The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:05pm- On Tuesday, President Donald Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum requiring the immediate declassification of all information related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Crossfire Hurricane was a 2016 FBI-led counterintelligence investigation attempting to link the Trump presidential campaign to the Russian government. The claims were erroneous and politically motivated. While speaking with the press, President Trump also said he would love to halt federal funding to NPR and PBS. 4:30pm- Linda Kerns—Attorney & Pennsylvania Election Integrity Counsel for the Republican National Committee and Donald Trump—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss her new article for The Federalist, “Voter ID Alone Won't Make Pennsylvania's Elections Trustworthy.” PLUS, she gets Matt a birthday present! During last week's 1210 WPHT Radiothon to benefit the Travis Manion Foundation, Kearns donated money in exchange for a promise that Rich will be nice to Matt for a full week! Is it even possible? Probably not. 4:50pm- Yesterday, Matt and Justin needed to use the dump button on Rich…is it about to happen again?
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode: 3:05pm- According to reports, The Atlantic's editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg was inadvertently added to a Signal group chat with Trump Administration officials discussing planned military strikes against Houthi fighters in Yemen. Spokesman for the White House National Security Council Brian Hughes said the messages Goldberg received appear to be “authentic.” In Goldberg's report, he noted that National Security Advisor Michael Waltz was responsible for the mistake and that he may have also violated a federal records law—as Waltz set some of the messages exchanged on Signal to auto-delete after one week. While speaking with the press from the White House on Tuesday, President Donald Trump defended Waltz and suggested he doubts his cabinet officials will rely on Signal for group discussions moving forward. 3:30pm- A recent Axios report notes that Democrats have their lowest favorability rating in the history of CNN polling, they have a bad 2026 Senate electoral map, and following the census in 2030—because residents of blue states are moving to red states in large numbers—Democrats will face an uphill battle in the electoral college in 2032. For example, California and New York are expected to lose a total of six House seats and, subsequently, six electoral votes. Rich notes he's not sure how the Democrat Party can turn things around—as they continue to embrace unpopular policies despite the results of the 2024 election. 4:05pm- On Tuesday, President Donald Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum requiring the immediate declassification of all information related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- Last week, in a post to X, Secretary of State Marco Rubio wrote: “Those who support designated terrorist organizations, including Hamas, threaten our national security. The United States has zero tolerance for foreign visitors who support terrorists. Violators of U.S. law—including international students—face visa denial or revocation, and deportation.” On Sunday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Mahmoud Khalil—a former Columbia University graduate student and a lawful permanent resident alien—who has been outspoken about his support for the terrorist organization Hamas. The Trump Administration intends to deport Khalil, who was born in Syria. But does this infringe upon free speech rights? In National Review, legal expert Andrew C. McCarthy notes that Khalil's association with, and vocal support for, Hamas are debatable grounds for deportation—however, Khalil likely engaged in unlawful activities, citing the numerous arrests that occurred as a result of destructive, unauthorized on-campus protests. This makes the case against Khalil more compelling. The New York Post reported that Khalil was also being investigated as a possible national security threat. 6:20pm- While appearing on Fox News with Laura Ingraham, Sec. Linda McMahon weighed-in on the Department of Education eliminating nearing 2,000 staff positions—explaining it is the “first step in eliminating bureaucratic bloat.” 6:40pm- Ryan Manion—Chief Executive Officer of the Travis Manion Foundation & Author of “The Knock at the Door”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview the 2025 1210 WPHT Radiothon benefiting the Travis Manion Foundation which will take place next Friday, March 21st. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (03/12/2025): 3:05pm- According to reports, President Donald Trump is preparing to sign an executive order that would effectively dismantle the Department of Education. On Tuesday, the department announced it was eliminating 1,950 staff positions. While speaking to the press at the White House, President Trump cited the country's education failures—noting the U.S. spends more per student than any country, but test scores in math, reading, and writing remain concerningly low. He emphatically stated: “We're going to move education into the states, so that states—instead of bureaucrats working in Washington—can run education.” 3:15pm- While appearing on Fox News with Laura Ingraham, Sec. Linda McMahon weighed-in on the Department of Education eliminating nearing 2,000 staff positions—explaining it is the “first step in eliminating bureaucratic bloat.” 3:25pm- During a visit with Ireland's Prime Minister, President Donald Trump joked about Vice President JD Vance's festive socks—which featured four leaf clovers! Plus, PM Michael Martin was asked about recent news that comedian Rosie O'Donnell has moved to Ireland because of her disdain for Trump's leadership. Martin didn't seem to know who O'Donnell is—to which Trump responded: “You're better off not knowing.” 3:30pm- Ryan Manion—Chief Executive Officer of the Travis Manion Foundation & Author of “The Knock at the Door”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview the 2025 1210 WPHT Radiothon benefiting the Travis Manion Foundation which will take place next Friday, March 21st. He explained: “anything we can do to stop the violence is an extremely positive thing.” On Tuesday, after meeting with Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia, Secretary of State Marco Rubio revealed that Ukraine agreed to terms for an immediate ceasefire with a willingness to enter “immediate negotiations to end this conflict [with Russia] in a way that's enduring and sustainable." 4:45pm- On Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed a continuing resolution to fund the government through September. The CR will now head to the Senate, which will require the support of several Democrats to overcome a 60-vote filibuster threshold. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), however, told reporters that Democrats will refuse to support the CR—which could mean the government shuts down on Friday at midnight. But according to Politico, a government shutdown may be in the Trump Administration's best interest—as the Attorney General and Office of Management of Budget will determine what federal activities are essential based on guidance that dates back to the Carter Administration. This would allow for DOGE to slash the size of government with even greater ease. 5:00pm- While appearing on NBC's Meet the Press, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick emphatically stated there will be “no recession in America” despite the Trump Administration's use of tariffs. Lutnick explained the tariffs are meant to level the playing field and will eventually go away once other nation's embrace free and fair trade. JP Morgan has raised the recession odds to 40%. 5:15pm- Sad Bernie Sanders + Does ...

