Mutta mitä se oikeasti tarkoittaa johtamisen, organisaatiorakenteiden ja ihmisen työn kannalta?Tässä jaksossa vieraana on Mika Ruokonen, LUT-kauppakorkeakoulun teollisuusprofessori, joka on tutkinut tekoälyä johtamisen ja liiketoiminnan näkökulmasta jo vuodesta 2019. Dream Broker on nyt yli kahden vuosikymmenen ikäinen videoviestintäyhtiö, joka on kasvanut pohjoismaisesta startupeista kahdeksan maan toimijaksi ja käynyt jo 10 miljoonan liikevaihdon toisella puolella. Matka sinne ei ole ollut suoraviivainen.Mika Ahokas tuli Dream Brokeriin alun perin neuvonantajana ja sijoittajana vuonna 2007 ja eteni vähitellen operatiivisempaan rooliin, hallituksen puheenjohtajuuden kautta toimitusjohtajaksi 2012. Taustallaan hänellä on yhteinen historia Antin kanssa Ohjelmistoyrittäjissä sekä Digiumin rakentaminen Matti Heikkosen, Risto Siilasmaan ja muiden kanssa ennen kuin se siirtyi Questbackin omistukseen. It allows players to mentally lock in, get their minds right, and begin reinforcing the habits of excellence before the "official" practice even begins. Coaches who win this 15-minute battle instill a sense of purpose and ownership that carries over into every drill and game. From a physical standpoint, the pre-practice routine is a non-negotiable for injury prevention and athletic preparation. This is the time for a dynamic warm-up, moving beyond lazy static stretches. Players should be in constant motion, performing exercises like high knees, lunges with a twist, and defensive slides to increase blood flow, activate key muscle groups, and improve joint mobility. This "pre-hab" work not only prepares their bodies for the explosive demands of practice but also builds a more resilient athlete over the long haul, reducing the nagging strains and sprains that can derail a season. Finally, pre-practice is the ideal time for isolated, high-repetition skill development. While team practice focuses on the "we," pre-practice is all about the "me." This is where players own their improvement. Routines should include fundamental ball handling (stationary and on the move), form shooting directly in front of the basket to groove a perfect release, and finishing drills like the Mikan series to perfect footwork and touch around the rim. It was a grand sight to see another German aircraft there, a Junkers W33 with its distinctive corrugated metal skin and stylish enclosed cockpit, a far cry from his own flimsy machine. The German pilots greeted each other and marvelled at how, in 1928, they should have met in such a remote place… some 3,300 miles, 5,300 km, from the Fatherland. It is doubtful that the Junkers pilot knew much about the young 22 year old airman with his flimsy little aircraft, but the gaunt and weathered Baron was well known to von Koenig-Warthausen!
