The personal legacy of Dan Knight, PA Senate race, Billy Long talks about media lying about what he said in a previous visit on 939 The Eagle
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the January 6th Committee is a trojan-horse front for the Department of Justice to cast a wider net than a law enforcement agency is legally permitted to. This is unconstitutional as it violates the individual's Constitutional rights in a criminal proceeding. Earlier, Peter Navarro was held in contempt of Congress by the Congressional January 6th Committee. Navarro was indicted and immediately arrested at the airport and placed in handcuffs and leg irons for his political opposition to the committee's document request. Similarly, former Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and was never arrested; clearly, there's a double standard. Democrats use Congress and its subpoena powers in the legislative branch to work as an apanage of law enforcement agencies in the executive branch. Then, some who advocate for judicial review reject the notion that then VP Mike Pence lacked the authority to send the electoral college votes back to their respective states. The constitution specifically points out that it is the state legislatures that decide and to ignore that would be a violation of the federal Constitution. Democrats repeatedly violated state legislatures in the 2020 election and the Supreme Court of the United States did nothing about it. Later, Candidate Dave McCormick conceded the PA Senate primary race after a recount and a lawsuit he filed on bad advice from his lawyer Chuck Cooper. It's critical that counter-culture Democrats be stopped in the midterms. The reason the culture is rotting is because the American Marxists are focused on destroying Americanism. They destroy the culture to seize more power and expand their ruling class which seeks political power above anything else. Afterward, tyrannically tinkering with the law for the sake of defending crimes and punishing the law creates a permanent place for plunder in society. In time the misery and corrosiveness of the American Marxists' utopian cause will rot the culture if not checked. Finally, Biden and Putin speak the same language and the economy is tanking while Biden keeps blaming Russia. They claim that fossil fuels must be replaced by electricity, yet electricity requires fossil fuels. Democrats will lie and blame others every step of the way. Learn more about your ad choices. They move the subject to John Fetterman and the Senate and how voters should ponder his radicalism among other things. Jeff talks passionately about his recent surgery on his thyroid and how it ended up removing cancer. He also discusses his mindset with trying to be Senator and how he used that approach for this this cancer. Jeff also talks the importance of the filibuster and how Fetterman talks to vote it out. Dom begins the second hour talking Democrat Josh Shapiro and his dangerous agenda for Pennsylvania as opposed to Republican nominee Doug Mastriano. Then he delves into the baby formula shortage and how Biden continues to parade around and spend money like he is FDR and how having to airdrop formula in is a loss for America. Then, Dave McCormick joins the show again to discuss the election. What are the arguments for counting undated mail-in ballots? Dave discusses how that idea is consistent with what his campaign stands for that every republican vote should count. Also, the two discuss about how federal court rulings affect the PA Senate race. Dave maintains that every vote should count, despite pushback from Dom, hinting at how Dave wins disproportionally on provisional ballots. Later, Dom discusses why dates should be on these main-in ballots as he worries for the security of the election. Followed by some callers, he then discusses the difference between absentee ballots and mail-ins. (Photo by Michael M. Santiago/Getty Images)
Dom opens this week talking about both the The View and their continuous bad takes as it pertains to politics and touches on the PA Senate Race which is still undetermined on the Republican side. Plus he teases the rest of the show as well as an all-star cast of guests. Gary Sinise Joins the show to discuss his charity, his efforts, and his acting career spanning an incredible 40 years. Gary speaks candidly about the soldiers his charity benefits as he wants soldiers supported. He talks about his brothers experience with being spat on and cursed at as a soldier returning from Vietnam, and how he does this so that another soldier would never have to go through that ordeal. Lieutenant Dan Band is also back, touring the country performing for the soldiers. Dom then discusses Gary's one true villain role alongside Mel Gibson and the action scenes within it. Finally, Gary caps off the interview talking of the gold star families that they are honoring this coming week. Coming off that call, Dom shifts his focus to Whoopi Goldberg and her take on the Bishop in San Francisco refusing to administer communion to Nancy Pelosi over her views on abortion. Then, a Vietnam vet calls in to tell Dom what that Sinise call meant to him as well as his experience. Dom gets Ocean City businessman Wes Kacsmarck on the show to discuss the hike in prices of items like beach chairs and such down the shore at his surf shop. Discusses other industries also being hit as inflation ravages the shore. Don't want to miss this one. He finally wraps up this hour with a snippet of Dave's call from Friday and how Krasnerland is running wild with issues like Dave's every single day. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images)

Emma hosts Amia Srinivasan, Professor of Social and Political Theory at the University of Oxford, to discuss her recent book The Right to Sex: Feminism in the 21st Century. Then Emma is joined by Melanie D'Arrigo, candidate for Congress in New York's 3rd district, to give us an update from the campaign trail. Prof. Srinivasan and Emma dive right into the biggest news of the last two weeks, taking on their initial reactions to the Roe v. Wade leak, from the instinctive and personal horror to deranged awe for the American conservatives seeing their strategy of the last half-century finally come to fruition, before getting into the questions this decision raises and what the future of reproductive rights looks like when the party defending them is constantly inert. Next, they turn to Professor Srinivasan's book, looking at the divide between the sphere of politics and the private sphere, and how she follows in the path of emphasizing the inherently political nature of feminism and sex. First looking to the feminisms of the ‘60s and '70, Emma and Amia discuss this repoliticization of private issues, as concepts like abortion, family structure, childcare, and education became central to the feminist fight, alongside a birth of sex positivity, before the ‘80s rolled around and saw pushback amidst feelings of encouraging sex on men's terms, looking beyond just consent at the larger coercive factors. This brings Professor Srinivasan to an analysis of the neoliberal market ideology, with consent and contracts as the only moral factor, considering sexual freedom along the same lines of tradeoffs, particularly around status, and how this analysis can be used to pushback, particularly against incel misogyny. They then look to the development of feminisms' stances on porn, with the antithesis to sex positivity seeing porn as the lynchpin of patriarchy and a training ground for men's subjugation of women, despite the large inaccessibility of porn at the time, before the boom of the internet in the 21st Century saw it become almost ubiquitous in much of the Western world, and thus plagued by monopoly and corruption as a neoliberal institution. Emma and Amia pin that conversation with a discussion on the importance of a sex-worker-owned-and-led world of porn as the only one where they can have a sense of security, before they wrap up the interview with a discussion on #MeToo, and the racialization and classism involved in rape accusations and where they go in the legal world. Then, Melanie D'Arrigo discusses her campaign in NY-3, and engaging as a progressive with notoriously conservative constituents. Emma also covers Israel's murder of journalist Shereen Abu Aqleh, Finland getting closer to joining NATO, and Manchin's objection to giving women rights, when that's not what some Americans want! And in the Fun Half: Emma is joined by Matt and Brandon as they listen in awe to Randy Zuckerberg's crypto anthem sequel, before having an extensive discussion on the recent crypto collapse and the role of Luna and Terra currencies in the drop. Bryan in the Poconos gives some updates on the PA Senate race on both the left and right, Ned Price, representing Biden's administration, does anything but address Israeli war crimes, entrusting the IDF to investigate whether or not they're murderers, and the crew discusses constitutional reform and Latin America.
