Often times in life we hear the famous quote “ Good things come in small packages”. That quote fits my next guests character to a Precise T. He maybe small in nature, but has the heart of a Lion. More important is that something valuable or important can often be found in something seemingly small or insignificant. On December 31, 2016 my next guest found himself in the right place at the right time on a cold New England winter morning. A fire broke out in a three story wood frame residential dwelling in the City of Everett, Massachusetts. Everett is located just 6.1 miles North of Boston. This Off Duty Career Peabody Firefighter was driving in his own personal vehicle in a residential neighborhood where he smelled and seen smoke pushing from the eaves of a residential multi story dwelling. He reacted immediately without hesitation pulling over parking his vehicle into a strangers driveway. He ran towards danger where he was informed by residents who were fleeing the fire that some residents are still inside. Peabody Firefighter Dan Barrasso who had no regard for himself wearing civilian clothes with no fire protection conducted primary searches to the first, second and third floors of the multi-family dwelling. Searching and clearing the first and second floors he made his way to the third floor. When reaching to a third floor platform apartment he was met by smoke and heat conditions. His persistence of clearing the building came to fruition as he found an elderly male trying to get dressed inside a bedroom. Because of the selfless act of bravery and courage the elderly males life was spared. Dan Barrasso is a Honorably Discharged as a Petty Officer First Class E-6 serving 14 years with Navy SeaBees. He fought the Iraq War Conflict “Operation Iraq Freedom” in 2008-2009. He fought along side the 3rd Battalion 7 Marines “Tiger Team”. Petty Officer Barrasso holds many Medals, Citations and Awards for Bravery during a stellar 14 year career in the Navy. Please welcome to Captain Kid's Corner Season 2, Episode 8 Peabody Firefighter Dan Barrasso.

What is the latest you have learned about disclosure and the US Government? Why has the terminology been changed from UFO to UAP?In our last interview you stated that the Government is in a precarious position officially to have a full disclosure of UFOs. Has anything changed to force their hand in any direction? Why are sightings typically military planes and ships and not commercial ships and planes, for the most part? Is it related to nuclear technology?Do you believe the whistleblowers who testified before Congress are credible witnesses? The Pentagon admits to AATIP, a $22 million program. Major news outlets have covered this like Fox, CNN, etc. Why is this not the biggest story in the history of the world? On this episode, I am joined by my special guest, retired Navy Seal Jacob Bachmann. Jacob spent 10 years of his life in the Seal Teams. During that time, he had multiple combat deployments. It was during Jacob's second deployment to Afghanistan, his Seal Team (Team 4) lost Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew Kantor. Kantor was shot and killed in action on November 1, 2012, while providing suppressive fire for his Seal Team brothers. Kantor's actions that day saved the lives of all his brothers. In order to keep Kantor's memory and sacrifice alive, Jacob is on a mission to raise $10,000 dollars to donate to the Navy Seal Foundation. On January 14, 2024, Jacob and his fellow seals will take part in a 3.5 mile open water swim in Tampa Bay to help aid the Navy Seal Foundation in it's mission to "provide critical support for the warriors, veterans and and families of Naval Special Warfare." Has an incredible list of respected individuals, from a Congressman to Pentagon officials, a Stanford Scientist, and well-known researchers making comments and confirming the existence of UFO and the evidence to back it up.The Government is in a precarious position officially have a full disclosure of UFOs. I will explain.Ways contact could be made. And what would make contact with aliens official.Current types of UFOs being reported.Impact UFOs would have on the world.Would UFOs have an impact on international agencies such as the UN and WEF?Are we in a preparatory stage to accept UFOs and their occupants. How could UFOs play into the End Times? Can UFOs be part of a great “deception”? You shared with me the link to a disturbing article in Scientific American where vaccine history will soon be available by:“embedding the record directly into the skin. Along with the vaccine, a child would be injected with a bit of dye that is invisible to the naked eye but easily seen with a special cell-phone filter, combined with an app that shines near-infrared light onto the skin.” Do you see this as a possible way of determining who has not taken the mark? How could the mark of the beast play into this? Takeaway:It is very evident to us that UFOs are going to