Want to see a magic trick? Then just keep watching Marco Bezzechi as he disappears right in front of Álex Márquez and Pedro Acosta's eyes, only to magically reappear right next to them on the victory podium! Yes, today was the day that Bezzechi showed us all what he's capable of. Even Peter didn't see it coming! And 'the Bez' was far from the only one serving us spectacular scenes of racing delight, as we had some rough play and knife fighting going on. Did some of it include our favourite maniac Franco Morbidelli? It very well might! All I can tell you is that Mat and Peter can't seem to agree on this one, and that it involves the exact difference between a bump and a ram...Enjoy!Want more? Apologies! Something went horribly wrong last night with the recording, and it took as a long time to fix it. Mat's in Austin, Peter's in Portimão and we completely forgot to sacrifice a chicken to the wifi-gods...the end result was a slight catastrophe where we ended up recording at least one of your host over the phone. Just imagine Peter sitting in the corner of a dark hotel room with a telephone in one fist and an old fashioned recorder in the other, and now you're getting it. So, what did they call about? Oh, it's a lot! There's the race, of course, and a risky wheelie - but we're also getting reports of some very, very interesting riders in Moto2, and some sources are claiming that BMW is more than serious about being on the grid sooner rather than later. If you're still reading this, you have my thanks - but you should probably hit play now! Enjoy, and cheers!Want more? Visit our website or support us on Patreon.

Send me a Text Message!JANUARY 2025It's a new year and a new season for the podcast! A big thanks to those of you who tune in regularly and those who drop by for an episode that catches your interest. This year is shaping up to be different—probably less travel and more focus on settling into life in Porto, Portugal. But that doesn't mean I've stopped exploring! I kicked off the year by heading south to the Algarve, trading Porto's northern charm for the beach vibes of Portimão. And let me tell you—the contrast between the two couldn't be more striking.Being here has made me realize just how connected I feel to Porto. Portimão is beautiful, especially Praia da Rocha beach, and I can only imagine how packed it gets in the summer. But for me? It's a great place to visit—not home. This month wasn't just about travel, though. I tackled some big visa-related tasks—getting fingerprints done at the U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, opening a bank account, and moving through the process step by step. It's exciting, a little nerve-wracking, but all part of the adventure.Website I Instagram I Twitter I LinkedIn I YouTubeEmail: actorbobtapper@gmail.comIn this episode:Traveling the distance of PortugalLife in PortimãoMuseu de PortimãoPraia da Rocha BeachAirBnbBook your stay!Museu de PortimãoThe Museu de Portimão brings the rich history of Portimão to life inside a restored sardine canning factory.
