Here are a few simple steps to help us stay motivated and focused: Step 1: Clarify our purpose.  Host: Our purpose is the driving force behind our goals. Take time to clarify your purpose by asking yourself what motivates and inspires you. Step 2: Set SMART goals.  Host: SMART goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound; setting SMART goals helps us stay on track and measure our progress. Step 3: Build positive habits.  Host: Habits are the building blocks of success. Identify positive habits that will help you achieve your goals and make them a part of your daily routine. Remember that motivation is a fleeting feeling. However, a disciplined mindset and positive habits will enhance our outlook on life.  Step 4: Take consistent action.  Host: Consistently taking action is critical to achieving our goals. We cannot stress enough the importance of taking action. When we take action, we see results. So, do not hesitate to establish daily or weekly objectives and hold yourself responsible for taking them.

    To begin today's episode, we will set the stage with our Power Words. James 1:19-20, Philippians 4:6-7 James 1:19-20  Our first Power word comes from James 1:19-20, which says, "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires."  This verse reminds us of the importance of controlling our words and emotions. Instead of reacting impulsively to difficult situations, we should pause, listen, and seek God's guidance through prayer. Philippians 4:6-7  Our second verse comes from Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  The power of prayer is highlighted in this verse as an undeniable source of comfort and relief during difficult and stressful times. It confidently asserts that the indescribable peace of God will guard and protect our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. To handle life's challenges confidently, we must remember the importance of prayer. It is also essential to be mindful of our thoughts and communication, avoiding hostility and expressing gratitude to remain optimistic even in difficult situations. Trusting in God's timing can help us attain serenity.

Instead, it involves aligning our thoughts, beliefs, and actions with our aspirations and objectives and harnessing the universe's power to realize those desires and goals. To manifest our greatness, we must first recognize and acknowledge the gifts and talents we have been given. We have unique gifts and talents; cultivating and developing them is up to us. But often, we allow fear, doubt, and insecurity to hold us back. We worry about what others think or feel we need to be better and worthy enough to pursue our dreams. This is where the power of manifestation comes in. When we align our thoughts and beliefs with our desires, we tap into the power of the universe to bring those desires into reality. So it is not just about positive thinking; it is about shifting our energy and vibration to match the energy and vibration of what we want to manifest. Moreover, that is where II Timothy 1:6-7 comes in. When we fan into flame the gift of God within us, we tap into the power of the universe and the Spirit of God to give us the courage, strength, and self-discipline to pursue our dreams and manifest our greatness. So how can we apply this verse and the power of manifestation in our daily lives? Here are a few practical tips: It is crucial to acknowledge and celebrate our unique talents and passions. Jot down a list of your strengths and hobbies with confidence and pride. Choose specific aspirations and objectives to manifest in your life. Then, write them down and visualize them as already accomplished. Embrace positivity and a can-do attitude. Instead of dwelling on negative news, please focus on the great things in your life and be grateful for them. Take action towards achieving your goals. Please do not wait for opportunities; proactively take steps to make them happen. Do not stress over the details; take that first step. Surround yourself with positivity and supportive individuals who believe in you and your dreams and confidently pursue your goals. We will shed some light on the significance of feeling the burn and how it can help us continue to focus on growth. Question 1: What does it mean to feel the burn? Experiencing the burn is an expression that often characterizes the uneasy or painful feeling we encounter when we surpass our boundaries.     Today's power word guides us with honesty. 2 Corinthians 13:5 Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test? Question 1: Why is brutal honesty important? We must be sincere in recognizing any blind spots or biases. These can prevent us from seeing the truth about ourselves and hinder our personal development. Additionally, honesty is vital in building strong relationships with others because trust is based on transparency and truthfulness. So, How do we transition from the why to the how can we be brutally honest with ourselves? Self-reflection is crucial to personal growth, even if it means being brutally honest with ourselves. We can achieve this by regularly evaluating our thoughts, feelings, and actions. To do so, we may need to ask ourselves tough questions like "What is holding me back from reaching my goals?" or "What are my weaknesses, and how can I improve on them?" Seeking feedback from others is also a great way, to be honest with oneself. Likewise, asking for constructive criticism from friends, family, or colleagues can help identify areas for improvement. Now with the hopes that we have built a more realistic view of the process of being brutally honest with ourselves, let us undertake the benefits of being brutally honest with ourselves. Make a conscious effort to spread positivity and kindness in our daily interactions with others. Why is it important to shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset?  