Are modern earthquakes, wars, and global chaos signs that Jesus is about to return? In this episode of Richard Reacts, Richard Henry responds to popular end-times claims surrounding Matthew 24 and the tendency to interpret every earthquake, war, or disaster as evidence that the end is near.Richard examines Jesus’ words about wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, persecution, and the “end of the age” in their original context. Were these warnings primarily about events thousands of years in the future—or about the judgment coming upon Jerusalem and the destruction of the temple in A.D. 70?Instead of reading today’s headlines back into biblical prophecy, Richard challenges Christians to read Matthew 24 in context, abandon sensational “newspaper exegesis,” and recover a more confident view of Christ’s kingdom and its advance throughout history. What do you think? Are modern earthquakes signs of the end—or have Christians been reading Matthew 24 incorrectly? Let us know in the comments.Reference video: • Why Are So Many EARTHQUAKES Happening Arou...

A headline can do more than earn a click. It can change how veterinary professionals see one another. This week, Dr. Ernie Ward and Beckie Mossor, MPA, RVT, examine how clickbait and rage-bait framing can deepen mistrust across veterinary teams. Using a provocative article about employee theft as a starting point, they explore what happens when practical business guidance is presented in terms of employers versus employees, managers versus staff, or one part of the hospital versus another. Ernie and Beckie aren't arguing against audits, safeguards, accountability, or sound financial controls. They're asking whether those measures can be discussed without treating every team member as a potential threat. The conversation expands to other familiar divides, including front versus back, veterinarians versus technicians, and corporate versus independent practice. They also challenge veterinary publications, professional organizations, and social media creators to consider how headlines shape beliefs, workplace culture, and public perceptions of the profession. The takeaway: protect the practice, address real problems, and choose language that builds collaboration instead of suspicion. #VetMed #VetTech #VeterinaryTeam #VeterinaryLeadership #WorkplaceCulture

Today we learned the one surprisingly simple activity couples should be doing together to strengthen their relationship during Clickbait, then somehow "honored" legendary composer John Williams by attempting yet another of his iconic scores using nothing but children's instruments. One lucky listener walked away with tickets to see him at the Hollywood Bowl, and we all walked away with no musical talent. We also gave the latest update on her massive helicopter gender reveal happening this weekend, while Klein desperately tried to convince everyone to get excited for the team's upcoming "Backyard Hang." The problem is that nobody on the show seemed even remotely interested, aside from Jake, making it one of the least-hyped parties ever. Rounding out the morning, rising KROQ artist Julia Wolf stopped by to talk about her breakout single "In My Room," her upcoming tour, and a wild coincidence, she and Ally attended the same college. Naturally, the conversation immediately veered into whether Julia's college experience included the same questionable extracurriculars as Ally's, including taking ecstasy and masturbating in a dorm bathroom. Turns out, not everyone has the same college memories.

Spiders are having a moment biting the shit out of everyone right now, so we decided to hear your spider bite stories to make us feel better. It did not. If you want to hear stories about spiders laying eggs in your hair or brown recluse infestations in your attic, you'll love the conversation! Ally has become the person she hates: the annoying loud mom at their kid's sporting event. We listened to audio of her 'cheering on' her kid at his flag football practice and let's just say you might want to turn the volume down when you hear it. Speaking of turning the volume down, Jake tried to play a John Williams movie theme song on the recorder. Can you guess what he's playing? Because we can definitely guess how many people changed the station after hearing it! Plus, we discussed how to improve your sex life during Clickbait, got into a new round of Gen Wars, and heard what's wrong with Omar as he spent all of yesterday in the ER.

