For years we have been told that UFOs were only interesting to people who are disconnected from reality, don't understand science, or live in trailers drinking beer. We were instructed on what to believe when any evidence was presented; that anything potentially credible, i.e. unexplained and not a hoax, was fake. Then, suddenly, the narrative changed. We were given documents, photographs, and videos that appears for a moment to be groundbreaking but upon closer examination were details we already knew. A few documents presented interesting reports that are questionable as per their legitimacy. Overall we were told to suddenly make our own conclusions, and believe whatever we choose. This episode I am reading from Richard Dolan's book 'A History of USOs, Unidentified Submerged Objects: Volume 2: From 1970 to 1989'   Unidentified Submerged Objects have long existed on the margins of UAP/UFO research, mentioned in passing, rarely examined in depth, and often set aside in favor of aerial encounters. Yet the historical record tells a different story. Reports of anomalous craft operating within Earth's oceans, lakes, and rivers are widespread, persistent, and in many cases difficult to dismiss.   In this second volume of A History of USOs, historian Richard Dolan presents a detailed investigation of global cases from 1970 to 1989, a period marked by a noticeable rise in both the frequency and intensity of encounters. Drawing from military reports, civilian testimony, and archival research, the book assembles a body of evidence that spans continents and political systems, including repeated interactions involving both U.S. and Soviet naval forces.   The events themselves are often striking in their specifics. Large objects moving beneath the surface without detectable propulsion. Craft emerging from the water and ascending into the air with controlled acceleration. Close encounters near shorelines, in open ocean, and in inland waterways, sometimes accompanied by equipment disruption, physiological effects, or gaps in perceived time. Many of these incidents involve trained observers operating in environments where misidentification carries consequences.   The pattern that emerges is not confined to a single region or era. It appears across decades, across cultures, and across very different observational contexts. During the Cold War years in particular, increased human presence in the oceans, along with advances in sonar, surveillance, and submarine technology, brought more of these encounters into view. Even so, the capabilities described in these cases remain outside any publicly acknowledged technological framework.   This volume places those encounters within their historical setting while examining the broader implications of a sustained, largely unacknowledged presence in the world's waters. It considers the possibility that these objects are not random intrusions, but part of an ongoing pattern of activity whose purpose remains unclear.   The oceans cover most of this planet. Yet another batch of UFO files, the fourth, has been released. A cursory glance of the first few pages reveals documents, technically declassified, but about subjects ranging from Project Sign to green fireballs over Los Alamos national laboratory, all of which have been in books, newspapers, magazines, etc. for over half a century. One document details green fireballs witnessed in the Soviet Union by members of the US government, which were unidentified. Although in both cases they were likely meteors, during the Cold War any potential threat would've been classified, especially if the same green fireballs witnessed in the Soviet Union were also witnessed over sensitive government installations in the United States. This week I'm talking to Richard Dolan about his book 'A History of USOs, Unidentified Submerged Objects: Volume 2: From 1970 to 1989' Unidentified Submerged Objects have long existed on the margins of UAP/UFO research, mentioned in passing, rarely examined in depth, and often set aside in favour of aerial encounters. Yet the historical record tells a different story. Reports of anomalous craft operating within Earth's oceans, lakes, and rivers are widespread, persistent, and in many cases difficult to dismiss. In this second volume of A History of USOs, historian Richard Dolan presents a detailed investigation of global cases from 1970 to 1989, a period marked by a noticeable rise in both the frequency and intensity of encounters. Drawing from military reports, civilian testimony, and archival research, the book assembles a body of evidence that spans continents and political systems, including repeated interactions involving both U.S. and Soviet naval forces. The events themselves are often striking in their specifics. Large objects moving beneath the surface without detectable propulsion. Craft emerging from the water and ascending into the air with controlled acceleration. Close encounters near shorelines, in open ocean, and in inland waterways, sometimes accompanied by equipment disruption, physiological effects, or gaps in perceived time. Many of these incidents involve trained