Embrace Abundance: Instead of fixating on scarcity and what we do not have, focus on abundance and what we do have. Recognize that there is enough to go around and that we can create more mess.  Help Others: One of the most powerful ways to cultivate an abundance mindset is to help others. Giving back and positively impacting the world can create a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Remember that our perspective is a powerful force shaping how we approach our goals and interact with the world. Think Outside the Box: Creativity is vital when developing a vision. To create a truly unique and inspiring idea, we must think outside the box and be willing to take risks. Meaning being open to new experiences and perspectives and not being afraid to challenge the status quo. Jim Rohn once said: "To solve any problem, here are three questions to ask yourself: First, what could I do? Second, what could I read? And third, who could I ask?" Which leads to a deeper understanding of how productive we can become in society.  2. Let's Use our Minds: Our mind is the most potent vision development tool. Use meditation, visualization, and other mental techniques to help us tap into our creativity and focus on our goals, which will help us stay motivated and overcome any obstacles we may encounter. Remember that our human brain can make decisions on its own and can store an infinite amount of information. In contrast, a computer has to be programmed to perform the functions and has a limited capacity to store data and information. Our mind is powerful.  3. Create a Vision: Once we have developed our creative idea, it is time to create a vision for bringing it to life, breaking it down into smaller, achievable goals, and developing a plan to accomplish them. It also means being flexible and adaptable when encountering new challenges and opportunities. A proactive attitude of gratitude will connect your thoughts and intentions to what is going well in your life, and we can find one thing we are grateful for. In addition, a gratitude outlook helps shift your focus from what is going wrong to what is going right and can help you feel more optimistic.  Take Small Steps: Remember, our life journey is not a sprint but a marathon that requires careful thought to your small steps each day because it is easy to get overwhelmed when facing doubt and fear. Break down your goals into small, achievable steps, and focus on taking one step at a time. One of the paramount qualities of the fruit of the Spirit is Love. Love is the foundation of all the other qualities and motivates us to live a life of purpose. When we have Love in our hearts, we can show kindness, patience, and gentleness to others. We can also forgive and show grace, even when it is complex.     So, what exactly is our higher self? We believe it is the part of us connected to something greater than ourselves. The voice inside us always knows what is best for us, even when we might not realize it. As individuals, we often feel like we are being pulled in many different directions and with work demands, balancing schoolwork, extracurricular activities, social lives, and everything else. As a result, it can be tough to know what we truly want or the best course of action when facing a big decision. That is where our higher selves come in. By tapping into that inner wisdom, we can make choices that align with our values and desires instead of just following everyone else.  So, how can we start to connect with our higher selves?  First, there is a vast amount of information and expert advice available. However, with thorough research from our team, we were able to simplify the process towards the transformation of one's highest version of ourselves.  So, here are our three simple but effective call-to-action steps.  First, take some time to be still and quiet. Turn off your phone, find a soft spot, and sit with yourself. Listen to the thoughts and feelings that come up without judgment or criticism. This process breathes enlightenment and self-awareness for a more productive understanding of yourself.  