6 Core Human Needs You Must Learn

I want ot share an episode with you today that I covered about a year ago.  It really is a fundamental and core concept you MUST learn and master if you want to design your BEST LIFE...   Have you ever wondered why we do the things we do?  Of course our thoughts and emotions shape our behaviors and results in life, but what truly influences our conscious and unconscious thoughts on a day to day basis?   I've put a lot of thought into this and we have discussed many different influencing factors that contribute to our lives, and we have even talked about ways to influence and change our behaviors and results.  But today I'd like to talk to you about identifying what is truly affecting your life on a deeper level.   6 Core Human Needs by Tony Robbins Abraham Maslow was an American psychologist who studied and documented human needs and behavior.  He developed a well know theory of basic human behavior called Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.  The most basic of needs (which influence our behavior) are food, shelter, safety, etc.  Then there are higher levels of needs like love, self-esteem, and personal growth in order to truly achieve “self actualization” and happiness in life.  These are the main influencing factors in our behavior; as a result, they are the influencing factors in the results we achieve in life.   Tony Robbins further developed this concept into what he calls the 6 core human needs.  He has become well know for this training because it has literally impacted thousands of people (throughout the world) during his career. He believes that all humans have the same 6 core needs and that if they are fulfilling these 6 needs they will experience the most happiness.  If not, they will feel dissatisfied with their life and also feel unfulfilled at times.  He added that most of us will prioritize a couple of these needs and (as a result) those needs will drive most of our conscious and unconscious thoughts and actions.    So you can see that if these needs are driving our behaviors and actions, then they will ultimately determine our results, our happiness, and even our levels of fulfillment.    Many people choose to meet their 6 core needs in a positive way, but it is also possible (and common) that people can meet these needs in a negative (destructive) way that leads them to problems and struggles in their lives.  Meeting our needs in a negative way never brings long term happiness and ultimately can cause serious pain, frustration, and even depression.    Are you aware of the Core Needs you prioritize in your life? Are they being met in a positive or a negative way?   I'd like to outline the 6 core needs so that you might become more aware of which ones you are prioritizing and which ones you need to continue to focus on fulfilling at a higher level.  Also, I feel it's important to truly understand if you are currently filling your needs in a positive or negative way.  This will help you to understand what drives your thoughts, behaviors and actions that are creating your life.   So, let's start to go through these needs and feel free to take some notes and really dig into what you feel are your Main Influencing Factors in your Success or Lack of Success in your life right now.   No it's interesting to note that the first four needs are ones that fulfill the needs of our Personality, and the last two needs are ones that fulfill the needs of our spirit.  True fulfillment comes from the last two needs, so really pay attention to those as we go through them.   Here are the 6 core needs:   Needs of the Personality 1-Certainty- the need for safety, stability, security, comfort, order, predictability, control, and consistency…Avoid Pain…   Obviously, we do our best to avoid pain in our lives by creating certainty.  However, a problem can arise for many of us when we create unrealistic expectations of what it take for certainty.  This can cause stress because we never seem to meet our needs for certainty.   This is when you need to start discovering what limiting beliefs and programming that you carry inside that is affecting your expectations and needs.   On the other hand, if we have too much Certainty we get bored, so this is why we need the second need.   2-Variety (uncertainty)- the need for variety, surprise, challenges, excitement, difference, chaos, adventure, change, and novelty.   My partner and mentor Robert Stuberg would say that your true success as an Entrepreneur (and happiness in life) in in direct proportion to the amount of Uncertainty that you can handle in your life. I believe this is because we already know that success, growth and “uncertainty” lies outside your comfort zone.     It is also interesting to note that these first two core needs work as a paradox and continually try to balance each other.  Certainty vs Uncertainty.  Which leads us to the 3rd Core Human Need.   3-Significance- the need to have meaning, special, pride, needed, wanted, sense of importance and worthy of love…we want to feel special.   I read a very impactful quote from Adam Sincinski that I think explains the need for significance really well…   "You can feel more significant by achieving something, by building something, by learning something or even by tearing other people down. They are all legitimate ways to fulfill the need for significance. The need for significance can help you achieve more, do more, and become the person you desire to be. All professional athletes would probably admit that the need for significance is a big part of their careers. In fact, it's probably one of the most important influential factors that go into every decision they make. On the other hand, the need for significance can be used for evil purposes. For instance, it can be used to hurt people or gain an unfair advantage. Take for example a bully. A bully bullies other people to feel important, significant, and worthy. Therefore the need for significance can actually lead to violence." - An In-Depth Exploration Of The Six Human Needs Shaping Your Life, Adam Sicinski   Tony Robbins talks about how VIOLENCE can also fulfill the need people have for significance in a destructive way.  