David Crowley beat Francesca Hong by half a point. Peggy Flanagan won Minnesota by 20. Same night, opposite answers about where the party is going.Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley took the Wisconsin Democratic gubernatorial primary over democratic socialist state Rep. Francesca Hong in a nail biter that broke past 2 a.m. Brian had been telling anyone who would listen that Crowley was winning while prediction markets had Hong at 96 percent, and he takes the victory lap. His read on why: no AOC, no Bernie, no Warren, no signature policy that broke through, and a cancel Thanksgiving clip nobody could unsee. Glennis brings in the other variable, Megan Romer, one of the DSA's two national chairs, whose New Yorker Radio Hour sit down with David Remnick got clipped into oblivion days before Wisconsin voted. Also: five of nine Milwaukee flash drives showed up at central count carrying audit logs instead of results, and Steve Kornacki had to fill 90 minutes of live NBC air with nothing. Then the rest of the board. Peggy Flanagan beat Angie Craig by roughly 20 points in Minnesota, and Brian argues that race teaches 2028 more than Wisconsin does. Luke Bronin ended John Larson's 28 year run in Connecticut's 1st, the seventh House incumbent to lose after actually running, five of them over 70. South Carolina's special Senate primary heads to an August 25 runoff between Rep. Ralph Norman and appointed Sen. Darline Graham. Mike Lindell lost Minnesota's Republican gubernatorial primary to House Speaker Lisa Demuth and would not concede. David Crowley is your Oath Candidate of the Week, and he is starting from zero with a general election against Rep. Tom Tiffany in November.Plus AOC telling Jonathan Karl on ABC's This Week that "Woke 1 was crazy," and the real question underneath it: can somebody who was loud during Woke 1 be the 2028 nominee? Brian says the jury is out. Glennis says yes and names her candidate. Then the economy, where July CPI landed at 3.4 percent, the July jobs report came in at negative 23,000 against expectations near 85,000 with another 103,000 knocked off May and June, and workers' share of national income sits at its lowest point since tracking began in 1947. Also this week for Clickbait or Double-Click: Trump slipping off Air Force One into an airport catering truck in Ankara while the press flew the decoy, Mamdani backing Tiffany Cabán's Delivery Protection Act to force Amazon to directly employ its delivery drivers, and the New York Times piece on Flock cameras that has liberals and conservatives mad at the same thing. Then a Good Vibe Goodbye where a guy on the Brooklyn Museum steps asks Mamdani to find him a date and the mayor's office answers with a borough by borough summer guide for anyone looking for cheap and cheerful dates in NYC.UPDATE: This episode was recorded Wednesday morning, August 12, 2026, while Wisconsin votes were still being counted. Since recording, the Associated Press and Decision Desk HQ officially called the race for David Crowley, who secured the nomination with 39.8% of the vote compared to Francesca Hong's 39.4%.New episodes of Vibes Only are available for download first thing every Thursday morning! Klein had an emergency situation in his neighborhood over the weekend, which included helicopters hovering directly over his house making an important announcement over a loudspeaker. The only problem is the announcement was impossible to understand, leaving his family in a state of panic. Today we played epic movie theme songs on children's instruments that we brought from home. Ever wanted to hear the imperial march on an electric drum kit made for toddlers? Then you'll want to give this game a listen! It's back to school week, so we brought back Don't Be A Dick: Back to School Edition! Nominees included parents who take forever to hug their kids at dropoff, teachers who assign homework on the first day, and people who post first-day-of-school chalboard photos on Instagram. Plus we covered how to not get dementia during Clickbait, a recent writeup for the show that made it into LA Magazine's Best of LA, and Ally's quest to purchase the perfect new couch.

