria over the CIA's. Michael Brendan Dougherty of National Review writes: “I sometimes wonder what ‘liberalism' the defenders of the liberal world order have in mind when the subject comes to Tulsi Gabbard. Appalled by radical Islam after 9/11, Gabbard volunteered to serve in the Hawaii National Guard, deploying to Iraq in 2004 and 2005 in a medical unit. She completed officer training at Alabama Military Academy, then served overseas in Kuwait. In 2020, she transferred to the U.S. Army Reserve and attained the rank of lieutenant colonel. You might think that people who claim to respect the troops so much might hesitate before calling someone with this kind of record a foreign asset or even accusing her of being a foreign agent. You would be wrong.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/id-take-tulsis-record-in-syria-over-the-cias/ 5:00pm- While speaking with Jake Tapper on CNN, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson said of Donald Trump's cabinet appointees: "They are persons who will shake up the status quo.” 5:10pm- Rich takes calls: one person wants to talk about Donald Trump dismantling the deep state—while another wants to randomly discuss Tommy “Cutlets” DeVito starting for the New York Giants. 5:20pm- Disney has canceled plans for their next Star Wars film which was scheduled to be released in December of 2026. 3:05pm- Reacting to Tuesday night's Senate debate between Dr. Mehmet Oz and John Fetterman, The View's Sunny Hostin accused Oz of choosing to “bully a stroke victim.” Was Dr. Oz so dominant that he came off as “mean”? Did Fetterman's campaign hope the narrative would change from political issues to sympathy?  3:25pm- During Tuesday night's highly anticipated debate between Senate candidates Dr. Mehmet Oz and Lt. Governor John Fetterman, Fetterman noticeably struggled with his speech and seemingly had difficulty collecting his thoughts prior to answering questions. Rich speaks with listeners who react to the performances of both candidates.   3:45pm- During Tuesday's debate, Dr. Mehmet Oz brought up a 2013 incident in which John Fetterman brandished a shotgun and detained an unarmed, innocent black man who was jogging in Braddock, PA. Oz asked, “why not apologize?” 4:05pm- Lt. Governor John Fetterman told moderators he will not release his medical records prior to the November 8thelection—claiming he has been “very open” about his health struggles and that his doctor has declared him “fit to serve.”  4:15pm- While appearing on News Nation with Chris Cuomo, neurologist Dr. Huma Sheikh explained there is no guarantee John Fetterman will see improvements in his speech patterns and ability to speak spontaneously since he is already six months removed from the stroke he suffered.  4:20pm- During the debate, Dr. Mehmet Oz was asked whether he would support Lindsey Graham's proposed legislation to federally ban abortion after 15-weeks—Oz responded by stating he does not support any legislation that prevents states from making their own decisions on abortion.  4:35pm- Charles McElwee—Editor of Real Clear Pennsylvania—joins the show to recap Tuesday night's debate between Lt. Governor John Fetterman and Dr. Mehmet Oz. McElwee explains that he has heard from many Democrats who will not vote for Oz or leave the Senate portion of their ballot blank due to Fetterman's poor performance. Is the media responsible for failing to press Fetterman and his campaign harder on health concerns?  4:50pm- Appearing on MSNBC with Stephanie Rule, former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter referred to Dr. Mehmet Oz as a "complete fraud" and suggested that Oz's glorification of state's rights could be potentially harmful to black people in America.  4:55pm- During the debate, John Fetterman claimed to support fracking in Pennsylvania but could not explain away a 2018 interview where he stated he was against fracking. Fetterman also denied interest in expanding the Supreme Court—however, he conceded he would like to do away with the filibuster.  5:05pm- During the debate, moderators asked Dr. Mehmet Oz if he would support Senator Pat Toomey's (R-PA) push for gun reform legislation. Hour 1 -  Good Tuesday morning. Here's what Nick Reed covers this hour: A canvasser rallying voters on behalf of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) was brutally beaten Sunday night while wearing a T-shirt bearing Rubio's name and a Gov. Ron DeSantis hat. ABC's Miami affiliate decided to attack the victim of this attack. Hillary Clinton is already claiming the Republicans are going to steal the 2024 Presidential Election... Is she an election denier? Ron DeSantis and Charlie Crist faced off on Monday evening in the first and only gubernatorial debate. ProPublica reporter Alec MacGillis was mocked on Twitter for suggesting that a piece of decades-old gossip about Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., was concerning. MacGillis wrote "Yikes: ‘According to a friend, DeSantis would tell dates he liked Thai food, but pronounced it 'thigh.' If they corrected him, Finch wrote, he would find an excuse to leave. 'He didn't want a girlfriend who corrected him'." Ahead of Tuesday evening's Pennsylvania U.S. Senate debate, the Fetterman campaign is desperately trying to manage expectations for their candidate before he faces Mehmet Oz in the only general election debate.

Texas authorities arrested 26-year-old Lizelle Herrera, last week, on murder charges for what the local sheriff's office described as a “self-induced abortion.” Her bond was set at $500,000 and her arrest sparked protests from abortion rights activists over the weekend. But on Sunday, local prosecutors dropped the charge against her. More than 50 people were killed and another 98 injured after a missile struck a train station in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk, last Friday. Thousands of people were trying to board trains to evacuate the city since Russian forces began to shift the focus of the war to eastern Ukraine. And in headlines: Pakistan's Parliament voted to remove Prime Minister Imran Khan from office, French voters took to the polls to pick their next president, and former President Donald Trump endorsed Pennsylvania U.S. Senate candidate Mehmet Oz. On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, a trove of leaked tapes reveal Disney middle managers are openly planning to sexualize young children and indoctrinate them into the LGBTQIA+/pregnant man emoji cult. Sick stuff, but will anyone fight back? Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is and we give you all the details. The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) is meeting today to decide if there will be consequences for Academy Award winner Will Smith. Apparently, it will take them longer to investigate the slap heard 'round the world than it will to approve a Supreme Court Justice, so don't expect any big news for a while. The only thing that could save Hollywood at this point is to announce it was all a hoax and a marketing gimmick to promote "G.I. Jane 2" starring Jada Pinkett Smith, but they probably can't pull it off at this point. Then, we get into the latest on the economy, Russia changing course in the war against Ukraine, and coronavirus lockdowns in China, plus so much more. A quick plug for the live show - we broke the details of a major terror attack in Israel and got into the background of Pennsylvania U.S. Senate candidate, Dr. Oz (R), and we got John Nolte's take on the Will Smith Oscars fiasco. But you'll have to get all of that on the SXM app. And if you want more Breitbart News Daily live, you can tune in 6am ET (Mon.-Fri.) on Patriot Channel 125 or go to SiriusXM.com. Our guest today is Monica Crowley, former Assistant Treasury Secretary under President Trump and host of The Monica Crowley Podcast.
