In 2021, the Skills London event is going to be the biggest yet so we're creating a hospitality world where everyone that come into Excel is going to be excited by how brilliant the sector is. We're really excited about how innovative the staging will be, based on gamification and artificial intelligence. What we've got to remember for Skills London is we're going to be up against other sectors that may be a bit more interesting to a younger person, a bit more exciting. So we want is for the hospitality industry to get them excited, using technologies that they can relate to and are available now. "
Caterer.com Catch Ups Time to catch up with inspiring hospitality people. Rob Bradley chats to Natalie Cash Recruitment Manager, Peach Pubs . “We will be taking out some tables and making sure people can dine really safely with us. We've got our menus ready. They're slightly simpler, with less on the main menu so we can run our kitchens with fewer chefs who can safely work together. “There will be more emphasis on specials and our chefs, a team of really solid guys who know Peach very well. With the reduced menus our chefs will be able to decide their own specials, reacting to the weather or the supply better. It means that there's lots of opportunity for them to get creative and keep that excitement alive."