How well is your interior design inquiry form actually qualifying potential clients? In this episode, Shaun and Rebecca explore how budget dropdowns, minimum project investments, investment guides, and consultations can shape the quality of your leads. They discuss the tension between filtering out unqualified inquiries and educating promising clients who have the money to invest but do not yet understand what furnishing and renovation projects cost. They also unpack a viral designer post announcing a public “breakup” with furniture vendor Four Hands. The conversation expands into vendor relationships, furniture damage claims, buying power, client-facing marketing, rage bait, and whether interior designers should use their business accounts to educate other designers. There is a lot to be exercised within the ultrasphere if you let it. Clickbait, AI Slop, and the rules-don't-apply-to-me of it all. I mean, are races just about the livestream now? And how does it feel to be in a place where attention, and not performance, is the main driving factor? On the other hand, have you been for a run on the trails lately? We did, and can confirm it's still AWESOME. What about all the beauty, pain, and noble folly of this sport? What about Carmen Maria Perez, Max Joliffe, and those Badwater CRs falling? How good is it that there is still no substitute for hard work? It's okay to be mediocre at something you love. And why not try adding a kilometre a day or 100m vert a day? For a month or so, because you can? Because you have free will. How about you did it and didn't talk about it (much)? Surely that, above all else, is staring into the pulsing void of the algorithm and raising a solitary single digit? You've seen the click-bait headlines: "Take this one supplement and dissolve plaque," or "Eat this one food every day to dissolve plaque." None of this true, any more than reducing cholesterol "dissolves plaque."There is a logical and scientifically validated approach to gain control over coronary atherosclerotic plaque and thereby risk for heart attack and related cardiovascular events. It begins with identifying, then eradicating, small dense LDL particles. Think of small dense LDL particles as the first domino in a long line of dominoes that will fall just by knocking down the first domino. Abdul El-Sayed narrowly won his Michigan primary against Haley Stevens. Brian breaks down what that proves, and the much harder thing progressives have to prove next in the generals.Abdul El-Sayed beat Haley Stevens in the Michigan Senate primary and now faces Republican Mike Rogers for a seat Democrats almost certainly need. Brian had it at two to three points in his pre election briefing while the loud polling said ten plus, and he explains why the margin matters less than what comes next. Michigan is a must win. It is also the first real test of whether the progressive surge that started with Mamdani actually converts in a general. The rest of the map was messier. William Lawrence, who helped found Sunrise Movement, took Michigan's 7th with 43 percent against two moderates who together got more. Donavan McKinney took the 13th. In Missouri, Wesley Bell beat Cori Bush in a race that drew 8.4 million dollars, 7.2 million of it behind Bell. Virginia moderates swept. Brian's read: progressives just bought themselves a put up or shut up November. Glennis makes the case that what moves a general is relational organizing and message discipline, not plane tickets. Then the money. Nike booked a 986 million dollar tariff refund. Ford expects 1.3 billion. Businesses can claim roughly 166 billion total after the Supreme Court threw out the IEEPA tariffs in February, S&P 500 profits are running near 50 percent year over year, and your grocery bill has not moved. Brian's question is the one nobody is asking: the tariffs are gone, so where is the price drop? Also: Oath's new Dirtbag Slate, Chuck Edwards dropping his reelection bid hours after the House Ethics Committee recommended censure, Todd Blanche clearing committee 12 to 10, and Brian teaching Glennis what vibe coding is. Clickbait or Double Click takes on Gen Z and the cost of a first date, California's billionaire tax, and Jeanine Pirro walking back the reflecting pool cases. Then a Good Vibe Goodbye out of Missouri and Kansas, where voters buried two Republican amendments to their state constitutions.UPDATE: This episode was recorded Wednesday morning, August 5, 2026. At time of recording, The Associated Press called Michigan for El-Sayed at 9:56 a.m. that morning and Haley Stevens conceded shortly after and Todd Blanche has cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee but has not received a full floor vote.New episodes drop every Thursday morning! Dis After Dark - A Disney podcast for grown up kids and adults