somehow play into the last days and the coming of the antichrist, yet strong delusion that will cause the world to worship the beast seems impossible today. What if a global phenomenon of “aliens” alleging to be our ancient ancestors were to suddenly appear with advanced knowledge and technology? Then such a scenario seems very likely, causing all the world to abandon religion and tradition to unite under a single savior king. We contend the government is aware of and working in collusion with the demonic spiritual entities behind this deception! Many Americans think of only one form of military heroism: the war hero. But there are many varieties of heroism -- yes, some that include acts of gallantry in combat, but others are performed by service members here at home. At least, that's what the United Service Organizations, or USO, has hoped to show over the last 20 years when it nominates its Service Members of the Year -- junior enlisted troops from all branches and components recognized for actions that go above and beyond. Today, you'll hear from those USO Service Members of the Year: a Patriot missile operator who resurrected U.S. use of the system for the first time in nearly two decades; a Marine who gave lifesaving CPR to an unconscious noncommissioned officer; a sailor who treated wounded civilians after a drive-by shooting; a Guardsman who rushed into a burning building to save a woman's life; an airman who tackled a man attacking a pregnant woman; and a Coast Guardsman who breathed life into an infant after an overloaded boat capsized while crossing the Rio Grande River. Appearing in this episode: Ben Fenwick, Sgt. Octavio Castruita, Petty Officer 2nd Class Jacob Flores, Spc. Solomon J. Doss, Cpl. Alec Cruz, Sgt. Erick Ceja, Seaman Ty Knight, Drew F. Lawrence, Rebecca Kheel.

It was the worst loss of life in a single day since the war in Afghanistan began. Per the Obama regime, it was simply the result of a “lucky shot” by al Qaeda. Per documentation, including the 1,300-page military report, heavily redacted and suppressed by the Obama regime, this is a lie among a host of lies. Watch to find out how our own government was complicit in the murder of SEAL Team 6. Imagine that if your son, the world's leading cryptologist grabbed you firmly and said, "Dad, you'll never believe what is happening in this country", and then was killed on Extortion 17 only two months later, would you ask questions? If you found out the Taliban had been preparing for a shootdown that our intelligence knew about, and then your son died in that attack, would you be angry? What if the Pentagon was unwilling to provide you any answers? Would that stop you? What if Barack Obama himself looked at you face to face and you were escorted away from him by the secret service when you asked undesirable questions? Charles Strange is the father of Petty Officer first class Michael Strange who hasn't stopped asking questions and pushing the government for answers. His son Michael died on August 6th, 2011, along with 29 other Americans in a helicopter crash of call sign Extortion 17. It was the largest single loss of life to special operations forces in the history of America. His and many other Gold Star parent's questions remain unanswered. Perseverance - The persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. A word that could describe Suzi's guest today as he has continued to persevere through the obstacles. In today's episode Retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class Doc Jacobs joins Suzi as he talks about his desire to join the Navy, deployment and the moment life's journey gave him a new mission. Doc served eight years and two months in the United States Navy. He has served six-years and six months of this service as a combat wounded Corpsman. Doc was sent to 3 rd Battalion 7 th Marine Regiment just weeks prior to their deployment to Ramadi, Iraq in September of 2005. Doc was in combat for six and a half months on a seven- month deployment when his “gun truck” was struck by an I.E.D (improvised explosive device) that consisted of three 155mm artillery rounds. Up until that point, Doc had over 225 Combat Patrols. After two full years of full physical, mental, and spiritual recovery which included losing his left leg (below the knee), three toes from his right foot, and three partial fingers from his left hand, Doc returned to the Fleet Marine Force and became one of the few in the Navy to do so. Not only was Doc one of the few amputees to return to the Fleet Marine Force for the Navy, but he also made US Naval and Marine Corps history by being the first amputee in Naval history (especially Corpsman rating) to EVER be assigned to an infantry unit.Doc did more than just his job as a Corpsman: he has done 25 world marathons (9 as half marathon runner), most recent being the San Diego Rock and Roll Half Marathon on June 2, 2019 with a modest time of 2 hours and 50 minutes and Detroit's International