Sleepybelly™ is the original three-piece maternity pillow designed to help expecting moms enjoy a deeper, more restful sleep during pregnancy. The pillow is made from a premium latex internal material, which helps prevent back sleeping and encourages safe side sleeping. The company was founded in Australia by two long-time friends and now has over 25,000 happy customers worldwide, shipping daily from their warehouses in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. The pillow comes highly recommended by leading midwives, physiotherapists, maternal health nurses, and authors, including Beth Ryan from BirthWithBeth and Sophie Walker from Australian Birth Stories. Web: https://sleepybelly.co From the Founders: Who we are... Two friends from Melbourne, Australia. Light sleepers and problem solvers, with an obsession for the small details ensuring everything is perfect. Notoriously poor sleeper and Sleepybelly co-founder, Hannah was surrounded by pregnant sisters and friends and hearing complaint after complaint of sore backs, tossing, turning and sleepless nights. Determined to solve the problem for those around her (and future Hannah), she embarked on a journey to develop and design a pillow which provides support, comfort and peace of mind for expecting mums. Enlisting the help of longtime friend and manufacturing expert Andy, the pair left no stone unturned to source the highest quality materials and liaising with expecting mums, osteopaths, women's health nurses to develop the Sleepybelly. We all know how difficult a comfortable night's sleep becomes during pregnancy. A woman's body is changing and growing every day. Carrying an extra human isn't easy on your body. When you finally get into bed you want to feel comfortable and relieved. But the bed just doesn't cut it and neither do a lot of the other pregnancy pillows in the market. Worthy product recommendations travel like wildfire with expecting mums – who are constantly passing on their tips and tricks for a more enjoyable pregnancy. There seemed to be a lack of a worthy product helping mums-to-be get a more comfortable and restful night's sleep. Comfort is a huge driving force behind The Sleepybelly Pregnancy Pillow. But the real magic comes from the peace of mind it brings! Paranoid that they will fall asleep and wake up on their back wondering how long they've been laying like that? We've worked tirelessly to bring a product to you that prevents you from rolling onto your back in your sleep. A product that takes away that subconscious worry that stops you from drifting into a deeper, more restful sleep. That's how Sleepybelly was born – out of a need for comfort and peace of mind! Our personal values are reflected in everything that we do with Sleepybelly. Two family orientated envrionmentally and socially conscious individuals with a healthy perfectionist complex. When setting out to develop the Sleepybelly the focus was always on creating the very best product possible, and solving a very important problem pregnant women encounter during the most important (but physically uncomfortable) period of their lives. Sparing no expense on design, research and manufacturing it's unsurprising that the resulting product is head and shoulders above other maternity pillows available on the market. The final nod to this dedication and values of quality and confidence is the 30-night, money back guarantee. If you've purchased a new Sleepybelly and it's not feeling more comfortable or supported, and as a result your sleep has not improved - send it back for a full refund, guaranteed. ► Luxury Women Handbag Discounts: https://www.theofficialathena.... ► Become an Equus Coach®: https://equuscoach.com/?rfsn=7... ► For $5 in ride credit, download the Lyft app using my referral link: https://www.lyft.com/ici/ASH58... ► Review Us: https://itunes.apple.com/us/po... ► Subscribe: http://www.youtube.com/c/AshSa... ► Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/1lov... ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ashsa... ► Twitter: https://twitter.com/1loveAsh ► Blog: http://www.ashsaidit.com/blog #atlanta #ashsaidit #theashsaiditshow #ashblogsit #ashsaidit® Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podca....

Before she became a regular presence on TV screens across Australia, veteran journalist Liz Hayes was simply Beth Ryan, the daughter of a dairy farmer and a housewife in rural New South Wales. Now, as she looks back on her extraordinary life and career in a new memoir, Liz joins Something To Talk About for a thought-provoking and often very funny conversation about the places she has been, the people she has met and the things she has seen. (And trust us, there have been plenty.) Liz considers how the success she achieved across the past several decades mirrored the struggles and triumphs that so many women of her generation endured as they battled societal expectations and came up against “alpha males” along the way. She's also full of fascinating anecdotes, whether reminiscing about the “hysterical moment” her then-flatmate Richard Wilkins encountered an A-list celebrity in her bedroom or marvelling at the phone call she received from former prime minister Bob Hawke, who invited her to join him on a private jet to the Gold Coast. And for the first time, Liz clears the air on her recently resurfaced 2012 interview with disgraced comedian and actor Russell Brand. I'm Liz Hayes from HarperCollins is available online and in-store from November 15.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

