He describes the incoming solar frequencies as more than plasma, calling them love in the cells and light that carries balancing codes for DNA. He says humanity is being transformed into crystalline light bodies and that people can stand in the eye of the cyclone without being consumed by the storm. This section presents the current instability as a transfiguration of the body, the planet, and reality itself. Holding the Light Through Uncertainty The show then features a meditation from Patricia Cota-Robles on holding the light through uncertainty. The meditation acknowledges collective fear, anxiety, grief, anger, and emotional heaviness, while encouraging listeners not to spiritually bypass those feelings. Today, Amanda explores the fascinating world of solar flares and their impacts on consciousness. Solar flares which can be seen as "stem cells for the soul," are revitalizing energy forces that enhance both our biological and spiritual evolution. The sun serves as a powerful source of energy, continuously revitalizing the Earth's energy field as well as our own. Amanda encourages you to engage with solar energy through intention and gratitude to strengthen your aura and clear your energy (stay tuned for Amanda's solar meditation this Friday!). As we navigate Solar Cycle 25, which began in 2019 and is expected to peak in 2025, we are witnessing an increase in solar flare activity. Recent C-class and M-class flares have minor effects on Earth, while X-class flares can disrupt spacecraft and power grids (read more in Amanda's blog). Solar flares are believed to catalyze a shift in human consciousness, pushing us toward rapid evolution and cosmic awakening. This influx of solar energy is awakening dormant strands of DNA, leading to physical and emotional shifts. Many people experience symptoms like fatigue, dehydration, and emotional fluctuations during intense solar activity. It's crucial to practice self-care, hydrate, and listen to your body's needs during this transformative time.  If you're struggling, try saying, “Hey body, I recognize that you are shifting, growing, evolving, and upgrading. Thank you, but can you do it at a pace that I can humanly sustain?” To mitigate the effects of solar flares, prioritize grounding practices such as meditation and spending time in nature. Activities like hiking, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractor, and energy healing can help balance your body and enhance your connection to the Earth's energies. The sun is turning up the volume in the energy field, it's imperative we find our stillness within.  As we undergo these shifts, it's essential to be patient with ourselves.
