At this time of the year, many of us are experiencing a strong, primal need to belong to someone or to something in this world. However, many of us are also experiencing the feelings of isolation, loneliness and being exiled from that same world. So today, I'm compelled to share some thoughts about belonging and isolation, because these topics have been headliners in many of my client conversations over the past months.I'm going to talk about the two types of belonging, the different ways and moments in which we can experience belonging, why our relationships with pets can be such a vital source of the sense of belonging, as well as how to teach our nervous system not to fear solitude, but embrace it as a conscious experience that leads to shifting the quantum field we're part of.Tune in so we can reflect together on what it means to us to belong beyond fear and addictive chemical drivers, and to find a sweet spot of belonging inside and in the world. Join Wayne Giles as he expands on the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, sharing insights into the simple but profound process of overcoming fear in Step 4. In this session, Wayne discusses how we ask God to remove our fear and direct our focus toward what He would have us be. The message reminds us that we are human beings, not human doings—our primary task is to be present and aligned with spiritual guidance.Through Wayne's explanation, we see how Step 4 teaches us to move beyond fear by shifting our attention from what we think we need to do, to simply being what God wants us to be. This transformation, one of the core principles of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), helps us find peace in the midst of uncertainty, guiding us to outgrow fear through faith and surrender. Wayne's unique perspective offers a relatable and compassionate approach to this pivotal step.In both AA and the Interactive Step Experience (ISE), the message of spiritual growth through surrender is key. When we let go of control, fear loses its grip, and we can begin to walk the path of recovery with a renewed sense of purpose and courage. For more content, please like, comment, and share. Today, Victor and I dive into one of the biggest struggles we all face—trusting in God's provision. It's not always easy to let go, especially when anxiety and fear kick in, but we're here to share some inspiration, a few laughs, and even some of our personal struggles with letting go and trusting that God has us covered. In this episode, we go over the importance of surrender, how to recognize God's provision in our lives, and why faith isn't just about saying we believe—it's about showing it with our actions. We also reflect on how the Bible reminds us that God knows what we need and always has our backs, even when we're tempted to take control ourselves.

We're living through a time of collective awakening. Those of us on the spiritual path are being challenged to rise above and stay OUT of the confusion, fear, division, reactivity, and projection we often see and experience out in the world. Many people today find themselves in a state of confusion, fear, and overwhelm - which can lead them to act in dysregulated ways and project their unconscious stuff and unconscious needs onto others (maybe, at times, onto you!). This episode of INNER WORK is about achieving a state of Divine Neutrality so you can remain centered, calm, and grounded even amidst external chaos or when someone unconsciously projects their "stuff" onto you. (This is also about becoming increasingly better at not projecting OUR stuff onto others, either.) The Akashic Records are the most potent tool I know for achieving this state of Divine Neutrality, consistently. Let's talk about this! I hope something in this episode speaks to you, and inspires you to continue releasing fear and moving forward with an energy of love, detachment, and peace. In this conversation, Misa Hopkins discusses the topics of fear, doubt, self-worth, and perfectionism. She explains that fear and doubt stem from the separation of consciousness and the belief in unworthiness, abandonment, and rejection. Misa emphasizes the importance of understanding that these experiences do not indicate anything is wrong with us, but rather are a result of consciousness becoming self-aware. She also explores the role of ego in our lives and how it can be embraced and balanced to create a healthy relationship. Additionally, Misa discusses the deep discontent that often arises in our 40s and 50s and how it is a pivotal moment for spiritual growth and leaving a legacy. In this conversation, Misa Hopkins and Julie Bjelland discuss the importance of embracing creativity and curiosity in our 40s and beyond. Are UFO's and Aliens demonic entities? https://www.truthseekah.com/are-ufos-and-aliens-demonicIn this episode, TruthSeekah and Arien tackle the topic of UFO's and Aliens. We talk about what people believe and we reference the recent interview where Joe Rogan interviewed Tucker Carlson and share some of what they talked about and give our thoughts on the subject. UFO's are not always to be feared. You need to investigate how they make you feel and the fruit that comes forth in your life after having such encounters. We also share some of our most profound encounters and experiences, and we also talk about a new supplement we are taking that we absolutely LOVE for mental focus and clarity. Are UFO's just nuts and bolts ships that are government testing of some sort, or could it be possible that they are living breathing entities, like angels or demons? Have you noticed how complicated relationships can be sometimes? Someone might think that they're being clear and loving but that's not how it's received AT ALL. Some people have a hard time being authentic or saying “no” because at some level they're worried about not being lovable or even likable. Others feel like they're always being left out or don't BELONG anywhere. In this episode, we talk about why all that happens in the old paradigm and how things are starting to shift as consciousness rises and we move into the new paradigm. The Group Frequency Calibration® (GFC) associated with this episode will help you to start to release that unwanted element of fear that can negatively impact your relationships. How safe is the stock market? 00:00 - Intro 00:38 - A Story Beyond Fear Story - Ft. Will Smith 08:35 - How Risky is the Stock Market? In today's story, Jay recalls how a Will Smith video that he had shared on Facebook in 2017 changed the trajectory of his life forever. If you haven't seen it, this is the clip where Will Smith talks about his skydiving adventure and the fear that proceeded the jump. Find out how just sharing this clip had a huge butterfly effect. Have you ever had a butterfly effect life changing moment? Let us know in the comments! In the main topic, Jay answers the question, "How risky is the stock market?" Investing is an act with the goal of attaining gain over time. The market is volatile, and leaves many scared by the unknowns of the future. Over time, how does an investor's certainty of gain improve (historically speaking)? Can time really help us more realistically project a healthy gain for our investments? Does the S&P500 actually yield an average of 11% per year? Can you get 12% like Dave Ramsey claims you can on the Dave Ramsey Show? What is the difference between a simple average and an annualized average? How are these different from a geometric average? Why does this matter to you? It's possible. On Tuesday, I spoke with Scot McKay, a fearless globetrotter who's traveled to 110 countries. Scot has crafted his life in a way that cuts through the noise of societal expectations. He's truly living an untethered existence. In today's episode, I pull back the curtain on the main thing I see that he's done in his lifetime and how this philosophy can reshape your life's trajectory: Choosing curiosity and love over fear and control.Today, I reflect with you about my own path alongside my husband, where we've turned fear into a foundation of safety within our relationship – which sparked in our teen years. As we've peeled back the layers of our own relationship, we've faced some huge challenges. There are so many tethers and fear-based patters we've created between the two of us without conscious awareness. Dismantling them, one by one, has been quite a journey. This episode isn't just about wanderlust; it's an intimate exploration of how fear-based decisions can stifle personal growth and dim the brilliance of our relationships. It's a call to reevaluate the anchors holding us back and an inspiration to chase the life that makes us say, "heck yes, this is living!"