Next, start paying attention to your intuition. One power word is from Joshua. Joshua 1:9, to be exact, says, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." This verse reminds us that we are not alone in our journey toward progress and success. We can overcome our fears and achieve our goals with strength and courage. Myles Monroe would also like to share a powerful mind-reset encouragement on this topic. He said, "The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without purpose." This quote emphasizes the importance of having a sense of purpose and taking action toward our goals, even if it means stepping outside our comfort zone. So, how do we break free from our comfort zone and progress toward our goals and dreams? Here are three Call-To-Action Steps: Step 1: Embrace discomfort The first step is to embrace discomfort. You have to be dedicated, disciplined, and determined. Let us start with dedication. Dedication is when you are passionate about something and are willing to put in the time and effort to make it happen. For example, let us say you love playing soccer. If you're dedicated to getting better at soccer, you will practice every day, even when you do not feel like it. You will watch videos of professional soccer players to learn new skills. You will even go to a camp during the summer to get extra training. That is dedication. Next, let us talk about discipline. Discipline is when you do what you need to, even when you do not feel like it. For example, let us say you want to get better at math. If you are disciplined, you will do your math homework every night, even if you are tired or you would instead be playing video games.     You may not realize it yet, but you have so much potential and opportunities ahead of you. Furthermore, the key to unlocking that potential is to find your "why." Before we expound on today's show, let us introduce our power word. ISAIAH 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and help you and uphold you with my righteous right hand." God offers comfort when we need it the most. Be guided by Him because He knows what's best for you. What's yours? Why? Your "why" is the thing that drives you, the thing that makes you excited to wake up in the morning and tackle the day. It is the thing that makes you feel like you are making a difference in the world. And the best way to find your "why" is to take inventory of your life. Here are four steps that will help you take inventory of your life and find your "why": Step 1: Reflect on your interests and passions. What are the things that make you happy? What are the things that you enjoy doing? These are clues to what your "why" might be. Step 2: Think about the people in your life. Who inspires you? Who do you look up to? What do they do that makes you want to be like them? These are also clues to what your "why" might be. Step 3: Look at the world around you. What problems do you see that you want to solve? What causes do you care about? What kind of impact do you want to make on the world? These are essential clues to what your "why" might be. Step 4: Take action. Once you have a sense of what your "why" might be, start taking steps to pursue it. This might mean volunteering for a cause you care about or starting a club or group to bring people with similar interests together. The key is taking action and pursuing your dreams with laser focus. Remember, finding your "why" is an ongoing process, and it may change over time, but the important thing is to start taking inventory of your life and pursuing your dreams. We understand it is tricky to remain focused when each day of adulting can challenge us in many ways sometimes, but it is essential to remember that we all have things to be grateful for. Here are three examples of how you can start feeling blessed and walking with your head held high today: 1. Make a list of things you are thankful for: Take a piece of paper and write down all the things you are grateful for, no matter how small they may seem. However, we believe that all mothers should receive similar expressions of heart-felt love comparable to May 9. Every day should carry the same level of dedication as it is Mother's Day. We are honored to all the great women in our lives who have helped raise and influence us towards our self-discovery and greatness, take this time to shower our mothers, Auties, and grandparents with both appreciate meaningful gifts, at-home family brunch, and of course, a reemphasize "I love you, mom." The Bible our spiritual manual exhibits strong and powerful ladies who demonstrated stable spiritual mindsets, love for families, and unwavering female strength. Mother's have inspired generations. However, the spiritual manual does not directly address the holiday of Mother's Day in its verses. Still, it often addresses the celebration of motherhood and mothers, such as in the following power word passages. Isaiah 49:15: "Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne?" Proverbs 31:25: "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."     