Half Marathon on October 17, 2021 in 2 hours and 58 minutes. He has recently competed in his first team triathlon on October 24, 2021 (the run portion). All marathons were completed as an amputee. Doc is planning to be one of the few amputees to ever run a half marathon on all seven continents.Want to read Doc' story? What's the secret to scaling a staffing company internationally? According to my special guest Andy Mackin, relationships are a key driver of business growth. In this episode, you will hear how Andy transitioned from serving with the Irish Navy for 21 years to becoming an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He shares his story of rapidly expanding his staffing company from six employees to 200 in less than 8 years. At Mackin Talent, their number one value is “Relationships Matter.” Listen to Andy explain exactly how they invest time and resources to build stronger client relationships. He reveals how they've embedded this core value into their systems and procedures from the way they sell to the way they deliver their service. Andy is the CEO of Mackin Group, which encompasses Mackin EHS & Mackin Talent. They're an award-winning business services company headquartered in Ireland and operating globally with 200 team members in 12 countries. Episode Outline and Highlights [3:47] Discussion on Andy's process for posting original content on LinkedIn. [7:08] Andy's reading challenge and book recommendations. [11:09] Why Andy started a health and safety consulting firm after leaving the navy and how that led to building a staffing agency. [23:04] Great life lessons that Andy shares from working as a server/waiter. [27:25] Breaking down the stages - growing from 6 people to 200. [33:38] The business value of building relationships and treating everyone the way you want to be treated. [42:10] How to engage and build relationships with clients with a hybrid setup. [48:55] Andy's strategies for building business roles and framework. [50:30] Biggest challenges when scaling a business rapidly. [53:56] Andy shares his biggest learning experience from 2014 up to now. Life Lessons From Working as a Waiter Andy's story is interesting and colorful indeed - before setting up his own consultancy business, he served in the Irish Navy for 21 years. After retiring from the Navy, he set up his own health and safety business which led to him setting up a talent and staffing agency. What struck me is when Andy shared his stint as a server or waiter before joining the navy. He described it as his best 10 and a half months experience in life. For him, the life lessons he learned and the experience of dealing with people are invaluable. It became a foundational step in his journey that he attributes to his success in the recruitment space. Andy shares: “It is all about people. People that you deal with, life is all about people. I think recruitment is a pretty solid industry where it is all about people. How you get on with people, how you react to people, how you react to candidates, how you react to clients… it has served me well.” How Relationship Building Was the Key to Scaling the Business One of the keys to the growth of Mackin Talent is they partner with multi-national corporations and support them in rolling out sizeable EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) projects. As a small business, how do they win these major accounts? According to Andy, it's simple - relationships. Corporations are made up of people. He can form a relationship with one person in a company, land small opportunities, and expand from there. Eventually this leads to larger and larger opportunities. Of course, it is expected that they can deliver, which they do. To further strengthen their business relationship, they ensure that an onsite engagement specialist is present with their clients free of charge. This investment ensures that the project runs smoothly, resulting in less worries for their clients, and more repeat business for Mackin Talent. This practice enables them to embed themselves within their clients, and deliver excellent service. Their guiding principle is to treat other people how you want to be treated. The Importance of Meeting Clients Face-to-Face How much relationship building are you doing remotely versus in person? This is the same question I asked Andy during this interview. Since the pandemic, a lot of business owners are conducting the majority of their meetings virtually. But how critical is face-to-face relationship building when you are looking to scale your business? For Andy, they still allocate at least 65% in-person relationship building but are on the track of further increasing it to 75%. He spends thousands of dollars quarterly just to meet with employees and clients in person - the creativity and collaboration are just different when done in person. It is nice to speak with people regularly via Zoom, but meeting them in person levels up the relationship.
