Although perhaps best known for her work as a sports tv presenter, Alexandra has over 15 years of experience as a yoga, meditation and mindset teacher. After a rather innocuous fall, resulting in a broken spine, 3 prolapsed discs and a dislocated pelvis, doctors discovered she had a severe degenerative disc disease and was told she would never be able to do any form of high impact or heavy load exercise again.