You may already know Beth from her page Birth with Beth which is a wonderful resource for pregnant women and their support people. Today, Beth shares her story and details the challenge of the first trimester, the difficulty of Covid restrictions and the joy and hard work of bringing her daughter into the world. Based in Melbourne and accustomed to coming in and out of lockdown, Beth didn't see her care provider face-to-face till 28 weeks. It was an experience she had guided many women through as a midwife but she admits that being on the other side offered a new perspective. "It was funny because I had been doing phone appointments and I was the one reassuring families and then to be on the other side of it and realise how much you crave that reassurance of face-to-face care was really interesting.” Beth was assigned a midwife who is also a co-worker; one she has an immense respect for in regards to her birth philosophy. That said, she did most of the first trimester alone, like most women, and vomited continuously throughout the day till 18 weeks. Beth Ryan, my younger sister, has lived in a multitude of places and now resides in Los Angeles. She attended college in Boston and worked for two start-up computer companies. Wanting to get a better work-life balance, she took a year off and traveled around the world. This trip allowed her to find her passion and her voice. She now runs a non-profit called Stepping Forward LA (www.steppingforwardla.org) supporting foster youth who age out of the foster care system. She was my first "listener" and probably has more embarrassing stories of me than anyone else. Stepping Forward LA Instagram feed. Find me on Instagram or Twitter. The Punch Drunk Soul Podcast - Soul Alignment + Business Chats
This interview is with Beth Ryan, who I met about 2 years ago now in the same mastermind for all of 2018. It's been really exciting to see how Beth has grown her videographer business into an online course business, a membership and now even a mastermind. She's been in business for 4 years, so it's important to remember that she started with ONE piece of the puzzle and has slowly built it up year after year. When she got started, she was a waitress who was turning down broadcasting jobs with tears in her eyes because they felt so out of alignment with her, even though it's what she went to school for. What I love about her story is that Beth couldn't figure out WHY she was turning down these jobs, but she trusted her gut feeling that they just weren't right until her business organically came to her through inspired action. We get into that and so much more in this episode. I know you're going to love it. We talk all about women's intuition, how to ask yourself the right questions to get what you want, how networking is everything in business, why your niche is important, the ups and downs of business and really learning to trust yourself and your journey every step of the way. We also talk about how we have to unlearn how to ask for permission and validation so we can start living the lives we want and have the businesses we want. The overarching theme of this interview was learning how to trust yourself and your path and leaning in to what interests you. This is a POWERFUL interview and I'm pretty sure you're gonna raise in vibration and motivation just by listening to us chat. Aha Moments: How to listen to your body to make decisions - because the body understands what the mind can't comprehend logically Everything is revealed as needed - it won't be revealed all at once Learn how to take risks by trusting your intuition. Beth shares what her “yes” and “no” feel like Why Beth re-invests all her business profits into her business How to network like a QUEEN and plant seeds without expectation to build your business How building a business has forced her to stand up for what she wants and become who she truly wants to be Why it's a GOOD thing if you have no money to invest in yourself or your business and how to use it to your advantage Links + Mentioned In This Episode: Instagram.com/bethryanmedia facebook.com/bethryan BethRyan.tv

Hello! In this episode of Conversations with Kim and Kim, Kim Isherwood fills us all in about her latest retreat in Spain which was organized by her and two other women, Beth Ryan and Stefanie Monge. The three of them organized a week of yoga, meditations, writing exercises, hikes, social media and business brainstorming sessions. Everyone left relaxed, inspired and refreshed! The benefits of getting away are immense! Your mind needs time off just as much, if not more, than your body does. Down time gives your mind time to purge old emotions and traumas, but also to process new and fresh ideas. Down time from home and downtime between lectures, classes or workshops are both very necessary. This downtime allows your mind and soul to incorporate the new information and helps bring inspiration and new ideas and understanding. This is what mediation does too, but when away from your regular life, you get a big bump to this purge. Thanks for listening. Please continue to email Kim and I your questions, comments and requests for podcast topics! Have a great day! Kim
