work can be perceived in various ways depending on our individual perspectives and experiences. For some, it may indeed feel laborious and tedious, while for others, it's a means to pursue personal growth and achieve their aspirations. In my view, work is not just about the tasks we perform to earn a living; it's a dynamic process that shapes our lives and the world around us. It provides us with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to something greater than ourselves. Whether it's through our career, hobbies, or volunteer work, each engagement adds layers to our identity and helps us evolve as individuals. In my conversation with Ndidi Ukaonu on the Word Café Podcast, we explored the multifaceted nature of work and its transformative potential. Ndidi, being a Transformational Leader, brings valuable insights into how effective leadership can harness the power of work to drive positive change and achieve collective goals. By strategically deploying people, processes, and systems, she exemplifies how work can be a catalyst for personal and organizational growth.Ultimately, work is not just a means to an end; it's an integral part of the human experience that shapes our identities, aspirations, and the future we envision for ourselves and society. Through our discussion, we delved into how embracing this perspective can empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and shape a brighter future.Insights Into TeensA father and daughter discussion about the everyday struggles of teens in today's...Listen on: Apple Podcasts SpotifySupport the Show. You can support this show via the link below;https://www.buzzsprout.com/1718587/supporters/new

But with just 4 days left in the transfer window, it looks like #spurs Tottenham Hotspurs are the front runners for the winger. With spurs manager Ange Postecoglou now given Levy the green light on the signing of Johnson, and talks are expected to progress this week with the eventual outcome being that Johnson heads down to London. Spurs have a lot of unwanted players on their roster, and are keen to use some of these players in the deal for Johnson, with Sanchez being the most likely to come the other way and join Forest. But would you be happy with Nottingham Forest selling Johnson and Sanchez coming the other way, let us know in the comments below. In other news Wilfred Ndidi rumoured move from rival club #leicestercity have resurfaced in recent days, with reports saying that Forest have already agreed personal terms with the player, and all that remains in to agree a fee with Leicester City, which could be around the £20m mark. One player that Forest should be announcing in the coming days is Brazilian centre back Murillo, from South American giants #corinthians. Curators Osei Bonsu, Jess Baxter, and Genevieve Barton cross the diverse landscapes, borders, and generations of contemporary African photography, exposing how the past, present, and future can co-exist on camera. Plus, contemporary artist Ndidi Dike revisits the ‘living archive' of colonialism in Nigeria, from Independence House in Lagos, to London. Since the invention of photography in the 19th century, Africa's cultures and traditions have often been seen through Western lenses. By 1914, European powers had colonised 90% of the African continent, often using the media to construct Africa and Black diasporas, in opposition to whiteness. But photography - and photographic traditions of preservation - has long been used by artists on the continent, whether in the pioneering work of studio photographers like James Barnor in pre-independence Ghana, as a means of anti-colonial resistance and political protest in the 1950s, or powerful shots of modern Nigerian Monarchs. Tate Modern's A World in Common platforms how artists are reclaim Africa's histories and reimagining its contemporary place in the world. Curator Osei Bonsu connects show how masks, removed from their ritual context for display in European museums, can also address contemporary questions of restitution, highlighting Edson Chagas' passport-style photographs connecting Portugal and Angola. Jess Baxter and Genevieve Barton look at how globalisation, inequality, migration, and urbanisation, are differently experienced across the continent, and how their ‘hopeful' exhibition focusses as much on climate activism as climate change. Moving beyond Afrofuturism and pan-Africanism towards ideas around ecology and global solidarity, we see how artists exercise agency in ever changing cities, and through boundary-pushing practices of ‘expanded photography'. Plus, moving from the diaspora London to practice in Lagos, multimedia artist Ndidi Dike explains what discarded files and archive documents from Nigeria can reveal about the post-colonial government. Nottingham Forest #nffc number one transfer target this summer is Ibrahim Sangaré according to reporter John Percy, the PSV player has been linked to Forest all summer and with a release clause understood to be around the £35 million mark, this would be an excellent signing. The Ivory Coast International has