In her insightful conversation with Jürgen Strauss on the Innovabuzz podcast, Josselyne, a master coach and the creator of the "Unmessable With" philosophy, reveals how we can transform our lives by overcoming limiting beliefs. With experience spanning over three decades, she steers individuals towards living the lives of their dreams in the present, not in the elusive "someday." Let's delve into the core themes and insights from this inspiring dialogue. The Journey from Dreams to RealityJosselyne's own life is a blueprint of how dreams can transform into reality. Her journey from a pop star to a transformative coach is rich with lessons on overcoming limiting beliefs. She shares the pivotal moment in her early twenties when she questioned an ingrained belief that one cannot pursue art as a career. This epiphany marked the shift from seeing it as an unchangeable truth to seeing it as a mere belief. By shedding this limitation, she swiftly accomplished her dream of a music career, demonstrating the powerful unfolding when personal barriers are dismantled. Her story reminds us that living our dreams starts by questioning and transforming the narratives we tell ourselves.Understanding the Unmessable With ConceptAccording to Josselyne, being "unmessable with" is not about being tough or suppressing emotions; it's about staying committed to your vision regardless of external chaos. She emphasises that it's natural to react to life's upheavals, but the true art lies in transitioning from reaction to creation. This philosophy equips individuals to remain steadfast in their vision, enabling them to navigate life's unpredictabilities with grace and persistence. It's about developing the nimbleness to recalibrate swiftly and consistently focus on building the life envisioned.Crafting and Living Your Vision NowJosselyne brings forth a transformative approach to vision creation where one doesn't wait for someday. Instead, she encourages crafting and living your dreams in the present. Unlike goals, which are tangible endpoints, visions are lived experiences that aren't reliant on circumstances and are fulfillable in the moment. She emphasises that achieving tangible goals without an overarching vision often leads to emptiness, whereas a vision constantly rejuvenates and fulfils us. The process illuminates how aligning with one's vision can imbue life with purpose and lead to holistic success. The Balance of Vision and VehicleIn exploring the intricacies of breadth in life's pursuits, Josselyne talks about the significance of distinguishing between vision and vehicles. Often, individuals become overly fixated on specific paths (vehicles) and lose sight of their broader vision. Josselyne stresses that numerous vehicles exist to manifest one's vision, thus providing flexibility and adaptability. When setbacks occur, it's an opportunity to explore alternative avenues rather than perceiving them as dead ends. This approach ensures one remains open to possibilities, cultivating a dynamic balance between aspirations and the means to achieve them.Building Resilience while Staying True to Your VisionResilience, as Josselyne discusses, transcends bouncing back from adversity. It's intricately linked with being unmessable, where one not only recovers but continues to progress towards their vision. It's about identifying personal cues of reaction and having mechanisms like physical or mental exercises to shift back to a space of creation. By utilising these strategies, one fosters resilience that is not just about maintaining status quo but about thriving and evolving continuously in alignment with one's vision.Creating a Vivid Roadmap through Vision CraftingIn the transformative journey with her clients, Josselyne stresses crafting an explicit vision as a roadmap. Her method involves articulating experiences one seeks in life, transcending material goals, and centering on emotions like freedom or connection. By shifting focus to experience, individuals construct a vibrant framework that steers every aspect of life harmoniously. This creates an undivided life view, integrating personal and professional endeavours under a unifying vision, leading to enriched and fulfilling experiences. Conclusion: The Empowering Path of Living Your Version of SuccessJosselyne Herman-Saccio's conversation inspires us to embrace the joy of living a life not bound by fears or constraints but fuelled by our authentic visions. Her insights unravel the profound impact of questioning beliefs and creating present-moment experiences of our dreams. Josselyne's teachings challenge us to step beyond conventional boundaries, realising a life where resilience, vision, and excellence are the norm. Let her transformative philosophy inspire you to pursue your potential and redefine success.Call to ActionConsider what limiting beliefs might hold you back from living your dreams. In early 1992, Boy Krazy were still a year away from their belated massive success in the US with "That's What Love Can Do" and they followed up that debut single in the UK with "All You Have To Do". Now a four-piece, the girl group shifted musical gears, releasing a more club-influenced track, but once again it failed to connect. Ruth Ann, Kimberly and Josselyne discuss that single as well as "Good Times With Bad Boys", which was released in America after "That's What Love Can Do" had been a hit. The ladies also give their thoughts on the situation involving Johnna being positioned by the label as lead vocalist. Meanwhile, Pat & Mick returned to PWL for their annual cover version — a remake of "Shake Your Groove Thing", with Pat Sharp sharing his memories of the music video. We also hear from Mike Stock about PWL's latest signing Nancy Davis and her debut single, "If You Belonged To Me". And Steve Anderson is back on the podcast to tell the Brothers In Rhythm story and recall how he and Dave Seaman were commissioned to remix "Finer Feelings" by Kylie Minogue — and that single's connection to her post-PWL work.Support the Show.Subscribe for bonus material at chartbeats.com.au/sawTwitter: @ChartBeatsAU, @MrMattDenbyInstagram: @chartbeatsauFacebook: Chart Beats: A Journey Through PopEmail: chartbeats.au@gmail.com