Understanding the need for significance is very important so that we can better understand how to deal with this need in a positive and productive way in society and in our personal lives.   4-Love & Connection- the need for communication, approval and attachment, connection with, loved and intimate with another person.   Ultimately we are all searching for connection.  Love is one of the most powerful emotions and can bring with it both “true happiness” as well as our “deepest fear” due to rejection, loneliness and regret.  The key is to understand that love can be influenced by our beliefs in a big way.  Low self-worth, past relationship failures and good or bad business experiences can all affect our ways of fulfilling this need for love and connection.   A great example of this is why many of us settle for “Connection” rather than “Deep Commitment and Relationships” with others.  We dont want to get hurt in a relationship but we still need to fill our need for Love and Connection.  The problem with his is that we never truly fill this need long term by only satisfying it at a surface level.  The same can be said in business if we are untrusting or unwilling to risk moving forward with our goals due to past failures.   Needs of the Spirit 5-Growth- the need for constant emotional, intellectual and spiritual development.   You've heard the saying, “if you are not growing, you are dying”.  This comes from the fact that we all have a need to Grow.  The best way to do this is through personal development.  Without personal growth, you can feel “stuck in life”.     The negative side of Growth is that many of us apply filters of perfectionism so we don't recognize that we are growing because we are either 1)comparing ourselves to everyone else or 2) we set the bar so high we will never meet this need.  The KEY is to always play the game of life against the past version of yourself and not others. And, to always remember that you need to look forward and not back when you are growing.   6-Contribution- the need to give beyond ourselves, give, care, protect and serve others.   Another great saying is, “The Secret to Living is Giving”.  The meet will ultimately only get filled when you feel you are impacting and contributing to those around you:  in community, in your family, in your relationships, in your business.     I really like what my partner Robert Stuberg says when he talks about his life mission and use of Unique Talents.  The key to life is identifying your Unique Talent (excellent and passion about) and applying it in the service to others.  This is an Amazing way to Create Success while living a Happy and Fulfilled live, but it also satisfies this need at an extremely high level.   So...How are you meeting your 6 Core Human Needs?   We strive daily to meet these needs, but remember that our needs can ultimately be met in both constructive and destructive ways…positive and negative ways that will influence and affect our lives.   I believe that most all stress, anxiety, depression, and dysfunctional behavior comes from not filling these needs or filing these needs in a negative way.  The key is to understand yourself and your limiting beliefs that are affecting these core needs.  Find out how your inner beliefs are creating the filter you use to fill these needs on a daily basis.  In other words, how are your daily routines being influenced in a positive or negative way because of the programming you've adopted throughout your life.   So, I Encourage You to Ask Yourself these Key Questions: -What are my Top Core Needs? -How am I filling those needs now?  (positive or negative) -What are the beliefs that are driving my needs? -Are these beliefs serving me and my life's mission? -How are these needs impacting my relationships, business and communication?  -How can I redefine the parameters needed to meet these needs.   Let me give you an example of how Tony Robbins talks about using these 6 core human needs to redefine or increase the quality of your relationships…   Tony Robins says “If you're in a relationship with somebody and you meet one of their needs, you're going to have an acquaintance. If you meet two of their needs, you're going to have a friend. If you meet three of their needs, you're going to have a deep friendship or love. If you meet four of their needs, it's going to be a deep love. If you meet five or six of their needs, you're going to have a love slave. … They ain't going anywhere. But it's got to be you meeting their needs, not the other way around.” - Tony Robbins On How To Master Relationships, J.D. Meier   You get the point.  Ultimately, you can seriously impact the quality of “your life” and "others lives" if you will be INTENTIONAL with how you meet the 6 Core Human Needs of Yourself and Others.   I know that if you will take the time to “unpack” what is driving your life, then you will be far more effective in creating change, and you will completely transform your life and business.  But its gonna take a little work.  You must be willing to sit down and go through the motions to understand, identify, redefine and execute on your Core Needs in your life.  If you do this…I promise you will see massive changes in your life.   I appreciate you listening today.  I hope you've found some value in this information.  If you have, I encourage you to share this podcast episode with at least one person in your life.  Have an amazing day.   George Wright III

You've hard the saying, “if you are not growing, you are dying”. Let me give you an example of how Tony Robbins talks about using these 6 core human needs to redefine or increase the quality of your relationships…   Tony Robins says: “If you're in a relationship with somebody and you meet one of their needs, you're going to have an acquaintance.

