Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of the believe move grow podcast.  I just wanted to say a massive thank you for listening to the podcast and I hope my conversations are providing useful information for you to use in your own lives or within your professional careers. It's is really great to hear your feedback on how the podcast is resonating with you and  I had some great feedback from Rosiejh27 via Apple podcast who said “Really enjoying this series of podcasts where Dan discusses exercise, health and mindset and the educational benefits of exercise in children and young people.  In depth knowledge and research backs the conversations, with additional evidence base from guests who are international leaders in their field.  The conclusions drawn, blend with my own perspective on the importance of exercise and activity and its link to well-being for children and young people in my role as a children's physiotherapist” – Rosie thank you so much for your feedback and it's great to hear the podcast is having an impact and it's my true hope that together we can drive positive changes in children and young people's physical and mental health. Now, my guest this week is none other than Michelle Segar.  Michelle is bestselling author of No Sweat which looks at how the science of motivation can bring a lifetime of fitness.  Michelle is a  sustainable behaviour change scientist and directs the University of Michigan's Sport, Health, and Activity Research and Policy Centre. She has spent the last 25 years conducting health coaching and research and translating it into sustainable behaviour change messages and programming for professionals and organizations seeking to accelerate and sustain positive change. Coming up in todays conversation we talk about the power of knowing your ‘why' when exercising, how emotions trump logic when thinking about exercise motivations, the importance of prioritising self care and much more! I Really think this podcast will resonate with anyone looking to create behaviour change in adults and children.  I think its vital that if we are to change children's activity habits we need to bring the parents along with the children and encourage parents to model healthy physical activity behaviours to their children. So I'd recommend a pen and paper to hand as there are lots of useful tips from this conversation.  So without further ado please enjoy my conversation with Michelle Segar. If you enjoyed todays conversation, please leave a review on Apple Podcasts/iTunes as well as sharing with a friend or colleague who you think would benefit from the episode. What You’ll Learn From This Episode: Why you need to set all things in automation How to face your 'tech demons' Know something about the CRM product called "Keap Max Classic" Related Links and Resources: Michelle is giving a cool offer to all listeners; a program which will do web audit for your site. It gives you what's going right, what's going wrong, what needs immediate attention, what potentially can make it a lot more money, and you can just take this and utilize it yourself or give it to your marketing team and get them to implement the changes for you. The easiest way to get that is go to www.AwarenessStrategies.com/scaleology Summary: International bestselling author, Michelle Nedelec is an expert in Entrepreneurialism and the founder of Awareness Strategies.  She’s run her own series of companies for over 22 years and for over 15 years has been helping Sales reps, Entrepreneurs, and Executives to continually double their profits and revenues. She teaches the key components of scaling a business: Strategy, Systems, Support, and State of Mind so you know how to continually elevate all four components to build a healthy thriving business.  For the past 6 years, she’s been focusing on helping entrepreneurs bring their businesses online from conceptualization to Done For You IT automation. Here are the highlights of this episode: 1:12 Michelle’s ideal Client: My ideal client is somebody that's been around, we call them 'five cube'; so, they at least have 5 employees, they are making around 5 million in revenue and they've been around for 5 years. Those companies usually get to the point where they've got of what we call 'Frankeinware software' in their systems. So, they got this little piece offer that does that, and this one that does that...and they put it all together and they hope that works. Somebody does an update and one of them fails, you don't know why or where and they're just not efficient anymore. It's time to come in and do an over halt and make things right so that they can automate their business and the marketing. 2:14 Problem Michelle helps solve: It's lack of automation. When we go into a company and we say "how do you do that" and they say manually, will tell them that's not good anymore. It might have worked in the 60s, might have worked in the 70s, you'd probably pushing it in the 80s but in 2020 and beyond year, you have got to start looking at automating. What You'll Learn From This Episode: Why you need to set all things in automation How to face your 'tech demons' Know something about the CRM product called "Keap Max Classic" Related Links and Resources: Michelle is giving a cool offer to all listeners; a program which will do web audit for your site. She's run her own series of companies for over 22 years and for over 15 years has been helping Sales reps, Entrepreneurs, and Executives to continually double their profits and revenues. She teaches the key components of scaling a business: Strategy, Systems, Support, and State of Mind so you know how to continually elevate all four components to build a healthy thriving business.  For the past 6 years, she's been focusing on helping entrepreneurs bring their businesses online from conceptualization to Done For You IT automation. Here are the highlights of this episode: 1:12 Michelle's ideal Client: My ideal client is somebody that's been around, we call them 'five cube'; so, they at least have 5 employees, they are making around 5 million in revenue and they've been around for 5 years.
