Él nos platica que a las afueras de un pueblo conocido como Sabanalarga, en Colombia, se ubica una hacienda; que actualmente está abandonada y en ruinas, pero que fue construida en época de la Colonia por Luis Castellón De la Plana, un hombre allegado a Pedro de Heredia, quien fuera fundador de la Ciudad de Cartagena. Dicha hacienda fue construida con el nombre de Navarra, y en sus mejores tiempos estuvo habitada por la familia de Luis Castellón y sus decenas de esclavos. Se dice que la familia Castellón era demasiado excéntrica. Los rumores dictan que practicaban algún tipo de magia negra para robar las alma de sus esclavos; además de practicar el canibalismo. Su elevada estatus social y situación económica; además de sus nexos con el gobierno, le permitieron a la familia Castellón llevar a cabo estos horrores a la vista de todos sin que nadie se atreviera a irrumpir. No fue sino hasta la época de la Guerra Civil Española, cuando la hacienda Navarra fue consumida por un incendio y reducida a ser solo una finca en ruinas.
