We pay hundreds of dollars per year to protect our homes, our cars, and even our phones, but too many of us aren't taking steps to protect our families' finances. Mortgage payments, private student loans, and other types of debt don't just disappear if something happens to you. A life insurance policy can provide your loved ones with a financial cushion they can use to cover those costs - and it can provide you with peace of mind that even in a worst-case scenario, they'll be protected. Already have coverage through work? Having life insurance through your job may not be enough: Most people need up to 10x more coverage to properly provide for their families. And coverage through work isn't portable. If you leave your job, the policy doesn't go with you, meaning a gap in coverage when you need it most. Why get covered now? Life insurance typically gets more expensive as you age, so it's smart to get a policy sooner rather than later. Worried about price? By making it easy to compare your options from top companies, Policygenius can help you make sure you're not paying a cent more than you have to for the coverage you need. How it works 1. Jaguars standout cornerback Shaquill Griffin joins Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden to discuss HIS football journey. The guys cover the best and worst parts of growing up playing football with his twin brother, Shaquem, and why they both ended up at UCF. Shaquill describes what it was like getting drafted to Seattle during the latter stages of the 'Legion of Boom' era and advice he got from Richard Sherman. He then describes the feeling of the Seahawks drafted his brother and getting a sack on Aaron Rodgers together in the 2019 playoffs. 2019 also marked Griffin's first Pro Bowl as he shares that experience. Another 'experience' is what he went through with Urban Meyer this past season. As a captain, Shaq details how the Jaguars handled that disaster. He also speaks on his thoughts on new coach Doug Pederson, what the team should do with the top pick, how they can contend in the AFC South and his belief in Trevor Lawrence. Finally, Superlatives! Seattle Seahawks linebacker Shaquem Griffin joins the show to talk about his work in partnership with The Hartford and its Ability Equipped program. We also talk about the feeling in the locker room about winning the NFC West title this year. It may come as a surprise to know that there were only six players on the 2020 roster who were here in 2016 the last time the Seahawks won the division. On the offensive side of the ball, Russell Wilson, Tyler Lockett and Luke Willson were the only three. Bobby Wagner, K.J. Wright, and Jarran Reed were the only three on defense. Shaquem also talked about why special teams was so consistent this season and the work the team had to do on the sidelines to pump eachother up without fans in the stadium this season. Looks like he could be a player! Also, how dirty was that play by Hill when he turned Chris Carson's leg after being tackled?
Ian chats with the third year pass rusher of the Seahawks about what he did during the time away from football and the facility, how he prepared for this season, and more.

Shaquill Griffin, Seattle Seahawks Cornerback, joins Cliff Avril and Jason Puckett at the VMAC after Training Camp practice to discuss having a twin brother, Shaquem Griffin, his life story including going to the same college together, plus movie rights.
Seahawks linebacker Shaquem Griffin says everything slows down in your second training camp, you know what's going on and what's happening at practices. Shaquem says coming in for his second year, he knows plays so much better and knows where his help is on the field which allows him to trust what he's doing on the field.
Bianchi and Adam discuss the coaching policies by George O'Leary and if he was out of line to make the Griffin (Shaquill and Shaquem) twins cut their hair while at UCF. Bianchi explains that while O'Leary's hair policy was out-dated, he did bring a lot of good to UCF.
