Joe began his career in investment banking. Five years after earning his undergrad, Joe pursued his MBA at INSEAD in France. And this passion led Joe to Ghana as the CFO for the second largest fish farm in Africa. Joe then founded Victory Farms in Kenya. Joe shares his commitment to sustainable development. As the founder of Victory Farms, he's revolutionizing aquaculture while tackling malnutrition and unemployment in Sub-Saharan Africa. Through innovative practices and a strong focus on environmental and social responsibility, Victory Farms led the path in setting new standards in the fish farming industry. In some sense, Steve Dyer is no different than many people - pursuing a dream of becoming an attorney, but Steve's path is a little unique. Attending Notre Dame on a four-year Army ROTC scholarship, Steve faced a challenge the first week of his second semester - being removed from his French class. Steve changes course and ends up majoring in Japanese (and economics). And the start of a remarkable journey - studying abroad, joining a basketball team will in Tokyo and winning the Small College Championship, getting arrested in multiple countries, being an Army Judge Advocate General following law school, and transitioning to private practice.
