You know who doesn't hate to see us coming? Santa. Enough of about us, though. This week we talk about the Netflix original (original is kind of stretch), Our Little Secret, which is a movie that exists! It stars Lindsay Lohan as a business professional, Ian Harding as not Donny Osmond but still kind of, Tim Meadows as Tim Meadows but with a different name, and Kristin Chenoweth as Atlas for carrying this movie on her back. This week, it's a party on the podcast because Tommy is joined by Lindsay Lohan, Kristin Chenoweth and Ian Harding, who star in Our Little Secret on Netflix. The movie is about a girl who goes to meet her boyfriend's family for the very first time over Christmas. But also staying with his family is her ex-boyfriend, who is dating her current boyfriend's sister. Two exes under one roof for Christmas. As you can imagine, chaos ensues. Today, Lindsay opens up about why she was attracted to this unconventional story, the moment in this film where she just had to pay homage to Regina George, reuniting with Tim Meadows (a.k.a. Principal Duvall) for this movie, why Ian and Kristin wanted to jump at the opportunity to work with Lindsay, Kristin's advice on how to play the perfect villain, how Ian felt about playing the quintessential hunky holiday heartthrob, what their relationships are like with grief, how they put one foot in front of the other when grieving, why its important to keep the people around you who bring you true joy, thoughts on a Mean Girls Christmas movie, what they each are manifesting for 2025, and so much more.Subscribe, rate and review this episode if you enjoyed this conversation!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In Australia we're fortunate to have some very talented women in funds management. Catherine Allfrey is one of them. After a chance encounter at a Wesfarmers event in the late 90s, Catherine was recruited to Colonial First State by Greg Perry – a true ‘Master of the Market'. This time working with Perry helped to shape her investment philosophy, which seeks to identify those companies that can grow their earnings at a rate higher than GDP. Catherine formed Wavestone Capital in 2006 with her business partners Ian Harding and Graeme Burke with Raaz Bhuyan joining 2014. Today Wavestone manages ~$4.8 billion for institutions and retail clients. In this video, Catherine discusses the attributes of companies with superior DNA, shares her view on sectors experiencing tailwinds and explains how she is working to bring more women to investing in Australia.

Also, we learn a little bit about that mysterious tuft of red hair from the last A tag…