Jay Owen is not only a good friend, but also a leader and business owner. He owns Business Builders, which is a digital marketing and web design organization based out of Florida. We've gotten to know both his team and his family, and along the way have seen firsthand how he has organized his life and leadership around the six core needs. Today's conversation has some powerful truths for leaders, we're glad you could join us. Let's start with Jay's back story (2:56) At what point did you start building the business and taking on team members? (4:12) There's value in setting goals, but goals can also cause a lot of stress. You were just trying to be better than the year before, was that healthy for you? (6:41) Leaving your job was a pivotal decision for you, right? What gave you the courage? (9:32) Your business has grown every year of your 22 years in business? (11:23) Let's talk about the six core human needs and how you go about building each of them (12:30) The six needs are certainty, uncertainty, human connection, contribution, growth and significance. Let's start by talking about certainty (14:06) Talk to the people listening who love chaos and open schedules. What is the message for them? (20:23) You've done a great job of hiring for your weaknesses. Speak to the value of doing that (22:16) We all need certainty but also the opposite - uncertainty. Speak to the practical ways uncertainty shows up for you and the business (25:36) Uncertainty is right up your alley, but how do you bring your team along for the ride? (33:49) Human connection is the third of the human needs. Talk about your supper club (38:19) It's easy to connect with a masked version of people. Can you speak to the person who may feel lonely because they're not being real? (44:31) It's worth asking yourself if you have people you don't have to be ‘on' for (48:26) The next one is contribution. Tell us about how you and Claire are involved in Haiti (49:15) Is there a specific story from your time in Haiti that created a shift in your way of thinking? (55:04) There's discussion about how capitalism is a failed system, but instead of fighting those folks it's better to just prove it's a great system (58:44) Next on the list of human needs is growth. You are very intentional about your growth, did that come naturally? (1:00:08) Are there specific books that stand out as having been the most impactful for you? 1:06:03) How do you choose what you read next? (1:07:34) The final one in this list is significance. What's your ‘why' for this business? (1:10:12) I don't think business owners need to believe what I believe, but I want them to wrestle with the question and seek where fulfillment comes from (1:15:35) We unpacked a lot for people, but out of everything we talked about how can people make this actionable? In our sixth episode, Sunny and Ujjwal sit down with Stefano Gunawan, to talk mindfulness, movement and everything in between. Stefano has an incredible philosophy on life, and describes the moment he decided to live a life in line with his values. One not to be missed!--We thought we'd change it up, and have a little introduction from the incredible soul himself:'Hey everyone! My name's Stefano and it's a pleasure to have your ears for the next hour as I share my story and mental health journey (to freedom!)I'm an Indonesian-Chinese blood born in Perth and I moved over to Melbourne as an 11y.o. for the beginning of high school. Having gone through some tumultuous adolescent years (didn't we all?!) I landed at the University of Melbourne in a Commerce degree. 4-years and a whole bunch of life-changing events later, I decided to quit that degree (with a mere subject to go! Insane, right?... naaaahh) and move on with my life.Releasing myself from the shackles of familial and societal expectations, I started to take the idea of rebellion very seriously. As Camus once said, “The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.” Amen! The main trigger for my radical change was a reality-bending 10-day silent meditation retreat (the second one, actually. I've been on four of them now), where I faced the demons of my depression and burnout. On the back of this ordeal, I committed wholehearted-and-soulfully to follow my muse whatever the cost to others might be, and I haven't looked back since.Concretely, what does that actually mean?Well, these days my time consists of studying a Psychotherapy degree (which, importantly, I chose of my own accord; no parental influence!); writing and sharing my thoughts through my blog (eclecticchild.com) and Instagram (@stefanoryangunawan); dancing wildly (yes, even in lockdown); yoga-ing and meditating daily (hopefully to be a teacher of both in two years time); cohabitating with hippies in Brunswick (plus a CUTE ass puppy named Enoki); and generally just trying to live my life as best as I can.Oh, and MOST importantly, I'm also co-running a Men's Circle! The gentlemen from BottledUp are a part of it too, and we're hoping to grow the family in the future. We meet every 2nd Sunday via Zoom (and once lockdown is over, in person) at 2pm.If you haven't already received or seen the open invitation from the Bottled Up guys, then consider this a personal invitation from yours truly: We are open and would love to have you join us at the next one! Why do we do what we do? ...The 6 Core Human Needs from Tony Robbins   Have you ever wondered why we do the things we do? You've hard the saying, “if you are not growing, you are dying”.

