On this episode of Video Games 2 the MAX hosts Sean Garmer and Marc Morrison discuss the games they are playing such as Marc finally trying out Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Taiko No Tatsujin, although he got some bad news about his drums. Sean also played Another Eden a mobile JRPG that was put on Steam and how he’s so glad his PC has a touch screen. The NPD numbers from March 2021 are also out too, Sony being the fastest-selling console ever, Monster Hunter Rise and Outriders selling well, and more. They also discuss the games they are excited about from the Nintendo Indie World Showcase. Sean is happy about seeing more from Last Stop, There is No Game: Wrong Dimension hitting the Switch, more on Cris Tales, and the big announcement of Oxenfree 2. While Marc liked Never Yield and Aztech Forgotten Gods. Marc is also a bit befuddled by Konami’s latest indie title Getsufumaden and this leads to a discussion on a rumor flying around that Microsoft may have purchased the rights to Konami franchises. If it is even real, what could be the result of this? Plus, a big rumor started suddenly that was quickly and thankfully squashed by the company itself regarding Square-Enix having interested suitors, although the company has no interest in selling at all. The guys talk about what this would mean and how it would not be good for gaming. Plus the latest details on the Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade and the Yuffie DLC finally having a standalone price. The duo also converses on why there should be another F-Zero game and that the excuse of “we can’t think of anything innovative to do with it” is a really lame reason to not make one. Especially when Nintendo doesn’t have a racing game of this type. They also ponder the same thing for Star Fox. Plus, the end of Nintendo Labo leads to a conversation on what could have been with Toys to Life. Other things discussed in the episode: Resident Evil 4 VR, WWE 2K22’s debut and the wrestlers that were recently released, and the Upcoming Games. Does a man make a suit or does a suit make a man? This week, I am talking with Marc Streisand, Owner of Marc Allen Fine Clothier, located in both Boston, MA & Providence, RI. Marc Allen Fine Clothier prides themselves in offering what big box stores cannot, a focus on the individual. By taking time to design and build curated collections from the rarest and finest items and fabrics in the world, they offer superior quality, unique style, and elegance for their clients. While Marc and his team focus on creating a luxury client experience, he also believes in providing value. Selling clothes for money isn't Marc's mission when it comes to Fashion and Style. His biggest motivator? Seeing men (and women) find confidence in themselves. Throughout our conversation, it is evident that Marc creates a fun and creative user experience. Not only does he focus on the client, but he also focuses on his team and giving back to others. As Marc puts it, “My employees don't work for me, they work with me”. When I asked him how to define success, he shared that the key to success is a healthy work-life balance. While money can buy you nice things, it's the relationships and experiences that truly outweigh financial gain. Topics Discussed: Helping men (and women) build their confidence Fun and creative ways for the user experience (both on & offline) Giving back to the community during Covid-19 Earning the trust and credibility of providing value for the client Misconceptions of the men's fashion industry The importance of creating memories with your family Connect with Marc Allen Fine Clothiers: Website: https://www.marcalleninc.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/marcallenfineclothiers Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/marcallenfineclothiers/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marc-streisand-7231b35/ Contact Marc Allen Fine Clothiers: Call: 917-992-2242 Email: Marc@MarcAllenInc.com Relevant Articles: Marc Allen Fine Clothiers - Yelp https://www.yelp.com/biz/marc-allen-clothiers-providence Connect with Mark Condon: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BostonsBestPodcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bostonsbest_podcast/ About Boston's Best: “Highlighting successful businesses in and around Boston, MA.” Go behind the scenes with financial planner, Mark Condon, as he asks industry-leading experts to talk about their businesses throughout the state of Massachusetts. To most of us in the health world, it is obvious we are in a health crisis in the United States. I would even say the entire world is facing this problem of declining health, but the U.S. is in the lead… by far. You might think I’m talking about Covid-19, but you would be wrong! It appears along with our political divide, Americans have decided to kill themselves willingly, with a fork and a spoon. If you even mention, that you know a way for people to lose weight and be healthy, outside of what I like to call “the healthcare and pharmaceutical industrial complex”, you face the possibility of being banned from all social media and a target for “cancel culture”. Don’t even think of calling someone “fat”, well, when they are actually fat and, in most cases, obese, you will be called a “fat shamer” and insensitive. Today, I have a guest, who like me thinks this is complete BS, and this type of thinking of “it’s not my fault” has to end. Marc Lobliner is very outspoken in the health world, and most importantly he is tired of people not taking responsibility for their actions. Marc Lobliner, AKA; ‘The Machine‘ is an entrepreneur who