Welcome to the Sisterhood of Sweat. I'm your host, Linda, and today we're bringing you an extraordinary conversation with Michelle Kern - a fighter pilot who turned fear into her ultimate superpower. Imagine going from a small town in Wisconsin to flying jets for the Thunderbirds, breaking through barriers, and conquering self-doubt at 9 Gs. Michelle's journey is not just about aviation - it's about how we can all harness our inner strength, challenge our limiting beliefs, and soar beyond what we thought possible. Today, we'll explore how small, bold choices can lead to massive transformation, why visualization is your secret weapon, and how to turn that inner critic into your biggest cheerleader. Whether you're an aspiring athlete, an entrepreneur, or someone looking to break through your own mental barriers, this episode is going to light a fire in your soul. So buckle up, because we're about to take off into a conversation that will inspire you to embrace your fears, trust your potential, and become the badass you were always meant to be. Let's dive in! What drew you into aviation in the first place? What was going on in your life before that that made you want to live such a bold, fearless life? What was the moment you realized fear wasn't something to run from, but something you could harness? How did fear show up for you in those moments, and how did you deal with it? What did you find out about yourself when you showed up fully, stopped focusing on your fear, and had some faith? How did you earn the nickname Mace? What's the one message you want women to leave with today? Quotes: "Boldness is built, not born." "Productive, healthy, happy people don't [leave mean comments online]." "If you feel stuck, you know that you have more potential than you're currently fulfilling, otherwise you wouldn't feel that way." "When you recognize that that entity [inner critic] can be something separate from you, from your identity, and that gives you that perspective to be like, okay, sure, but that's not factual, like you can take it or leave it." "If I focus on the potential rewards of taking this risk... the potential rewards of taking this risk are so much bigger." Today on the Sisterhood of Sweat, I sit down with Bethany Joy Lenz Did you know Bethany Joy Lenz was a victim of manipulation and “love bombing”? It makes sense now, knowing the kind of toxic environment she escaped. I am so grateful that she was able to share such a vulnerable, deeply personal story. I had no idea that even on the set of One Tree Hill she was trying to escape a cult. Her memoir, “Dinner for Vampires,” is more than just a book. To me it's a beacon of hope for anyone who has gone through emotional abuse.

Welcome to the Sisterhood of Sweat. On today's episode of the Sisterhood of Sweat, I'm sitting down with Greg Hman, the "Hydrogen Man" who has an incredible story of health transformation that you won't want to miss. After years of battling devastating medical conditions that left him bedridden and in constant pain, Greg discovered the incredible potential of molecular hydrogen. Through relentless research and personal determination, he developed protocols that not only healed his own body but have since helped countless others overcome seemingly impossible health challenges. From heart conditions to brain injuries, Greg's journey is a powerful reminder of the human spirit's resilience and the potential of scientific discovery. We're going to dive deep into the world of hydrogen, explore its scientific foundations, and hear some truly inspiring stories of recovery that will challenge everything you thought you knew about healing. Get ready for an eye-opening conversation that might just change the way you think about health and wellness. Otter just now Here are the questions Linda asked Greg during the interview: Why are you called hman? Explain to us a little bit about your back story. Is molecular hydrogen? Is all hydrogen created equal? What do you feel like the hydrogen has done for you and for other people, like what type of conditions? What kind of machines do you use and what type are the best for people to to get? I've heard, you know, my mentor talked about doing baths, you know, and things like that, with this type of ingredient. Are there any downsides to using hydrogen that you know of? Are you still doing hydrogen today? Tell us, where can we find all of your research and things on hydrogen, and again the websites and the information for people, before we sign off here? Quotes: "I made a promise, I actually made a prayer at my lowest point, that if I could find a way that I would promise, that I would show it to others and help others." "Hydrogen is the purest substance known to man. It's incredibly pure. And the thing about it is it selectively does this antioxidant activity, but it also helps with like cell signaling." "I wanted the simplest protocols to overcome my health issues. I did not want a cupboard full of supplements. I didn't want to be taking 100 pills a day. I didn't want to be using 100 machines a day. I didn't want, you know, I couldn't live like that. Who wants to live like that?" "I'm not going to name names or names of products, but I will say that, in my personal opinion, well over 80% of the stuff out there in the alternative health world, in my opinion, is not good and maybe even potentially dangerous." "I believe that it'll help with depression. We know that it helps with energy. We know that it's anti aging. It's all the things that would make you feel better. You know, again, in my opinion, but I think it's going to transform the world of health, even agriculture." He left the show to pursue freelance opportunities and produced original “Live” host Regis Philbin's highly-rated primetime variety program. “The Regis Philbin Show,” which aired on Lifetime. In 1987, Gelman returned to “The Morning Show” as executive producer. "When you develop a product, you get to see you get to see it right from the raw material to the finished product. And you really see the entire picture. You understand why the price is the way it is, why the quality is the way it is, why it matters where you source the product from." "We're still very much an independent family business. There are six of my family members that work here. My wife works with me. My oldest son and daughter both both work with me. My wife's two daughters work with us.
