Adam and Neil are on the ground in Malaysia and call-up Dave to chew through some of the heroics and hiccups of the 20th round of the season. After discussing the shocking start to the day with the Moto3 accident the guys also speak about Alex Marquez's third win, Pecco's puncture, KTM's bounceback and the ongoing Honda revival. Plus, ‘Moments', ‘Hire & Fires' and ‘Grades'.
There's some days in racing that everyone dreads, knowing that they might be inevitable. Today was one of them, with a horrible crash in Moto3 between José Antonio Rueda and Noah Dettwiler seeing both taken to the hospital and the latter undergoing several emergency surgeries. Our thoughts go out to them.Meanwhile, in MotoGP, you'd be forgiven for thinking that it's business as usual with Alex Marquez snatching another victory for his ever-growing collection. But let's look beyond that and see some very interesting things going on. Accosta rides as a born-again man, and Bagnaia is just nailing it right now. But wait, how did that happen? Does this mean Pecco's dark days are finally over? And what caused the troubles in the first place? Well, here's the thing. Mat has the official story, but Peter doesn't buy it. In fact, he's gone out and gathered five reasons that might explain what's going on. Some are likely. Others are unhinged. All are theories. So get ready to dive behind the scenes and deep into the pitlane, as we head straight into some fascinating technical dilemma's and lovely loony conspiracies…Want more?

And just like that the first World Championship is wrapped up! Marc Marquez clinched his 9th World Championship at the Japanese GP over the weekend. Marc placed second in both the Sprint and the GP to none pother than a resurgent Pecco! The Moto3 race was neutered a little bit by a weird but brief sigh rain that spooked championship leader Rueda early on in the race. This let Munoz to take a commanding lead that he held until the end of the race. Rueda now has a chance to wrap up the tile at the next round. In Moto2 saw an on form Jake Dixion and Gonzalez qualify well. In the Race they both dropped back and rookie Holgado romped to other victory. Gonzalez was fast but too aggressive during a pass attempt on Vietti. Veitti went down and Gonzalez went to the long lap penalty loop. The guys also cover the new and go deep into things said by Michael Laverty. Ancora out Martin (clavicola). A fine settimana subito l'Indonesia.

Round 14 of MotoGP 2025 finds us in Hungary for the first time since 1992!! What a track, and what a drama filled weekend! The Balaton Circuit left us satisfied with the talent of our current MotoGP grid for sure, as they proved once again why they race at the top of the world, with every rider setting a faster lap time than the top lap time from the previous WSBK round in Hungary!! With that being said, we were far from satisfied with our anxious outlook for the upcoming rounds of MotoGP! Jorge Martin seems to be figuring out his Aprilia as he found himself with a 4th place finish on Sunday, edging ever closer to his teammate Bezzecchi who seems to be the only person worthy of riding anywhere near Marc Marquez. Once again we were surprised this weekend though when Pedro Acosta gave Bezz a run for his money and ended up squeezing out a podium finish on Sunday after several big wrecks throughout the weekend!! Beyond KTM and Aprilia surprises the final and maybe biggest surprise was the performance of our two factory Honda riders who both finished in the top 10 for the sprint and one of which secured a top five both Saturday and Sunday! Will Honda be around to stay for the rest of the season? Has KTM finally found a bike combo that Acosta can ride? Will Bezz and Martin both be battling for podiums next to MM93 for the remainder of the season? And where are Pecco and Alex after their impressive runs in the beginning of the season? All these questions and more discussed this week and hopefully answered soon!!! https://fantasy.motogp.com/ Code: NF9ZDUE9

Jim and Rich are back to talk about Round 9 of MotoGP from majestic Mugello in Italy. First up there's the news that Liberty is officially cleared to make its majority stake purchase from Dorna, which will see it take the reigns of MotoGP and World Superbike. The guys talk through what this means in terms of opportunities and risks. Then its on to the racing from Mugello. As always, Moto3 served up a race of bonkers pack action, with Máximo Quiles taking his maiden win. In Moto2, Manuel González took another dominant win to strengthen his grasp on the championship lead. Then in MotoGP Marc Márquez showed just how much he has in reserve to overcome a mishap at the start of the Sprint, then duke it out with Pecco and Alex for the win in Sundays main event. As far as the destination of the 2025 MotoGP world championship is concerned, both Jim and Rich feel like its game over for everyone else. Apologies for the lateness of this Pod Cast! In this episode Jim and Rich cover everything from Aragon! The kick it off with some great listener feedback about semi-automated ride height devices. Then they go over the news of Martins contract issues and the semi bombshell of Toprak signing a one year deal to race a Pramac Yamaha in 2026. Finally they guys cover the racing. The Moto3 Class was a classic with the twist of making sure you picked the right tire. This odd set of conditions resulted in a first time winner Munoz who just barely defeated the new rookie sensation Quiles! The Moto2 race was the best of the weekend and also included a first time winner. Moreira rode through the pack and chased down race leader Oncu in the closing laps. Oncu never quit and kept pushing. On the last lap at the last turn Oncu rode around the outside of Moreira to win the closest Moto2 race ever by 0.003 seconds!! MotoGp was a bit boring as Marc Marquez lead every secession ook pole position and won then sprint and on Sunday lead every lap in dominate fashion to win the main event. Domination like this has not been seen in this class since Marc himself did the same thing a decade ago at the German GP in 2015. This is the domination that we all feared when Marc was chosen to ride the factory Ducati. On the bright side Pecco appears to have found the feeling again on his Ducati and may yet be able to challenge Marc. Stay tuned!
