Anita Stewart, owner of Bridges of the Heart, offers intuitive healing sessions and is struggling with being consistent and reaching out to get returning clients scheduled. You can tune in to listen to the advice that I gave her.
Near-death experience guest 1004 is Anita Stewart, retired Registered nurse who at the age of 35 had a near death experience which she discovered that she is everything. She has been gifted to work in healing her whole life. Earnest tending to those injured was first experienced through her compassionate, gentle care of animals as a child. She went on to earn her nursing degree, with high level hospital nursing as her career for 44 years. Her own debilitating injury in 1981 initiated a series of events that naturally led her to expand her abilities to help others, physically, emotionally and spiritually—not through her own knowledge and power, but through surrender to a power greater than her own. At the age of 33, she had an NDE which forever changed her perspective on life. In this episode Max speaks with Joshua Wright, a front-line activist who was amongst the first involved in blockading access to Fairy Creek, trying to prevent ancient old-growth forests from being destroyed by logging companies. There have been over 1000 arrests making it one of the largest acts of civil disobedience in Canadian history. These on the ground activists continue to camp on site despite pressure from the loggers to endanger both the forest and its present inhabitants. The injunction against the protestors which ran from April until the end of September of this year was not allowed to be extended. But that decision was overturned and a new interim injunction is now in place until November 15th, so this is a crucial moment in the continuation of this blockade. https://www.facebook.com/FairyCreekBlockade We include a poem by Linda Hogan recited by Anita Stewart.
