Marco Rubio will serve as Secretary of State and, at least temporarily, become acting NSA. According to The New York Times, Rubio will be the first person to serve in both positions since Henry Kissinger during the Nixon and Ford Administrations. 3:20pm- On Wednesday night, former Vice President Kamala Harris delivered her first major speech since losing the 2024 presidential election last November. She accused President Donald Trump of the “wholesale abandonment” of American ideals and suggested the country may be in the midst of a “constitutional crisis.” 3:35pm- Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr., of the Southern District of Texas, has ruled that the Trump Administration's use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelans residing unlawfully in the U.S. is not legal. 3:45pm- According to a report from Maggie Haberman and The New York Times, the Trump Administration spoke with officials in El Salvador about returning Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States. However, President Nayib Bukele said, “no.” Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, was deported to El Salvador after the Trump Administration determined he was residing in the U.S. illegally and is a member of the gang MS-13. 4:05pm- According to a report from Breitbart, Kilmar Abrego Garcia's wife filed a second protective order against him in 2020. The order filed by Jennifer Vasquez claimed Abrego Garcia acted violently and threatened to kill her. 4:15pm- While speaking with the press on Capitol Hil, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez said President Trump should be impeached—and accused him of organizing a terrorist attack on the United States on January 6th, 2021. 4:20pm- While appearing on Pod Save America, Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) said that President Trump has caused a “constitutional crisis.” She made the claim just two days after she appeared alongside Trump at a rally at the Michigan National Guard. 4:30pm- A Norwegian man barely escapes a polar bear attack thanks to a snowmobile. Trump's involvement with crypto has drawn plenty of criticism due to his changing stance. It raises the question: should the president be involved in this? Adam and Marty break down how Trump became a player in in the crypto scene.    You need to be OK with having less  President Donald Trump addressed the first 100 days of his presidency yesterday as well as giving an update on the tariff situation with China. He said that factories are closing "all over China" because they are not doing business right now. And it seems like what the administration is saying, is that you need to be OK with less. The administration has continuously blamed previous administrations for the situation they're in right now. Marty and Adam talk about how they see this move by the Trump administration playing out.    The EPA has been busy  The focus for the first 100 days of President Trump's second administration has been on the economy and tariffs and leaked group chats about national security... but there are other things going on as well. Some of those things we aren't hearing as much about are coming from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In the background of everything that's going on, the EPA has been working to clean up the air, lowering energy costs for Americans, and making the US one of the AI capitals of the world. Adam and Marty look at look at what the EPA has been doing over the past few months.    How do federal decisions affect us in Utah?  When Congress makes sweeping decisions about spending, debt, or entitlements, those choices don’t just stay in Washington. They ripple across the country—and often land in very real, very local ways here in Utah. CNN's Harry Enten reveals more interesting polling, with the overall message being that Americans see Trump taking us in a different direction and feeling like he needs more ability to accomplish his agenda. The SCOTUS just pulled the rug out from under activist D.C. District Court Judge Boasberg. Then, in another ruling a California judge had his injunction stayed as it relates to Trump's team being able to fire probationary employees. We get a sound bite from the Village Idiot, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) where she perfectly illustrates the Left's belief in the soft bigotry of low expectation. And, she did it with her fake accent, while pretending she was at a comedy club. We get a sneak peek at Ellie Cohanim, who might be on the short list to replace Elise Stefanik for UN Ambassador. She wants to “DOGE” the UN and root out their issues with antisemitism.
