Ci sta.Non è andato male anche Bagnaia, anche se Di Giannantonio è stato più veloce di lui. Sette decimi non sono un dramma durante delle prove. Pecco comunque non si è astenuto dal raccontare per l'ennesima volta la sua versione del 2025."Sicuramente l'anno scorso qualcosa per come guido io non ha funzionato nel migliore dei modi, però come prima presa di contatto la moto nuova sta funzionando bene, almeno per me. Non penso che Ducati abbia cercato questa cosa qui, è ovvio che vuole cercare di mettermi nella migliore posizione e condizione possibile. Però l'anno scorso sono state prese delle decisioni che magari hanno lavorato contro il mio feeling in frenata e ingresso, ma non volutamente. Invece con questa moto appena sono partito mi sono trovato immediatamente meglio". Beh non è una sorpresa: l'HRC questo inverno ha provato spesso a Sepang e dopotutto Aleix ed il fratello Pol sono piloti veloci.Più che della pista, comunque, si parla più del paddock, con le dichiarazioni di Pavesio che ha rilasciato una intervista al nostro Matteo Aglio smentendo la firma di Quartararo per la Honda, così come quella di Martin con la Yamaha. E allora?Pernat dice che non è possibile che le firme siano state già messe, ma in fondo cambia poco se, alla fine, finirà così! You have to hand it to Phillip Island: there's no track quite like it. I don't mean that metaphorically, by the way - it really is unique in two very specific ways. First of all, there's the fact that this track's high speeds and twisty turns demand the type of agile bike that normal aero cannot give you. The solution? An official exception from normal aero setup. Also, this lay-out of high-speed turns makes a fool out of holeshot devices. It all results in some fantastically old-school racing, even if the new tarmac means that the troubles of the tire game are no longer what they once were. (Of course, I don't have to tell you this if you're one of our amazing Patrons - you'll have already heard all about it in Peter's Track Talk!)So what happened? Well, Raúl Fernández finally made good on that promise he showed back in Moto2 by grabbing first place in his first-ever Grand Prix win. Coming from a completely different kind of underdog-position is Fabio Di Giannantonio, who fought his way through half the grid before snatching a second place from the jaws of potential defeat. And then there's Bagnaia, who's running stream of bad luck is something we really have to talk about. Alright, that's enough of me yapping. El Gran Premio de Catalunya, 15ª parada del calendario MotoGP de 2025, se convirtió en una especie de gran fiesta de celebración de la extraordinaria temporada que están llevando a cabo los hermanos Márquez. Si los números de Marc Márquez este año son de otro planeta, el primer mortal del campeonato no es otro que su propio hermano, Alex Márquez, que este pasado domingo en el Circuit de Barcelona acabó con la racha de siete victorias consecutivas del #93, que pese a ceder el triunfo ante Alex, salió del Gran Premio de Catalunya con 32 puntos de botín, siete más que el piloto de Gresini ensanchando la distancia al frente de la general hasta los 182 puntos. Un colchón que, sin ningún tipo de duda, va a ser suficiente para proclamarse campeón del mundo de MotoGP este año, pero no en Misano, ya que para ello tendría que haber salido con 185 puntos de Barcelona. Lo más grandioso del fin de semana es que, pese a perder la carrera y quedarse sin la posibilidad de ser ya campeón del mundo la próxima semana, Marc era el domingo el hombre más feliz del mundo, ilusionado con la victoria de su hermano menor, ocupando el podio por primera vez en MotoGP por debajo de Alex y saltado de alegría porque, de alguna manera, se está confirmando que lo del pequeño de los Márquez es un temporadón solo al alcance de los muy buenos pilotos. Corriendo en casa, ante un Circuit abarrotado de fans de los chicos de Cervera, el gran premio se convirtió en una grandiosa fiesta para celebrar la victoria de Alex, pero sobre todo el increible 'Come Back' de Marc tras una larga travesía del desierto por su lesión. The guys get together again to talk about the action from Assen. This year the cathedral celebrated 100 years of racing. The action fast and furious as a number of riders had crashes on Friday. Marc Marquez and Ai Ogura having the biggest ones. The racing action started off with Moto3 and the pack racing was tight and exciting as always. The lunette crash at the chicane saw the Italian struck by Furusato. This brought out a red flag once the leaders had reach the 4th sector. Jim then goes on a rant, arguing that the red flag should have been displayed by at least sector two. The Moto2 race featured Moreira winning the race after stalking Canet the whole way. With this win Moreira becomes the first Brazilian to win a Moto2 race. MotoGp was also a crash filled event. The Sprint went off with out a hitch and saw Marc Marquez make a great start from the second row to win with his brother in second and Bezzecchi a strong third. Sunday Marc had another great start and cruised to victory at the slowest possible speed. Alex and Acosta tangled with Alex suffering a broke hand in the accident and Acosta was accused by Marc of riding too aggressively. Bagnaia set several fastest laps looked good and hopefully the podium will help him to fight at the front for the rest of the year. After a year of announcements, wait, anticipation and an investigation by the European Commission, Liberty Media were finally given the green light to complete their majority purchase of Dorna Sports, the commercial rights holders of MotoGP, for $4.2 billion. On this week's episode of Tank Slappers, Dre Harrison, Richard Asher and Uri Puigdemont break down the move and what they hope will be the key areas that Liberty focuses on in order to grow the sport, such as revenue sharing, marketing improvements, and getting people to care about the riders, like F1 has with "Drive to Survive". All the action from the past weekend's Italian Grand Prix is also reviewed, with Marc Marquez taking control early on and never looking back enroute to his fifth win of 2025, and his first at Mugello since 2014.