The third week of OTAs has concluded and this week cornerback Shaquille Griffin took to the podium to talk about about how his mindset and his diet have changed since the end of last year. He also talks about some of the changes his twin brother Shaquem has made in the offseason after his rookie year and his potential new role with the team mirroring what he did in college as a pass rusher. With Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor all having moved on from the team, Griffin sees himself as the player to pass along a lot of the knowledge he picked up from his former teammates. Especially with Bradley McDougald out with a knee injury, he sees a leadership role for himself along the group of young defensive backs. Griffin has also had the opportunity to go up against rookie D.K. Metcalf in 7-on-7 drills during OTAs. Shaquille talks about some of the growth that he's seen from Metcalf in just the first few weeks of working together. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Shaquem, Shaquill & Terry Griffin joined OverDrive with Roe and Simmons to discuss the amazing work they put in as a family to get Shaquem & Shaquill to the NFL with the Seahawks and the amazing story of Shaquem Griffin reaching his goal of being an NFL player
In Hour 2, Mark Roe & Steve Simmons are joined by ESPN Host & close friend of Tiger Woods Scott Van Pelt. As well Seattle Seahawks Shaquem Griffin, his brother Shaquille & their father Terry Griffin call in to chat about Shaquem being drafted, and what its like having the two brothers playing together.

Continuing our draft coverage this week as we eavesdrop in on their phone calls with John Schneider and Pete Carroll for most of the Seahawks draft picks. Of course the player from Montana would be the one call we'd need to censor with a catfish, and the call to Shaquem Griffin to let him know he's joining his brother in Seattle would be about as emotional as one would expect. Adam offers his thoughts on the selections of each of the picks and both of the guys break tradition and actually give a letter grade to the Seahawks for the class as a whole. With the selection of a punter in the fifth round, a lot of people were seeming to make a big deal about how the Seahawks traded up to make that selection, but the guys explain how little that criticism means at that point in the draft. In fact, they talk about how taking a player at that point in the draft may make it easier to point toward a successful 2018 draft a couple years down the road. Some cool show news: We're now on the Amazon Echo devices! You can say, "Alexa, enable Get In the Flock" to subscribe to the show on any of your Alexa enabled devices. Closing out the show with Do Better callouts to the NFL and the owner of the parrot who "delivered" one of Tampa's picks on the third day of the draft as well as a writer who continues to carry forward the idea of Earl Thomas going to Dallas now that the draft is over. Better at life honors go out to a producer of one of the greatest television shows of all time and to Doug Baldwin for a recent award for his work off the field this past year. Seahawks completed their 2018 draft and did what everyone expected with their 1st Round Pick... trade down but then they selected a running back. The draft was highlighted by drafted players who would help the run game but the talk of the town is Shaquem Griffin; the one-handed twin brother of Seattle's 2017 3rd Round Pick Shaquill Griffin. Griffin brothers are united and the tears of joy were flowing through the draft talk for days. Topic #1 Will the Running Back position always be blasted when taken with a 1st Round pick? Topic #2 Are the Seahawks a better team after this draft? Topic #3 Homer Corner - Is Shaquem Griffin the biggest story in the draft? Topic #4 Who do you think will make the biggest impact Week 1? Predictions/Questions Who's your rookie crush? Will you cry if Shaquem and Shaquill get announced on the starting Defense? Who's job is in jeopardy? Who's jersey do you buy? Which RB starts? SHAQUEM! We start the podcast by discussing the drafting of Shaquem Griffin. Irrespective of his obstacles, he was able to get drafted by an NFL franchise. Somehow this leads us to Mia Khalifa. Yeah weird, I know. The conversation gets even weirder when we discuss mukbangs. Essentially horny men go and watch petite women live stream themselves eating food. We eventually get back to sport to discuss the Warriors dominance. Who can really stop this team? We touch on the potential of Kawhi going to the 76’ers and how perhaps he may be better suited to go to the Celtics. The podcast ends with a rageful rant about ticket websites. Let's talk some sports and movies as Black Panther was #1 again w/65M and at the Oscars The Shape of Water wins Best Picture! At the NFL Combine all four days were full of amazing talent and RB Saquon Barkley looks like he is #1 or #2 Pick. Then Shaquem Griffin with one hand stole the show and might move up to a 4th or 3rd round pick. The Def had some serious studs like Chubb, Davenport, Fitzpatrick, James and Ward. Plus we could see 4 QB's in the Top 10 and maybe 6 in the 1st round. March Madness is here and Michigan won Big Ten Title, UVA is #1 and Duke beat UNC.