It is not enough to pray, but to meditate on God's promises is also necessary on our journey because life can seem confusing at times. We will have moments when it seems like we are walking out on freedom from challenges. To suddenly feel as though we are journeying through fire and extreme difficulties, faith is highly needed within either of these scenarios, having the faith that holds firm and visualizes God's promises through all our struggles. Furthermore, we can always pull examples and life lessons from our history, like, for instance, the story of the Hebrew men who encountered their test of faith and trust after being sentenced to the fiery furnace. God made sure that no harm befell them and protected them to the point that not even their clothes were damage through personally standing literally amid the fire. However, there is an integral part of these men's journeys that is not often voice, and it is how confident they were in speaking words of faith over their lives while steering into the death of the fiery furnace. Mind Reset Quote: When we pray, God hears more than we say, answers more than we ask, gives more than we imagine, in his own time and in His way. I believe their statements and their obedience to God are what attracted God to their location. God enabled them to be placed in the most dangerous circumstances to show their enemy that He was with them. "God with us," Emmanuel, is a potent reality. Here is our power word. Remember that we are the apple of God's eyes, and whatever trials seem to elevate their ugly heads against us, we will see God's victory because wherever He is, there are miracles and triumph. Let us meditate and allow God's presence to saturate us, which in return builds our strength and confidence that no weapon or fire can overcome our reality. We are not alone. The Lord is with us! Besides, a God can-do attitude will encourage us to pray for direction and support through each circumstance rather than praying for the circumstances to be removed solely. With the understanding and awareness that the road ahead will be challenging, we will turn out all right due to our steadfast faith in God while steadily holding on to His promises.     Be warned; it is easy to feel unmotivated to pursue a passion while on our journey towards purpose, especially when encountering an abundance of opposition. If we are not observant of our thoughts, those oppositions can seem overwhelming to conclude that reducing our goals or just settling for a humble career might be the best decision. Maybe it is best to hold off on those daring dreams until our world circumstance changes. Furthermore, the negative thoughts can present themselves the loudest at times if not brought into captivity and place under subjection with what God thinks and say's about us. God has mentioned countless times how special and important we are, which in all honesty, from us here at the studio, trumps the views of others. Be reminded that we will encounter another more significant challenge with each elevation and advancement if we progress forward and not relent. At times our challenges are success examinations masquerading as an impossible assignment. Due to our steadfast determination to renewing and ministering to our subconscious mind, success will follow us. Here is our mind reset quote.     Welcome to the third and final installment of our concise study into Zachariah's life of fear, self-doubt, and triumph. Today's show will reveal the humanity and curiosity of Zachariah by submerging ourselves into his thoughts which in conclusion is no different from how we would respond in that same situation. Our story picks up from Luke 1 vs. 18-23. 18 Zechariah asked the Angel, "How can I be sure of this? I am an old man, and my wife is well along in years." 19 The Angel said to him, "I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. 20 And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their appointed time." 23 When his time of service was completed, he returned home. 24 After this, his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion. 25 "The Lord has done this for me," she said. "In these days, he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people." Here doubt introduces itself to Zachariah, even after been assured by an angel of the Lord on becoming a father. Doubt still found an opportunity to sneak into Zachariah's consciousness, showing a harsh contrast on how easy that can happen to us as well after witnessing God's favor in opening unexcepted possibilities. However, God has always provided a problem-solving solution throughout his instruction manual in the form of what we here at the Fulljoy studio calls the I Can, I am, and Is there. Meaning, we will proclaim to our conscious mind that yes, I can do all things, yes, I am more than a conqueror, and also yes, is there anything too hard for God? Moreover, we recognize that the answer to that question is no; there is nothing too hard for our God. Here is a perfect chance right this minute to proclaim those promises over our life to witness God's super-natural breakthrough. Proclaim that: - I can do all things -I am more than a conqueror -Is there anything too hard for God? Stop talking yourself out of God's blessings for your life because there is life in our words that can produce results, either positive or negative. Notice how the Angel had to silence Zachariah until he beholds God's spoken miracle due to his doubt and little faith. God fulfilled his promise to Zachariah and Elizabeth at the appointed time while they stayed the course onward in faith and action. Elizabeth is now pregnant with a baby boy named John. John is called great, and the Angel of God says John has a great purpose to fulfill. YOU'RE A MIRACLE! God wants you to live life on PURPOSE.