Review from last 3 episodes: Wealth File #1 Rich people believe “I create my life.” Poor people believe “Life happens to me.”   Wealth File #2 Rich people play the money game to win.  Poor people play the money game to not lose.   Wealth File #3 Rich people are committed to being rich.  Poor people want to be rich.   Wealth File #4 Rich people think big.  Poor people think small.   Wealth File #5 Rich people focus on opportunities.  Poor people focus on obstacles.   Wealth File #6 Rich people admire other rich and successful people.  Poor people resent rich and successful people.   Wealth File #7 Rich people associate with positive, successful people.  Poor people associate with negative or unsuccessful people.   Wealth File #8 Rich people are willing to promote themselves and their value.  Poor people think negatively about selling and promotion.   Wealth File #9 Rich people are bigger than their problems.  Poor people are smaller than their problems.   Wealth File #10 Rich people are excellent receivers.   Poor people are poor receivers.   Wealth File #11 Rich people choose to get paid based on results.  Poor people choose to get paid based on time.   This brings us to the final 6 Wealth Files to cover...   Wealth File #12 Rich people think “both.” Poor people think “either/or.”   I believe this principle is all about Abundant thinking… Do you believe there is abundance in the universe?  Are you willing to choose to believe there is abundance? The reason this is so important is that “abundant thinkers” have opened the world of possibilities and believe that there is a win win available in each situation. They been with solutions rather than focus on the problem.  Therefore they have more opportunity to create solutions, win at the game of life and their filter on life allows this. If you are acting out of scarcity mindset, you believe that for every winner there is a loser.  You believe that there are limited time, resources and opportunities in life.  This is why you might resent others success.  This is why you may blame others for failure and even blame your life, business, and relationships on being a victim of circumstance.   Ultimately, if you will choose to have an abundant mindset, I know that you will create much more success in your life.  You absolutely can have your cake and eat it too.  :)   Wealth File #13 Rich people focus on their net worth. Poor people focus on their working income.   This distinction has been wired into us from birth.  What do you want to do rather than what do you want your life to be like.  What do you make for a living rather than what is your net worth.  We talk about budgets and expenses, but we don't talk about, track or grow the other “key areas” of true success and net worth.   These other areas, as Harv puts it, are things like Income, Savings, Investments, Simplification…and I would add active and passive income streams.  I would highly encourage you to always be increasing your active income (raising ceiling) while actively growing your passive income through business, investments and residuals.   No you might be saying, “George, I don't have those other areas and don't know where to start with investing or expanding my business from a “job” to a “passive” income stream.”  Well, it doesn't matter whether you are currently pursuing a course of action or don't know where to start…the bottom line is “where focus goes, energy flows”.  I didn't have these either until I prioritized finding the right ones and learning, growing, networking, and developing them.  That's why i surround myself with successful people.  That is why you are listening to this podcast.     The point I am trying to make is that you need to prioritize, focus and spend time on your NET WORTH and you will see it grown.  This leads perfectly into the next wealth file.   Wealth File #14 Rich people manage their money well. Poor people mismanage their money well.   If you don't learn to manage your money well, then your money will always run your life.  Period. Obviously, this means you need to learn to properly budget your money…even if it seems like an overwhelming, boring or tedious task. And, you need to learn to be “frugal” with your money.  I know most people view frugality in a bad way, but I'm saying you need to learn the difference between things that are expenses vs investments.  You need to start “really and sincerely” thinking about if you NEED that new car, watch, lifestyle or you just WANT IT.  When you start to plan an amazing life and start to follow that plan through a filter of frugality, you can create peace of mind, happiness, and amazing levels of success.  This is because we stop “wasting money” to impress people that don't really care about your lifestyle and wealth in the first place.   A good friend of mine, Bill Danko…who wrote The NYT Best Selling Book The Millionaire Next Door, discussed and showed clearly that it doesn't take a exorbitant amount of money to create true wealth.  