been linked with numerous clubs over the past few years, including #premierleague rivals Man Utd and Liverpool, but has yet to make the move from the Dutch league. With Sangare highly thought of around europe and with a number of other clubs interested in him, Forest might need to look at alternatives for the defensive midfielder position with the likes of Leicester City's Ndidi and Leeds Utd's Adam both reportedly on the shopping list of boss Steve Cooper. But who would you prefer out of these 3 players, let us know in the comments below. Also mentioned in John Percy's report is that #nottinghamforest are willing to sell Welsh wonderkid Brennan Johnson, if they received a fee of around £50 million. The reason for this is to help Forest keep inline with FFP rules, after spending big last summer both on transfer fees and wages. But would you be willing to let Johnson leave in order to facilitate a move for the likes of Sangare, let us know in comments below. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed today that Forest are very interested in #monaco left wing back Ismail Jakobs, the Senegalese International is also keen on a move to the Premier League and this deal is highly likely to be completed in the next few days. Since then, her work has been shown internationally at exhibitions such as TEFAF in Maastricht, Masterpiece in London, and Pavilion of Art & Design in New York. Her pieces are held in Winchester Cathedral, Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum and The Asmolean Museum in Oxford. Entrustable Professional Activities, or EPAs, are a concept that was developed by Olle ten Cate in 2005 as a way to operationalize and assess competency-based medical education. EPAs are observable, routine activities that a general pediatrician or subspecialist should be able to perform safely and effectively to meet the needs of their patients. The American Board of Pediatrics, or ABP, collaborated with the education community several years ago to develop 17 core EPAs that are essential activities needed for practice in general pediatrics and that can be used as a framework for curriculum and assessment. The ABP also worked with the subspecialty community to develop EPAs that define what patients need from our subspecialty physicians. However, the original pediatric EPA framework developed by the ABP in conjunction with the general pediatrics and subspecialty communities did not adequately address structural racism, discrimination, and social determinants of health and their contribution to inequities. Today, we are going to hear about the development and content of a revised EPA entitled: Use of Population Health Strategies and Quality Improvement Methods to Promote Health and Address Racism, Discrimination, and Other Contributors to Inequities Among Pediatric Populations. Today, I am happy to be speaking with Dr. Ndidi Unaka and Dr. David Turner. Ndidi is a pediatric hospitalist who is involved in Cincinnati Children's Community Health initiatives, medical director of QI and data analytics for Cincinnati Children's ACO called HealthVine and until recently was the associate program director of the pediatric residency program at Cincinnati Children's. David is the Vice President of Competency-Based Medical Education at the American Board of Pediatrics.

Start using food to help you lead. Food can help you deepen your connection with the team, find common ground with a rival, and even change the world. You may remember a time when you shared a meal with someone, and it shifted your perception of them. Or, perhaps someone introduced you to a new food, and it immediately opened up a new level of conversation. I hosted Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli on the show who shares why "Food" is such a powerful leadership strategy. She joined The Rockefeller Foundation board of trustees in 2019, and she's an expert on social innovation, African agriculture and nutrition, entrepreneurship, and youth development. She has over 25 years of international development experience and is a recognized serial entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and consultant. Over the past 14 years, Ndidi has focused exclusively on transforming the African agriculture and nutrition landscape. She's Executive Chair of Sahel Consulting and co-founder of AACE Foods, which produces a range of packaged spices, seasonings, and cereals for local and international markets, Ndidi has propelled the growth of a catalytic business. Ndidi's latest start-up is Changing Narratives Africa committed to changing global mindsets about Africa by showcasing the Continent's contributions to the global food ecosystem through the pioneering work of her dynamic people, their innovations, and products. She sits on numerous Boards authoring “Social Innovation in Africa: A Practical Guide for Scaling Impact,” and “Food Entrepreneurs in Africa: Scaling Resilient Agriculture Businesses,” both published by Routledge. She is also the author of “Working for God in the Marketplace.” Ndidi holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
