The Professional Levite is a podcast designed for the Christian recording artist looking to be better in every area. Tarence Farrell, CEO of a successful music production company for over 20 years, uses this podcast coupled with free resources to give much needed information about being better in the areas that matter most so your ministry can experience exponential growth.
In this episode Pastor Jonathan Mack and I discuss the importance of incorporating your values while developing or repositioning your brand.
We all go through insecure moments and late last year I went through an insecure moment that was lasting longer than I wanted. I now realize it was tied to my identity. In this episode I share what I learned about identity and why having your identity wrapped around the right thing is critical. I touch on what God used to get me out of my insecure moment and I also go through practical ways to keep your identity wrapped around the right thing so you can have less insecure moments.
I don't know about you but it seems like being transparent is the in thing and being vulnerable is closely tied to it but is it necessary? Do we need to be transparent or vulnerable to have a powerful ministry? This week I sit down with recording artist and Pastor, James Powell. We give our definitions of transparency and vulnerability, go into some real world testimonies about being transparent and discuss how to make the right decision when choosing what to share and what not to share. After listening to this episode you will have a better understanding of how to go about including transparency and vulnerability to impact more lives.
Could the key to growing your music ministry be locked inside of you taking your ministry beyond music? In this weeks episode I dig into this topic with my long time friend Charles Barrett who is an amazing musician but has taken his ministry way beyond music. After listening to this episode you will understand the enormous benefits of taking your ministry beyond music and you will walk away with a framework to start the process with your music ministry.
In this episode I go over three concepts I recently learned. They are not specific to music ministry but if applied will positively impact your music ministry. 1. Systematize what's important 2. Develop a strong, balanced community 3. Targeted Daily Engagement (learned from Kevin Chemidlin from Grow The Show podcast - https://open.spotify.com/show/53mnPGydOrRm6iLttAqdy9?si=ee75c6fd8d134aa4 ) We end this podcast with a recently released Words 4 Life track featuring Myron Edmonds, entitled "Release Your Boat" - https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/words4life/release-your-boat-feat-dr-myron-edmonds
In this episode of TFarrell Presents a Levite's perspective, Anthony Vaval and I talk about the importance of keeping the main thing the main thing. He elaborates on making sure you build your castle while you're helping other people build theirs and we also dig into the importance of being your authentic self. This is an episode you don't want to miss. Make sure you pre-order his latest single “He That Dwelleth” - https://linktr.ee/Avcedars
This week we explore 6 keys that will help you identify the audience that will change your life. Identifying your ideal audience is on of the secrets to financial, relational and spiritual growth. We will do this by explaining proven principles rather than a 6 step formula because everyone is different and it is important to leave room for the uniqueness of each listener. Please share this episode if it has blessed you and if you haven't pre-saved our up coming Words 4 Life single - "Release Your Boat (feat. Dr. Myron Edmonds)", you can do so now by following this link... https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/words4life/release-your-boat-feat-dr-myron-edmonds?fbclid=IwAR1rAtEXJi7l-EQpBEY_lU7usZIhw0HV1Nje1zpWZCVnGNKfYAFYJOpQl4U
In this episode, “Did You Call Me A Servant”, Pastor Emmanuella Young and I talk about the difference between being a servant and a slave. Understanding the difference between slavery and servitude will allow us to approach serving God and people in a positive light. It will also allow us to help others who have a distorted view of being a servant. We end this podcast with a classic Words 4 life track from Words 4 Life Vol. 1 entitled Under Authority (feat. Dr. James Doggette). This track further expounds on the concept of serving. The track is available everywhere music is streamed - https://song.link/underauthority
In this weeks episode, “Competition is Awesome”, Pastor Michelle Mota and I talk about understanding the difference between competition and comparison. We all compete at some level and at times find ourselves comparing ourself with others. Understanding how to honestly identify the difference between competition and comparison, realizing competition is healthy while comparison is lethal, will help us make better decisions on the journey to becoming our best self.
