The cases of missing people Judith Casida and Patrick Carnes.   Judith and Patrick have no known connection, but they both disappeared from the exact same desolate exit ramp in Nevada.  Judith disappeared in 2006 and Patrick disappeared in 2011.   Both of their vehicles were left behind and no trace of them has ever been found.  Could they have been victims of a serial killer?