The Boy Krazy story is one of the most interesting — and complicated! — in the SAW history. The American girl group was put together through auditions in New York, going through a few line-up changes before the final five-piece, Johnna, Josselyne, Kimberly, Renee and Ruth Ann, signed a deal with PWL Records and flew to London to start recording with Stock Aitken Waterman. Kimberly and Josselyne join us to reminisce about that process and how debut single "That's What Love Can Do" came together. Released in mid-1991 in the UK, it unfortunately didn't connect with the British public, but over a year later, it started picking up steam in the US when a Denver, Colorado radio station put it on high rotation. By 1993, it became one of SAW's biggest hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Kimberly and Josselyne talk us through the highs and lows of that process. And thanks to Mario at Cheer Up (@cheeruppopparty), we're also able to share some of an interview with Johnna, who performed lead vocals on "That's What Love Can Do". Great song, great story!Support the showSubscribe for bonus material at chartbeats.com.au/sawTwitter: @ChartBeatsAU, @MrMattDenbyInstagram: @chartbeatsauFacebook: Chart Beats: A Journey Through PopEmail: chartbeats.au@gmail.com

Love can do all things: it can strengthen and inspire, and break hearts and ease pain, it can heal wounds and it can lead the Son of Man to a cross to willingly die for we sinners of this world and ultimately defeat death itself. All for love.

Kay Soul is a recording artist and aspiring plus model based in Chicago. Kay began singing and writing songs in elementary school and recorded her first solo song at the age of 19. Kay is currently working on her new album "In My Mind" hoping to encourage others to find beauty in their broken spaces. In 2019, Kay released the powerful song "What Love Can Do" and was the 2019 featured musical performer at Curves Beautifully Empowered women's conference in Seattle, Washington as well as a model for the 2019 Dream Big Midwest Conference. Buzz Music LA described Kay as follows:“Kay Soul brings us a refreshing personality, she's ambitious and fun-loving. She invokes spectacular and timeless melodies, while still keeping her style modern and fresh. Her strong connection with music is easily audible in her single "What Love Can Do”. The power and soul in her emotionally-rich voice take us on a meaningful journey through her authentic songwriting ability. The R&B vibe in this finely-calibrated piece fuse perfectly with Kay Soul's passionate vocals. “What Love Can Do” is a unique collaboration of soulful lyrics and beat and it stands out. We can feel the love and admiration in her voice, but the beat has us swaying along to the music. We had high expectations and Kay Soul surpassed all of them.”Follow Kay SoulYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/user/KGsoulsensationInstagram @KaySoulMusicTwitter https://twitter.com/kaysoulmusiq Follow us @teatimewithmonica @monica_thekurvydivawww.teatimewithmonica.comwww.iammonicaday.com

On this week we are joined by one of the greatest R&B songwriters of our time Johnta Austin. The man is responsible for hits such as "Be Without You" by Mary J. Blige, "We Belong Together" by Mariah Carey and "Sweet Lady" by Tyrese. We talk to the prolific singer/songwriter about his new single "Love Angel" along with his upcoming album "Love, Sex & Religion" which is considered R&B's version of the "Detox" album as it has been on hold for over a decade now. We also talk to Johnta about the state of R&B and also highlight some of the best songwriters in the game including Stevie Wonder, R. Kelly and Babyface. We also talk about Elle Varner's upcoming EP and the disappointing sales from Daniel Caesar. We also try to figure out what is considered a single in 2019 compared to what we're used to from the 90's and 2000's. 0:01:00: Tom's chicken eating ways 0:04:43: The greatness that is Robin Thicke's "That's What Love Can Do" single 0:07:00: R&B film news from Brandy, Chloe X Halle and the DeBarge biopic 0:14:02: Daniel Caesar's new album "Case Study 01" only sold 3000 copies??? 0:15:56: Elle Varner is dropping an album soon after her extended EP "Ellevation" 0:20:10: The guest features on Jacquees' new album "Round 2" 0:24:45: What would Janet Jackson's career have been like if she wasn't related to Michael? 0:28:00: What is considered a single in 2019? 0:35:55: Johnta Austin joins us on the #SoulBackPodcast 0:36:40: Talking about the new single "Love Angel" aalong with his upcoming album "Love, Sex & Religion" 0:38:13: Adapting to today's era of R&B with shorter songs and no bridges 0:44:35: Realizing people still crave real R&B songs 0:49:20: Top 5 R&B songwriters of all time 1:15:05: Playa Please Awards: Chris Brown's "nice hair" comment, Taylor Swift's rant on tumblr about her masters

