This bonus episode is something special, a subliminal meditation designed to help you anchor into the energy of safety. You won't hear me saying the words “I am safe” in the background. Instead, they're recorded subliminally under the music, so your conscious mind won't pick them up, but your subconscious will.✨ What are subliminals?Subliminals are affirmations layered beneath music or sounds. While you don't consciously hear them, your subconscious mind absorbs the messages, which can shift your beliefs and help reprogram old patterns.I first explored this work with Stephanie Keith, who joined me on a previous podcast episode. I also took part in her beta testing for her Subliminal Creation Lab course, and I'm so happy I did, it completely shifted how I think about affirmations and subconscious rewiring.Listen to my episode with Stephanie here. Quantum Manifestation: Using Science, Spirituality, and Subliminals to Create Success with Stephanie Keith: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/221-quantum-manifestation-using-science-spirituality/id1530819580?i=1000686604905✨ How to listen to this meditation:Pop on some headphones and play this meditation while you're: Walking Cleaning the house Running errands Making dinner Or winding down before bedThere's no need to focus or “do” anything, just allow the music to wash over you and let your subconscious take in the positive affirmations of safety. This is an hour long but feel free to listen for 15, 20, 30 minutes or whatever you feel like. ✨ Want more subliminals?Subscribe to my paid Substack for exclusive subliminal meditations, bonus content, and deeper practices to support your mindset and well-being plus workouts and my program Strong Body + Calm Mind where I share daily workouts and a weekly meditation in this 8 week program. It's not just about the money - it's about the freedom. In this episode, Scott explores what actions billionaires take that you can implement right now in your own life. Instead of focusing on accumulating massive wealth, discover how to create the feeling of freedom, peace of mind, and impact that billionaires experience, regardless of your bank account. Featured Story Scott challenges you to imagine being a billionaire and asks what actions you would take to get there. He reveals that what most people truly want isn't the billions - it's the freedom that comes with financial security. Through his signature conversational style, Scott breaks down how the daily habits of successful people create the foundation for a life of freedom and impact that anyone can achieve without needing massive wealth. Key Takeaways You are your habits - the results you get in life are directly tied to your daily habits, so choose good ones that move you toward your goals. Successful people prioritize exercise, spend time with inspiring people, and pursue their own goals consistently. Creating "settled habits" in areas like sleep, multiple income streams, and avoiding time wasters builds the foundation for long-term success. Memorable Quotes "Good habits, done daily, create success." "If you pursue your own goals, you're sexy - people love you." "When you lean into it and give it time and hang out with the right people, life changes." Scott's Three-Step Approach Establish good habits that deliver on your baseline and move you in the direction you want to go. Surround yourself with people who inspire you and walk away from those who waste your time. Build multiple streams of income to create more freedom and security in your life. Most advice on power is about why we need it or how we can get it. And it's typically focused on things outside us, like titles or promotions. While these external markers are important, they can leave us empty inside. Advice that focuses solely on external power leaves out how to build and maintain the crucial internal power we need. That's why Chris Lipp decided to mine the research on personal power and, ultimately, to write a book on it. In this interview we talk about his latest book, The Science of Personal Power: How to Build Confidence, Create Success, and Obtain Freedom. Chris's book gives us an opportunity to build the inner foundation for success, so we can match it with external achievements. If you're looking for a book with concrete ways to center and inspire you in your work - and in your life - you'll find it here. In this episode of the ATL Mastermind Podcast our hosts discuss various topics surrounding strategies for leveraging divorce, late mortgage, and probate leads in real estate. They explore the different approaches for engaging with leads who are undergoing significant life changes, stressing the importance of using softer communication and building trust by educating them of all options on their table. Several guests share how they use their personal experiences for building rapport with their clients going through divorce, facing foreclosure, and becoming the personal representative in probate. To build success in these markets emphasis is also placed on the necessity of having a structured follow-up process to nurture leads over time rather than expecting immediate sales, along with consistent testing and working of your pipeline. Overall, the participants stress collaboration and understanding clients' needs, while suggesting that success