Jerry had problems opening Netflix on one of his TVs. When he figured it out he was treated to two blowouts. The Steelers have crashed back down to Earth the last few weeks. CLo still has questions about Lamar Jackson in the postseason. Can anyone go into Arrowhead and beat the Chiefs? Jerry thinks this is Josh Allen's year but CLo isn't so sure Sean McDermott can win a big game on the road. The Texans looked lost against the Ravens. Pat returns for an update and begins with the Knicks win. Mikal Bridges pays tribute to parents who make Christmas happen. Zoo teaches Boyle a lesson that entertains CLo. LeBron and the Lakers outlasted Steph Curry and the Warriors. LeBron said of the NBA, “Christmas is our day.” Boyle refutes one aspect of the infamous sleeping on Boomer's couch story. Andy Reid dressed up as Santa Claus in a celebratory Chiefs locker room. In the final segment of the hour, Jerry and CLo wonder why Netflix had so many people involved in the Christmas broadcasts.
Kate Constable and Jake Hasan recap all of yesterday's NBA Christmas Action, including a coming out party for Victor Wembanyama despite the loss, Luka Doncic's injury, a big win for the Sixers in Boston, Austin Reaves game winner over the Warriors, and Kevin Durant leading the Suns to victory over the Nuggets. In this festive episode of The Kevin O'Connor Show, Kevin O'Connor and Wosny Lambre share their NBA Christmas wishes that they want to see come true this season. First, KOC suggests the Sacramento Kings should trade D'Aaron Fox while his value is at its peak. The duo agrees that the Kings need to look ahead and start building around their future stars. Next, the conversation shifts to the Denver Nuggets, where Wosny believes Nikola Jokić needs more help if Denver is going to compete at a higher level. Meanwhile, the New York Knicks could see a big boost from Mitchell Robinson's return, with Wos stressing the importance of his physical presence to elevate their offense to the next level.Later, the duo discusses some players and teams needing adjustments, including Zion Williamson's future with the New Orleans Pelicans and the need for Zach LaVine to finally get out of Chicago. KOC and Wos also hit on the Philadelphia 76ers, Amen Thompson and Jonathan Kuminga, plus KOC has bold predictions for Victor Wembanyama, already calling him a top-5 player in the NBA. The duo finish up with a mailbag question on the Oklahoma City Thunder and whether they'll keep adding.(1:20) - Time to trade D'Aaron Fox(8:20) - Nuggets need to get some help for Jokic(15:40) - Knicks need Mitchell Robinson back(20:50) - Amen Thompson needs more opportunities(25:25) - Warriors wash their hands of Jonathan Kuminga(27:55) - Nick Nurse needs to add layers to the 6ers offense(30:30) - Zach LaVine finds a new home(33:50) - Pelicans trade everybody(39:20) - Victor Wembanyama a top-5 player?(46:10) - Thunder re-sign Alex Caruso

Rob and Rob are back for the Friday bonus show, with starts with everyone dumping on MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred for proposing the “Golden At-Bat” rule at the Winter Meetings, because we just don’t like it. That spins into the rule about having a runner at second base at the start of every inning in extra innings. Rob also fields a listener question about why the Spurs-Mavericks Game 7 in the 2006 Western Conference Semifinals made the Prime show about “Best Game 7’s” and Rob says he HATES that game because it’s the game that cost him a ring after Manu Ginobili fouled Dirk Nowitzki. We also dive into the story about Steve Spagnuolo’s wife giving the one player on the Chiefs defense with the best hit a full Italian dinner, and what incentives Rob received in his day. And while he didn’t have a lot of incentives in the way of food, he did have some cash incentives with coaches and players that made him a few bucks in the day. And Bobby wants to know if NBA teams got together for post-game meals after the Christmas games, to which Rob answers that it only happened when they were on the road. That spins us off into a conversation about what Rob likes to cook, and how he graduated up to cook the Thanksgiving turkey this year. White Chocolate also said this week that NBA Christmas is better than NFL Thanksgiving, and Rob jokes that he used to love NFL on Thanksgiving until they forced us to watch the terrible Cowboys this year! And a debate breaks out after we decide to CUT one player between Devin Booker, Donvan Mitchell, Anthony Edwards and Jaylen Brown.