The #SoulBackPodcast is becoming a big deal so it's only fitting that we have the tallest man in R&B on this week's episode. We bring in Montell Jordan to the episode to breakdown his history in the music. Along with having one of the most recognized party anthems of all time ("This Is How We Do It"), the 6'8 hitmaker also wrote two of the most popular songs of the 90's ("Incomplete" by Sisqo and "Nobody's Supposed To Be Here" by Deborah Cox. We also talk to him about the unreleased Queen project with Deborah, Tamia and Kelly Price. We discuss his move to the Gospel world and a possible return to R&B soon. We also touch on new music from the likes of Robin Thicke, Avant and Jagged Edge. 0:01:53: Is Solange's new album "When I Get Home" actually good? 0:04:00: Our thoughts on Jagged Edge's new autotuned single "Closest Thing to Perfect" 0:07:38: Avant returns with new single "Not Gone Lose" 0:09:10: Robin Thicke is back with "That's What Love Can Do" 0:11:33: New music from JoJo Hailey, Tao Soprano, Lion Babe, Lipstick Gypsy 0:16:20: Montell Jordan joins the podcast 0:17:00: Almost losing his life on tour with freak accident 0:19:00: Thoughts on inaccurately being labeled as a "one hit wonder" 0:23:25: The hidden gem "Coulda Woulda Shoulda" with Case 0:24:30: The backstory behind "Incomplete" by Sisqo and "Nobody's Supposed To Be Here" 0:27:37: The transition into the Church and gospel music 0:32:07: What happened to the Queen project with Deborah Cox, Tamia and Kelly Price? 0:40:47: Looking back at the Def Soul era 0:43:20: Is Montell Jordan making an R&B comeback? 0:44:53: The right way of adding Hip Hop influences into R&B songs 0:52:46: R&B Trivia featuring Keith Sweat songs 0:57:53: Playa Please Award: R. Do You Remember Your First Time? Ready for a session in my beloved Trouse (Trance+House)? Prince, Chicane, Fragma, Morgan Page, Above & Beyond, Nadia Ali, Tritonal. Give me some credit for the talent I gathered in this one! Originally it was supposed to be 2 consecutive sets dwelling in my beloved fusion of Trance and House aka Trouse. Depending if I want to spend another fortnight at 135 bpm, I may or may not upload the second part. To be consumed ONLY if you feel like pick-me-up & wake-me-up music. This is not a lounge mix! This is T R O U S E... and my aim is to get you on your feet.. Some very VERY good tracks are included, showcasing the current artists visiting Melbourne: Prince (do not miss “Dance 4 me”) and Morgan Page (who is up for it on the 5th of May?). Get ready to feel the urge, put your dancing shoes and dive back into Xtian’s Trouse. Playlist Intro Your First Time. Jason Jinx feat. Paul Alexander 2012 Love is Not Enough (Above & Beyond Club Mix) [Xtian Extended Edit]. Above & Beyond feat. Zoe Johnston 2011 Broken Down (Boyan & Boyer Intro Remix) [Xtian The First Time Edit]. Tritonal feat. Meredith Call 2011 In The Air (Hardwell Remix). Morgan Page, BT, Sultan & Nel Shepard feat. Angela McCluskey 2008 Longest Road feat. Lissie (Deadmau5 Remix) [Xtian Deeper Edit feat. Julius Papp & Mr. V]. Morgan Page feat. Lissie 2011 Going Deep (Original Mix). Chicane 2011 Going Deep (Moogmonkey Remix) [Xtian First Time Edit]. Chicane 2011 Dance 4 me (Brian Matrix Da Big Room Mix) – Prince 2011 Dance 4 me (Dance 4 me (David Alexander Icon Mix)) 2012 I Didn't Know I Was Looking For Love ( Ronski’s Big Room Mix) [Xtian DJ is Calling Club Edit]. Ronski Speed feat. Johanna 2012 Free To Go (Original Mix) – Le Que, Alex Saiz, Martin Volt feat. Nadia Ali 2011 What Love Can Do – Extended Mix [Xtian Otra Vez Balearic Edit] - Plastik Funk, Fragma 2012 Thousand Times (Extended Mix vs. Ralph Good Remix) (Xtian First Time Edit]. Fragma Highlights: "Love is not Enough" A&B just released a remix package available on Beatport, check the Kaskade one.. Such a great tune, Trance/Prog House at its most clever.. "Broken Down" from Tritonal, though I did butcher the intro for the purpose of the set, classic trouse track and the overall feeling is still there. Morgan Page is in town and it was high time to use "In the Air" and dwell back into "The Longest Road" feat. Lissie a favourite of mine. Chicane: I love "Going Deep", the fusion of trip-hop, rap and trance/prog may annoy the Purists but is original, inspired and as far as I am concerned up there with the best of Faithless. Buy the new Chicane album, you will like it! "Dance 4 Me" Prince is back in Melbourne and the collaboration with Purple Music (Jaime Lewis label) is fantastic. It is sexy, very Price yet very now.. Do not miss it. "Free to Go" new track featuring Nadia Ali.. Can she do antyhing wrong? And we finish with 2 Fragma tracks. The Spaniards are in great form. Balearic prog house with "What Love Can Do", which I edited Ibiza style with Otra Vez and "Thousand Times", which could become my kids new fav jam.. Hope you like it!
