En este episodio conversamos largo y tendido con Iamdra Fermín, comunicadora Dominicana, esposa de Andrés y mamá de Rodrigo y Andrea. La pasamos súper bien y fue muy especial saber que ella es esa misma mamá que vemos en las redes mostrándose súper fresca y real. Aquí hablamos de todo un poco, pero sobre todo de la realidad de que todas las mamás vivimos las mismas situaciones, que no somos perfectas, que tenemos días muy buenos y otros malos. Esos días no tan buenos nos hacen sentir como una mala mamá. Será cierto esto? Todas coincidimos en que somos la mamá que Dios quería para nuestros niños.

La Cámara de Representantes dio media sanción esta madrugada al proyecto de ley que establece que el ingreso, la contratación y el ascenso de funcionarios en las intendencias deben realizarse únicamente por concurso o sorteo.  La iniciativa, que llevaba las firmas de los legisladores del Frente Amplio, el Partido Colorado y Cabildo Abierto, llegó a la cámara con el apoyo además del Partido Independiente y de Identidad Soberana.  La aprobación se concretó sobre las dos de esta mañana, luego de una extensa sesión. El texto requería una mayoría especial (de dos tercios, o sea 66 legisladores) para no afectar la autonomía departamental, según lo que establece el artículo 64 de la Constitución. Finalmente fue votado “en general” por todos los representantes presentes: 95 en 95. Según señala la exposición de motivos, “su aprobación implica un avance sustantivo en calidad institucional y en el fortalecimiento de los derechos ciudadanos". Para sus promotores, se trata de asegurar "la transparencia, la igualdad de oportunidades y el fin del clientelismo político". ¿Qué dice el proyecto? Artículo 1°.- La designación y los ascensos del personal presupuestado o contratado de los Gobiernos Departamentales deberán realizarse por concurso público y abierto conforme a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, igualdad de oportunidades y a la justa ponderación entre la capacidad técnica y los méritos y antecedentes de cada persona. En los casos en que los requisitos necesarios para los cargos lo ameriten, la designación de personal podrá realizarse a través de sorteos públicos convocados y celebrados por los gobiernos departamentales de acuerdo a los principios de publicidad, transparencia e igualdad de oportunidades. El jerarca deberá fundamentar expresamente la implementación del mecanismo de sorteo. Artículo 2°.- No podrán realizarse designaciones de nuevos funcionarios presupuestados o contratados dentro de los doce meses anteriores a la finalización de cada período de gobierno departamental ni iniciarse procesos para la provisión de vacantes, sin perjuicio de aquellas que puedan ser provistas con personal redistribuido. El proyecto recoge la propuesta que fue presentada en la pasada legislatura por el senador colorado Adrián Peña, luego fallecido, que fracasó en el Senado ante la falta de un voto del Partido Nacional, que ahora volvió a resistirse a su sanción.  Conversamos En Perspectiva con Fermin Farinha, diputado por Paysandí del Partido Nacional.

Serhou Guirassy's hat-trick had Barça very worried for a time, and although the Catalans progressed, they were subjected to defeat in a single game for the first time in 2025.  It's Ranks!