owns a supplement and clothing line business – mtsnutrition.com, alongside being a chief marketing officer of several different companies. Marc is also a bodybuilder and an internet personality, with fans from across the world following his diet, workout, and supplementation advice. While Marc now enjoys a successful career and happy life, this wasn’t always the case. For the better part of his childhood and teenage years, Marc faced trauma after trauma – being bullied because of his overweight looks, and later, facing the death of his father. However, he pushed through these adversities; building a dream lifestyle for himself through hard work, persistence, and a strong mindset. Topics Discussed: How Marc got into fitness and healthHow getting healthy and into bodybuilding changed his lifeWhat motivated him to start his own business in the area of healthWhy being fat, and morbidly obese today is considered healthy by some people who do not live in realityWhy fat is not beautifulWhy and how the term “fat shaming” became the cry for those who don’t want to take responsibility for their healthHow the pussification of America and Americans is destroying the freest and most prosperous country in the worldWhy health is critical for your path and finding success in life Episode Resources: Marc’s Website: https://tigerfitness.comCheck out the new course on How to Finance Your Off-grid Dream hereHow to be in the Simple Life Circle: http://www.thesimplelifenow.com/betterlife

Welcome to a very special episode of Warrior Week: Parables from the Pit with Coach Sam and Warrior Week 57 graduate Marc Beauchamp. Parable #1: Retire vs. The Next Challenge Marc’s first immersion into living the Warrior’s Way came via KingsKit 2 in 2018. At the time, life appeared successful from the outside looking in, yet Marc was bored and had no new challenges going on in his life. He wanted to get his fire back.  It was during WC3 where he felt the push to apply for Warrior Week. “I was 55 and running a large payment-processing company. One day my wife said, “We’ve got it made, we’ll retire and travel…” But Marc was far from that place and was ready to climb the next hill in front of him. Where in your world is the next hill you know you must climb? Parable #2: Release the Rage Marc remembers the first day of Warrior Week being “a long-ass day!” Having released and dealt with a lot of rage about his father, Marc was certain there was nothing left to process.  Late that night, he realized residual resentment remained as he let go of a “shit load of rage,’ afterward feeling liberated and free. Where are you still holding onto rage about something from the past? Parable #3: Pain, the Great Motivator September 15, 1990, is a significant date and turning point in Marc’s life. It’s the last day he had a drink. “30 years ago, I was literally close to death. The choice was to either quit drinking or die.”  Marc had hit rock bottom. His first wife left with their one-year-old daughter; he had no money, no car…nothing. “Pain was a great motivator for me.  While today l change proactively, back then I had to have something like pain to change me.” He credits everything he has in his life today to that pivotal decision to not take another drink. What message is the pain in your life telling you? Parable #4: Under the Influence Coach Sam experienced a life-changing moment twelve years ago in 2008 while on a business trip. This is the year he chose not to take another drink. For him, it wasn’t about the pain; it was more of a natural path.  He no longer associates drinking with having fun. Instead, he has found non-alcoholic beer to be a delicious and satisfying substitute. “When under the influence of alcohol, we were not ourselves,” remarked Coach Sam. It’s not that something is wrong with you if you drink or that those who don’t drink are better than those who do. However, they agree that with any drink or drug, you are no longer yourself; instead, you’re under the influence of whatever you’re drinking or ingesting. What is the message speaking to your heart? Parable #5: 30-Day Challenge Coach Sam is extending a challenge to you. “Listen to the Voice without being under the influence of alcohol for 30 days. Then evaluate your relationship with God, your wife, your kids, yourself…and life itself. Ask yourself how your life improved, evaluate the quality of your prayers/communication with God. While Marc and Coach Sam have challenges in other areas of their life, cutting out alcohol is one less thing they have to worry about.“ Marc also cut out smoking. “Once I started seeing these changes and effects in my life, it created momentum.” Are you ready to take the challenge? "Parables From The Pit" “Zero delay in transactions is the name of the game with Marc Beauchamp.” --Sam Falsafi “A lot of guys have no issue with alcohol. But for me, I had to figure out who I was without it.” -- Marc Beauchamp coachfinancing.com marc@coachfinancing.com

The NPD numbers are out for October 2020 and the Nintendo Switch is still selling like crazy. Plus, a game from last year and Animal Crossing still lead in game sales too. Sean gets into why Microsoft may focus more on revealing ecosystem numbers and not console sales. While everyone tackles Yukes making AEW games. Not to mention, Yakuza: Like A Dragon not being sold on Xbox Series X in Japan sparks a debate on Microsoft potentially partnering with Japanese studios in the future. The Mass Effect and Nioh collections for the new consoles, and a few other things. This is a jam packed show that ran fairly long because everyone was excited to talk about the PS5 and all these new games.
