This week on Paddock 43, we unpack one of the most dramatic weekends of the Formula 1 season, the Brazilian Grand Prix We kick things off with the moment everyone's talking about: Kimi Antonelli's bump into Oscar Piastri, the controversial 10-second penalty, and why we think Oscar was unfairly punished. Did the stewards get it wrong? Or was Antonelli really to blame? Then, we dive into the drivers' championship battle, is it Lando Norris' year? We discuss whether Oscar's time is still to come and how the McLaren rivalry is shaping up heading into the final races. We also dive deep into Franco Colapinto's contract extension and what this means for Jack Doohan's F1 dream. And, as always, we wrap things up with our Green Flag / Red Flag. If you love F1 gossip, race recaps, and hot takes, this one's for you. Thinking about your next car? Check out Nero Financial's car financing options. The 2025 Formula 1 season has been WILD to say the least... from Oscar Piastri's incredible home win in Melbourne to the shock end (and restart) of Max Verstappen's dominance, we break down everything that's happened so far this year.In this episode, we dive into the standout moments that have defined the season - Nico Hülkenberg's shock podium, Isack Hadjar's breakout moment, and Carlos Sainz's impressive run with Williams Racing. We look back at Lewis Hamilton's lone win and unpack what's gone right (and wrong) for each of the top teams. Then we shift gears to what's next... crunching the championship math to see whether Oscar Piastri, Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, or even George Russell can take home the 2025 Drivers' Championship and previewing this weekend's upcoming Brazilian GP at Interlagos. If you want a refresh on what's been, what's still to come, and who could actually win this title fight, strap yourself in, it's a good one.
We're into another classic OPENING CEREMONY REVIEW as we track back to 2006 and the last time Italy hosted an Olympics, giving us a taste of what we might see again in Milano Cortina 2026. We take a fine-tooth comb to everything this Torino Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony had to offer — from flaming speed skaters and Pavarotti, to Ferrari F1 cars doing doughnuts and an Italian President who somehow managed a dirty mouth and a cold head. There's even some Italian BDSM, a very sparky flame lighting, and the birth of an Opening Ceremony tradition we still can't handle. It's bold, bizarre and oh-so-Torino — and one you won't want to miss!
The 2025 Mexico Grand Prix turned the Formula 1 world upside down. Lando Norris took victory and snatched the championship lead from Oscar Piastri, ending the Aussie's incredible title run and flipping the fight on its head.... for now.. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton was hit with a brutal 10-second penalty after clashing with Max Verstappen, reigniting an old rivalry. And over at Mercedes, George Russell's team radio meltdown said it all as frustration boils over. We break down:
We had the most embarrassing celebrity encounter ever at MotoGP… and yes, it involved Chris Hemsworth
According to Corriere Dello Sport, Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur had a heated exchange in Singapore with the team's head of track engineering Matteo Togninalli. Meanwhile Alex Palou has alleged that Zak Brown blocked a move for the Spaniard to sign for Racing Bulls midway through 2023. Palou told the UK High Court that Red Bull were interested in getting Palou into their second F1 team, until a phone call from Zak Brown to Dr Helmut Marko shut everything down.#f1 #f1news #ferrarif1 #mclarenf1
A whirlwind rise to Formula 1 with its most famous team in the 1960s, and one of the greatest sportscar racing drivers in the world during the ‘70s and ‘80s, Derek Bell has established an incredible legacy in motorsport. Speaking to Tom Clarkson, Derek talks about being personally picked by Enzo Ferrari to make his Formula 1 debut for the team at their home race and what it was like going out for dinner with Ferrari's founding father. While he only registered one championship point during his F1 career, Derek went on to have incredible success elsewhere – winning five Le Mans, three Daytona 24 races and two World Sportscar Championships. Derek explains why he achieved so much in sportscars, particularly alongside Belgium's former F1 driver Jacky Ickx, and what it was like helping to make the Le Mans movie with Hollywood icon Steve McQueen. This week on Paddock 43 we unpack one of the wildest (and longest) weekends Formula 1 has seen this year. The Baku GP delivered pure chaos with six red flags, heartbreak for Oscar Piastri, and Carlos Sainz calling it “the best podium of my career” after Williams pulled off a smooth operation. Plus some slightly insane conspiracy theories around Lando Norris. Off-track, the gossip was just as juicy: Hadjar rumoured as Max Verstappen's 2026 teammate Arvid potentially joining Racing Bulls (and what this means for Liam Lawson or Yuki Tsunoda) Azerbaijan GP extended to 2030 Lando Norris in British Vogue and liking an OnlyFans model's page
We sit down with Dino Beganovic, Ferrari Driver Academy's F2 hopeful, for our first Feeder Series Podcast catch up since his championship-winning FRECA season. Join host Jim Kimberley and F2 editor Martin Lloyd as we dive into:

We then dove straight into the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, which was sure to deliver and was an exceptional way to welcome us back after the summer break.
