On this podcast we have meaningful conversations with guests who live in Jamaica one way or another. Podcast guests have the opportunity to tell their story on how they either moved to Jamaica fully or how they're able to spend extended periods of time here. Everyone on the podcast are in different phases of their Jamaica move story. Some have already retired here others are beginning to make their transition with frequent visits to the island. My hope is that listeners gain value in seeing how they too might be able to make the transition to Jamaica one day.
In this episode, I sit down at the Jamaica Stock Exchange to talk about what's really happening in Jamaica's investment scene.

Devine Destiny, in Negril, Jamaica, was one of the premiere hotels in the '90s and early '00s. Due to a series of unfortunate events, the property ultimately failed. Now, the owners are on a mission to sell. I had the opportunity to walk the property with James Horvath, one of the owners. I learned about the history of this property and what it was like in its heyday. But perhaps most importantly, we discussed what this property could potentially turn into. It's a large 10.5 acre property with a lot of potential. I also had a conversation with Mragit Eder of Valerie Levy & Associates, who is the realtor representing this property. We also ideated ideas on what this property could turn into. We, of course, talked about the selling price as well. I hope you enjoy this real estate fixer-upper video.