He later went on to write another best seller, called Richer Than a Millionaire, that adds the idea that you can have Wealth and Happiness (which is better than just having wealth).  But, it takes a PLAN.  It takes FRUGALITY.  It takes DISCIPLINE. It takes the CONSCIOUS DECISION to Manage your Money WELL.'   In fact, Bill spoke at a recent High Net Worth Investor Conference we did and he taught me something I hadn't heard before that leads right into the next wealth file.   Wealth File #15 Rich people have their money work hard for them.  Poor people work hard for their money.   Bill talked about a gentleman named Franco Modigliani, who won the 1985 Noble Prize in Economics.  He won the Noble Prize for his money life-cycle hypothesis.  Basically, he said that through your working years and being Frugal…saving money is important so that you can build wealth…so that you can live comfortably in your non-working years when you are older.  In other words:  wen you are young, you WORK FOR MONEY…when you are old, MONEY WORKS FOR YOU.   The problem is that NO ONE is saving money anymore.  People spend money on dumb stuff that doesnt build wealth just to impress people that dont matter.  Worse yet, they spend money on things to make themselves feel good only to later realize that these things only bring temporary satisfaction and not long term happiness.   I know exactly how that feels and many of us can relate….can you?   Thank you Bill for listening and reminding me of these important principles.   Now, I know this is a long episode so hang in there with me while we approach the finish line cause this stuff is super important.     Wealth File #16 Rich people act in spite of fear. Poor people let fear stop them.   I have adopted and combined a few different mentor teachings on this topic because I feel its important.  Prosperity Pillar # 3 is ACT IN SPITE OF MY MOOD.  Let's really discuss this for a second because this involves motivation, discipline and most importantly FEAR.  Are you letting fear stop you or is it motivation, discipline or confidence.   Identify WHY and WHAT holds you back.  Without doing this you cannot overcome this mindset.  But, I will highly recommend one particular solution for you to consider….   You will be the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with the most…Belief Transference, Confidence, Motivation, etc.  Got it?   Wealth File #17 Rich people constantly learn and grow. Poor people think they already know.   This one is self explanatory, but let me give you some examples…go through the last couple months of this podcast….   I am constantly learning, growing and developing.  It's what drives me, creates fulfillment for me and impact.   There is a reason for this…Its one of our 6 CORE HUMAN NEEDS, like Tony Robbins talks about.  I am going to be covering the 6 Core Human Needs from Robbins next week so don't miss it, but the key to understand here is that if you are not “growing” you are “dying”.  If you are not learning (and think you know it all), you will NEVER BE RICH and SUCCESSFUL…at least not long term.

Change Your Story, Change Your Life

CRAZY STORIES You’re probably familiar with the idea of self talk. Maybe, you’re too familiar with it. You just assume you know what it is, so you take it for granted. You understand self talk in your head. But, you don’t pay close attention to it in your daily life. Don’t worry. You are not alone. This episode looks closely at the real power of self talk to enrich your life, or to destroy it. When self talk happens automatically and is not monitored it can create crazy stories. Crazy stories are vivid narratives that sometimes lead to horrible actions. In this episode, we explore the self talk that triggers  the violent actions of young school shooters. When a human being loses it, goes ballistic, and explodes into a murderous rampage that ends the lives of many people, we are usually at a loss to explain the killer’s motives and actions. We distance ourselves from the horror by labelling the person crazy. It makes us feel safe. We are sane, and the killer is crazy. It seems to put us in different worlds that are far apart. That’s just a coping mechanism. A story we create to protect our world and our identity. Crazy stories in the minds of young school shooters are usually about deep unresolved feelings of insignificance. When people feel insignificant, they view the world as a very lonely, dark, and hostile place. Their self talk creates vivid painful stories that make their distorted view of life seem very real and unchangeable. When the pain becomes too intense, people sometimes explode into violence to feel powerful, to be seen, heard, talked about, and remembered. You and I all have some negative self talk that portrays us as smaller and less significant than we really are. It’s important to acknowledge that self talk and transform it. You will find a powerful resource in this episode for developing a healthy empowering self image. That resource is called, The Ways of the Wizard, twenty life affirming and life transforming declarations that you can use daily to attract more of what you