in real estate often relies on patience, empathy, and a well-defined process for managing leads. After struggling for over five years in a software company she and her partner ran, doing what the “gurus” said to do in order to succeed – to no avail – she discovered the transformative power of Energy Alignment and Law of Attraction. It was only after they started integrating these practices into the business that they were able to turn things around and go from over $100K in debt and near bankruptcy to 7 figures in just nine months. That was when she knew she had to “get out of high tech” and “into high people” to share what she knows with heart-centered entrepreneurs. Today, her passion is helping heart-centered entrepreneurs scale their businesses to six figures and beyond. What sets her apart from others in her field is how she brings together both the practical and the spiritual, helping her clients create success that aligns with their true purpose. 210 - Turning Lemons into Success In this episode, we dive into the inspiring ideas presented in Zach Friedman's book, The Lemonade Life: How to Create Success, Create Happiness, and Conquer Anything. We explore how self-awareness, resilience, and purposeful action can transform your life. From breaking free of the comparison trap to experimenting with new ideas, Friedman's insights provide a fresh perspective on building a fulfilling life. If you've ever felt stuck or unsure how to achieve your goals, this episode offers practical steps to help you move forward. Escaping the Joneses TrapOne of the first lessons in The Lemonade Life is breaking free from the cycle of comparison. Trying to "keep up with the Joneses" often leads to dissatisfaction, as we rarely see the full picture of others' lives. Instead of chasing external validation, Friedman urges us to focus inward and align our actions with what truly matters to us. The Importance of Self-AwarenessFriedman emphasizes the critical role of self-awareness in achieving happiness and success. By asking ourselves questions like "What makes me happy?" and "What unique talents can I share with the world?" we can create a life that feels authentic and rewarding. This section of the podcast discusses practical steps to cultivate self-awareness and align it with your goals. Life as an ExperimentSuccess rarely follows a straight line. Friedman suggests treating life as an experiment, where failures and missteps are opportunities to learn and grow. We explore how trying new approaches, analyzing results, and adjusting your strategies can pave the way for personal and professional breakthroughs. Navigating Life with a CompassInstead of relying on rigid plans, Friedman advocates for using a compass to guide your direction. This metaphorical compass helps you stay true to your North Star—your values and long-term goals—while adapting to life's inevitable twists and turns. In this segment, we discuss how a compass-based mindset encourages flexibility and resilience. Committing to Plan AOne of Friedman's boldest ideas is abandoning the safety net of Plan B. While this doesn't mean taking reckless risks, it emphasizes the power of fully committing to your primary goal. We discuss how focusing on Plan A allows you to channel your energy and creativity into making your dreams a reality. Key Takeaways: -Stop comparing your life to others and start focusing on your unique path.-Self-awareness is the foundation of success—discover what truly matters to you.-Life is a series of experiments; embrace failure as part of the process.-Use a compass to navigate your journey, focusing on direction rather than a fixed path.-Commit fully to your primary goal and avoid diluting your efforts with fallback plans.Final Thoughts: The Lemonade Life isn't about reaching a perfect destination—it's about enjoying the journey, learning from challenges, and celebrating small wins along the way. Take a moment to reflect on your personal compass. What's ahead of you? What lessons have you learned from your past? What inspires you, and what holds you back? It is possible to create business success without social media. As a business coach for women, I often hear people say they do not want to be on social media. The world has told them that social media is the key to success. They are frustrated with social media because it isn't generating the desired results—attracting the right people who want to pay for their services. Every time, I assure them that it is possible to achieve business success without social media. Why would you want to avoid social media? A distraction - the dreaded scroll! Being a business coach for women, it's essential to help women find more work-life balance. You get it if you have felt any of the emotions listed above. Social media can drag you down. And let's be honest. It can impact your work-life balance. When you feel overwhelmed by aspects of your business, like social media, you will be more irritable in your personal life, especially as a mom. This is why, as a business for women, I focus heavily on growing your business without social media. Is it possible to be a business owner and avoid social media altogether? Ways to use social media without having to be on social media all the time. Maybe you want to be on social media sometimes. It isn't all bad, after all.