observers operating in environments where misidentification carries consequences. The pattern that emerges is not confined to a single region or era. It appears across decades, across cultures, and across very different observational contexts. During the Cold War years in particular, increased human presence in the oceans, along with advances in sonar, surveillance, and submarine technology, brought more of these encounters into view. Even so, the capabilities described in these cases remain outside any publicly acknowledged technological framework. This volume places those encounters within their historical setting while examining the broader implications of a sustained, largely unacknowledged presence in the world's waters. It considers the possibility that these objects are not random intrusions, but part of an ongoing pattern of activity whose purpose remains unclear. The oceans cover most of this planet. As You Wish Talk Radio James's Freedom Rant and Real Contact Ending, The Controlled Narrative Freedom Rant, Real Contact, and the Battle Between Control Narratives and Higher Alignment ECETI, Freedom Commentary, and the Control Narrative In this episode of As You Wish Talk Radio from ECETI, host James Gilliland opens with what he calls “James's Freedom Rant and Real Contact: Ending the Control Narrative.” He moves quickly through political, media, legal, military, health, and UFO-related commentary, repeatedly framing his remarks as warnings about hidden agendas, manipulated narratives, and systems of control. The transcript notes that these political, medical, spiritual, UFO, and legal claims are preserved as speaker statements and have not been independently verified. Loved Ones, Soul Continuity, and Guidance From the Other Side Before returning to political and social commentary, James pauses to speak about people who are losing loved ones or experiencing others “crossing over.” He says the body disassembles while the soul moves on, and he encourages listeners to let go of the belief that loved ones are gone or fully separate. In his spiritual framing, loved ones on the other side may be “just a thought away” and may be trying to guide people through challenging times. He encourages meditation, awareness, and openness to subtle guidance. Politics, Media, Elections, and Global Control Claims James then turns to a long political section involving public figures, election systems, foreign influence, socialism, communism, constitutional rights, common law, and what he describes as a restoration of the Republic. He claims that media outlets, politicians, agencies, and foreign governments are involved in deception and control, and he argues that voting systems must be secured because a nation cannot remain a republic if votes do not count. His commentary strongly supports what he sees as American sovereignty, God-given rights, and resistance to systems he describes as tyrannical or globally controlled. Geoengineering, Health, and Environmental Alarm A major section focuses on James's claims about chemtrails, geoengineering, weather modification, toxins, heavy metals, biological agents, environmental damage, illness, and what he describes as a worldwide operation harming people, farms, forests, livestock, gardens, and the atmosphere. He says some states and countries have tried to ban geoengineering, but questions who will enforce it. He also connects these concerns to vaccines, military accountability, 5G, forest die-off, weakened trees, beetle infestation, mysterious toxic fogs, and what he frames as a depopulation agenda. These claims are presented in the summary only as James's views and commentary from the episode. UFO Disclosure, Dark Money, and the Spiritual Contact Community The episode then shifts into one of its central themes: James's critique of the UFO and UAP disclosure world. He argues that dark money, government agencies, media, Hollywood, controlled opposition, and personal ambition have corrupted much of the UFO community. He says spiritually oriented contact experiences, benevolent extraterrestrials, advanced off-world beings, inner Earth beings, and spiritually grounded disclosure have been marginalized or attacked. James positions ECETI as a place where authentic contact is still happening outside the controlled narrative, and he criticizes what he sees as competition, jealousy, character assassination, and deception within the UFO/spiritual field. Divine Feminine, Dark Goddess, Archons, and Personal Responsibility James later turns to the theme of the divine feminine and what he calls the dark goddess. He contrasts a nurturing divine feminine that supports union between masculine and feminine energies with a destructive version that, in his view, feeds on victimhood, division, unresolved trauma, and unhealed patterns. He argues that personal responsibility, forgiveness, release of the past, and healing are necessary for healthy union and spiritual progress. He connects this to broader divisionary programs involving gender, religion, race, culture, politics, and the UFO/spiritual community, saying that love and unity are the antidote to these forces.