want into your life. Sales is not a matter of convincing someone to buy something. There's a fatal flaw in that model because it's based on your reasons why they should buy. When you begin to sell someone based on their reasons, address their core human needs and deliver the message in a way that is impactful, then you sell through persuasion which is the most powerful way to sell. 7 Steps to Emotional Fitness, Emotional Mastery and Creating What You Want | Dr. Cristy Lopez & Dan Kuschell How often are you in a peak state of joy and fulfillment? On the other hand, how often do you find yourself dealing with stress, anxiety, and worry? Emotional Mastery can provide you greater freedom, peace, confidence, significance, growth, contribution, adventure, and love if you learn how to put its power to use for you. Today’s guest expert is Dr. Cristy Lopez, a psychologist, Coach, and has been an expert on TV shows like Dr. Phil, Downsized, and more. She helps people in transition create the life they want - in their career, business, life, and relationships. She is uniquely qualified to help you achieve greater Emotionally Mastery starting today:   Here’s a glimpse of the strategies you’ll receive today: The childhood experience and simple verse from Luke (12:25-27) that Dan learned in his teens from an article in Sports Illustrated that was a catalyst for his journey into personal development (and how it can apply to you if you find yourself in a state of worry, anxiety, or stress); How to be more controlling and directing of your emotions for greater freedom and peace; Why the traits of ADD, ADHD, Addiction, and more are showing up more often today than just a decade ago; The first step towards Emotional Mastery: Awareness; Check in questions to be asking daily: How am I feeling today? What are the positive emotions/feelings I feel regularly? What are the negative emotions/feelings I feel regularly? (most people can’t express 10 feelings – so if you want to improve your emotional fitness, expand the language around your emotions); The Framework for Maximum Performance: (W.A.A.A) Identify what do I want? Take Action. Assess the results from my actions. Adapt and adjust based on the results and outcome. “Your Emotional State is really a Physiological State. Feeling is the cognitive word you’re putting on it. You need language for your emotional states. Become aware of what’s going on with you, your body and physical states”; If you want greater emotional mastery, learn to master how you use your body better (Hint: you can make a simple adjustment in your body posture or even a move with your face and immediately adjust your body chemistry to create a better emotional state); Dr. Cristy Lopez’s method for greater emotional mastery: Increase your awareness around the language you use (related to emotions). “It’s like a box of crayons. If you have 8 crayons versus 152 crayons, you’ll be limited in the amount of colors (emotion and feeling) you can use.” Transform from negative emotions to positive emotions with a simple adjustment in your body language (The Wonder Woman and Superman Pose can set you free); “Lift your tail feathers for greater emotional fitness”: (Example: when a dog is sad, its tail is tucked between its legs. Lift its tail up. The physiological move adjusts the emotions. The same applies to you); Body Language and Facial Shifts like smiling can transform your feelings and emotions – “…it’s hard to be in a state of sadness and depression when your muscles are physically doing something else. You have control.” Dan’s simple strategy to create an immediate state shift towards happiness: “If you’re happy, it’s simple, tell your face”; The simple technique you can use right now for greater joy and happiness: Look up. (HINT: Try it now. In fact, look up and try not to smile. Reports show it’s almost impossible. Let us know the result); Checking in for greater emotional fitness: “Do a Gut check to get in check”; Triggers- what sets you off? Internal cues, external cues, environmental cues, and/or smells have an impact. “Triggers come from the inside out”; What to do if you (or your partner) have a hard time expressing your emotion(s) and feelings (HINT: identify the underlying core need); “If our core needs are unmet, we act out”; Core Needs: Certainty, Uncertainty, Purpose, Love, Connection, Growth, Contribution (adapted from Tony Robbins 6 Core Human Needs); The power of language: How are you perceiving it and labeling it (cognitively)? You have the physiological state, then cognitively, what are you calling it (the feeling)? And what language are you using around it”? An immediate method to transform your emotions: Shift your posture & language; Why our biggest breakthroughs can come from a time of discomfort and unhappiness (HINT: there is a way for you to control your emotions so you don’t have to be in a state of unhappiness to get your breakthroughs); Emotional Reasoning: labeling what it seems to be – doesn’t make it so (absolutely true). “Just because I feel something, doesn’t make it so.