his week on Dis After Dark, I'm joined by one of the nicest blokes in the theme park community, Ryan, co-host of the brilliant Theme Park Trader podcast.Ryan steps into the hot seat to tackle ten questions designed to unlock his favourite Orlando memories, biggest opinions, and toughest choices. What follows is a bloody good chat full of nostalgia, laughs, plenty of beer talk, and a genuine love for everything that makes Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort so special. From first trips and favourite places to controversial food opinions, extinct attractions and dream purchases, we cover it all. As always, the questions are just the beginning—the real fun comes from the stories, memories and inevitable tangents that follow.1. The Orlando Origin StoryLet's start with your official stats: Cast your mind back to that very first trip—do you remember where you stayed, and how many times have you been back since to crush that initial visit?2. The Core Memory TriggerWhat is the very first specific sensory detail—a smell, a sound, or a view—that instantly makes you think, "I'm finally back in Orlando"?3. The Hill to Die OnWhat is your most controversial, hill-to-die-on theme park food or drink opinion? (And yes... we'll absolutely judge you if it involves Turkey Legs.)4. Permanent ResidencyIf Disney or Universal allowed you to live in any ride, land or resort permanently, rent-free, where would you move?5. The Time Machine ButtonYou get one chance to bring back any extinct Orlando attraction for one final ride. What are you choosing?6. The Shameless Guilty PleasureWhat's the attraction or show that everyone else seems to skip, but you refuse to miss on every single trip?7. The Merch ConfessionalWhat's the most ridiculous, oversized or overpriced piece of theme park merchandise you've ever bought... and where is it now?8. The First-Timer TrapIf you could introduce someone to just one land or area in Orlando to completely blow their mind, where would you take them first?9. The $500 Flash ChallengeYou're handed a $500 gift card that must be spent in the next hour inside the parks or at Disney Springs/CityWalk. What are you buying?10. The Perfect NightcapAfter the perfect park day, are you squeezing into the hub for fireworks, riding Hagrid's after dark, or relaxing with a quiet drink in a resort lounge? And, of course, we finish with our rapid-fire Either/Or round, where Ryan has to make ten impossible Orlando choices with absolutely no sitting on the fence! If you love Orlando, great conversations between friends, and hearing why certain moments, places and even beers become part of our holiday traditions, you're going to love this episode.Grab a drink, sit back, and enjoy! The 10 questions
Happy Birthday Jake! To celebrate, he'll be having a birthday party at the DMV as part of his punishment for losing the driving test last week. He'll be at the Glendale DMV with a birthday hat on from 1-5pm if you'd like to stop by and say hi! Klein brought two items into the studio today, a lighter and a leaf blower. Neither of them made anyone happy. The lighter was a birthday present for Jake because it said 'I'm a big dill' on it. He also brought in his brand new leafblower and tried it out in the studio. It sent Ally into a frenzy as dust and hair blew all over the studio. We even listened to audio of him using it at home and it went equally well with his family. We also talked about the most stressful day of the year during Clickbait, we heard your Funner Summer Fail stories (shoutout to Jess who peed on a trampoline) and got another exit interview from one of Jake's Bumble first dates.

Women's health is being yassified online, from ill-advised marketing campaigns by companies trying to go viral to creators pushing anti-abortion agendas under the guise of “natural” birth control. It feels like there's no one to trust when it comes to sexual health, and it's playing right into conservatives' hands. Writer Noelle Perdue experienced this first-hand, and joined host Kate Lindsay on today's episode to talk about the real-world harm of this online rhetoric. John's monologue focuses on the recent turmoil at CBS News, detailing how corporate greed and mismanagement have led to the decline of a once-great journalistic institution. He reflects on the importance of integrity in journalism and the consequences of prioritizing profit over truth. Then, John welcomes the brilliant Bob Cesca, host of the Bob Cesca Show, who brings his sharp wit and insight to the table. Together, they dissect the negligence of the Trump administration regarding public health, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. They discuss how Trump's decisions, including the infamous suggestion to slow down testing, have had devastating consequences for Americans. They also also explore the absurdity of RFK Jr.'s new cooking show amidst a backdrop of health crises, highlighting the