What's going on everyone and welcome to the wonbyone mental health podcast. My name is Obi Emegano founder of wonbyone and also your host for this show. I started this brand as a resource for mental health. As somebody who has dealt with mental health issues I believe one of the most beneficial ways to grow and learn from those situations is to open up the conversation and share your own experiences with others. You never know by sharing your experiences you may be helping someone else who is dealing with the same or similar issues. As I said earlier This podcast will be hosted by yours truly but I will be joined by a different guest each week who will be sharing their experiences with mental health. We'll dive into some of the methods, behaviors, habits and mindsets they have developed to help them live a healthy successful life despite the struggles they have faced. I want This podcast will be a safe place for people to come, learn and share their own life experiences. My hope is to normalize these conversations and remove the negative stigma that has been created by the society we live in. Mental health is something that we will all go through in some form or another during our lifetime and hopefully you will hear something on this podcast that you can relate to. Something that helps ease the pain you are going through and gives you the strength to keep going. Enjoy the podcast, learn from it, help one another and don't forget to practice self love. Peace. We are not at all professionals or giving advice, we are simply sharing our experiences in hopes to increase awareness and normalize conversations surrounding mental health.