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (11/11/2024): 3:05pm- Donald Trump announced that Tom Homan will serve as his administration's “border czar.” In 2019, while serving as the Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homan famously destroyed Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez as the two debated illegal migration during a House Oversight Committee hearing. 3:20pm- Chuck Schumer is an Election Denier. On Friday, the Associated Press called the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate race in favor of Republican challenger Dave McCormick—but sitting Senator Bob Casey has refused to concede! Appeasing Casey, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has withheld an orientation invite for incoming Senators from McCormick. Does this mean Schumer is an election denier? 3:25pm- While appearing on CNN with Dana Bash, Senator Bernie Sanders defended himself—and other politicians like Donald Trump—for appearing on Joe Rogan's podcast. 3:30pm- John Yoo—Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at University of California at Berkeley & a Visiting Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to answer the question: now that Donald Trump has won a second term as president, what will happen to all of the legal challenges that were brought against him? Professor Yoo says the two federal cases brought by Jack Smith and the Department of Justice “are dead for sure.” The cases in New York and Georgia are both flawed—in fact, there has been no progress made in Georgia and it could potentially be dropped. He argues that because the NY case is so legally unsound, Trump should appeal all the way to the Supreme Court. But could Judge Juan Merchan sentence President Trump to jail time? 3:50pm- How Did Kamala's Campaign Squander $1 Billion? According to a report from Politico's California bureau chief Christopher Cadelago, Kamala Harris's presidential campaign raised over $1 billion and—despite her campaign only lasting just over 100 days—they have found themselves in debt. Other reports suggest that the campaign paid Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions $1 million for hosting a town hall event—and paid the Call Her Daddy podcast six-figures for set construction. 4:05pm- On Monday, Donald Trump announced he will be appointing Congresswoman Elise Stefanik to his Cabinet as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. He also said he would appoint former Congressman Lee Zeldin to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protective Agency (EPA). 4:15pm- While appearing on CNN with Dana Bash, Senator Bernie Sanders stated that the Democrat Party has largely abandoned the working class. 4:20pm- Actress Justine Bateman took to social media to call out the far-left. She explains that over the last four years “common sense was discarded, intellectual discussion was demonized.” 4:30pm- Ryan Manion— Chief Executive Officer of the Travis Manion Foundation & Author of “The Knock at the Door”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show for Veterans Day. In this introspective solo episode, Zac reflects on his 13-year sobriety anniversary and the theme of letting go. He grapples with conflicting feelings about celebrating sober milestones, questioning whether acting like a decent human being warrants praise, given the chaos he once brought to others. He shares how this time of year brings heavy feelings, remembering his last days estranged from his family, running around the streets using drugs. Zac emphasizes the importance of sharing sobriety stories to inspire people beginning their sober journey and addresses a key aspect about recovery: unlike traditional illnesses, those most qualified to help people struggling with addiction have lived through it themselves. He discusses the challenges families face when seeking help for loved ones with substance use disorders, noting how they can become trapped in cycles of chaos that hinder their own healing and their loved ones. Reflecting on his journey, Zac shares how his parents' tough love—cutting him off financially—was crucial to his recovery. He also explores the evolving language surrounding addiction recovery and gives a shout-out to Lane Kiffin, the Ole Miss Head Football Coach, for his candidness about alcoholism and the freedoms gained through sobriety. Zac concludes by honoring the fallen heroes of 9/11 and spotlighting the Travis Manion Foundation, which empowers veterans and families to instill values in future generations.