dangers of elevating misinformation in the realm of public health. Next, John speaks with Tim Whitaker, founder of the New Evangelicals and host of the New Evangelicals podcast. Tim shares his journey from the depths of evangelicalism to advocating for a more inclusive and socially conscious faith. They discuss Tim's compelling essay, "Dear Evangelicals, You're on the Wrong Side of Everything," where he candidly reflects on the historical missteps of white evangelicalism, from slavery to the Iraq War, and how political power has overshadowed the teachings of Jesus. Then lastly, John interviews the inspiring Elizabeth Dempsey Beggs, a 29-year-old Army veteran and first-time candidate for Congress in Virginia's First District. Elizabeth shares her remarkable journey from a successful corporate career to running for office, fueled by a deep commitment to her community and a desire to serve. As one of the first women to serve as an Army officer after the combat exclusion policy was lifted, she discusses the challenges she faced in a male-dominated field and how her experiences shaped her leadership style.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Who's going to spend 5 hours at the DMV for no reason? Ally and Jake scored the lowest on the DMV written test which resulted in a physical driving test with a certified instructor to determine the official loser. We listened to audio of both Ally and Jake's test and we even heard from Juan the driving instructor himself, who delivered the final results live on the air. A while back during Bet your Fet we heard from an anonymous caller who enjoys putting gummy worms in his girlfriend's hoo-ha during sex. Today, we heard from him again, and he had big news: he got engaged! After pleasuring his girlfriend gummy-worm style on the Queen Mary, he popped the question in a very graphic, very NSFW way. Continuing on the vagina-train, we also did a lady parts-themed Johnny Doesn't Know, where we got some very graphic drawings from Johnny trying to demonstrate the labia minora and majora. We also settled a big internet question 'how many times does the average person fart in a day?' during Clickbait.

The undisputed King of fair food Chicken Charlie stopped by the studio today to show us this year's concoctions: The chicken shawarma cone and the Mangonada fried mangos with chamoy and Tajin. Pregnant Ally dove in right away and Charlie single-handedly contributed to MAFA (Making Ally Fat Again.) We forced ourselves to take an improv class earlier this week, and it was just as much of a train wreck as we thought it would be. In an exercise called 'one word story,' Vanessa reinforced a storyline she's been fighting for over a year. She will now forever be the chicken lady! We also learned the one phrase that will make you instantly likeable during Clickbait, had a rare millennial winner during Gen Wars, and we heard a passionate Petty Claims course where a woman accused her husband of using too many pots and pans when he cooks.
If you came to this show for intelligent thought-provoking content, please don't listen to this episode. Jake tried to make one of those viral 'cooking food on the street' videos during this weekend's heat wave, but because he's Jake it wasn't a food any of us care about. He grilled a mustard sandwich on the street, and even went so far as to run it over with a car to give it the full 'panini' press treatment. The full video is on our IG @kleinallyshow Klein's dad made an unbelievable purchase which led to a phone call with both his mom and his dad discussing the disturbing details. We also learned about the most powerful three words you can say during Clickbait, heard your nominees for most annoying people during a heat wave during Don't Be A Dick, and we officially kicked of PARK WEEK!! Send pics of bad parking jobs to KROQ.COM/PARKWEEK for your chance to win tickets Pierce the Veil at Petco Park, Rise Against at Great Park Live, and Dia De Los Deftones at Petco Park!

Today's show had lots of nostalgia as we got into another round of Gen Wars, and the hit 90's duo Kriss Kross came up, which turned into an impromptu white lady dance party for Ally. It took a quick turn when we learned one of them has since died of a drug overdose, but we have plans to book Kross and talk to him on the show. Gen Wars also reignited every boomer's favorite catchphrase: Book 'em, Dano! Ally is taking Vanessa camping this weekend and she had a slew of questions because this will be her very first official camping trip. Questions included: -can I bring my carry on? -do I have to poop in a hole? -can we hike with our cars? We also had a long discussion about how long a person should live during Clickbait, where we learned the average person could theoretically live to the age of 156. We had a real doctor call-in live to give us advice on how to extend our lives.
