West Seneca Supervisor Gary Dickson was part of the board that decided on whether Erie County lawmakers should receive pay raises.

The government has been clear that it plans to rely on the Emissions Trading Scheme to meet climate targets. But according to the Climate Change Commission, the scheme will not be sufficient in its current form. In advice to government released yesterday, they say there is an over-supply of units. This means that large polluters - which buy the units to allow the release of planet-heating gases - often find it is cheaper to buy them than invest in ways to cut pollution. The Commision's chair, Dr Rod Carr, spoke to Morning Report.

The N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission will meet in-person next week at the Islander Hotel and Resort, 102 Islander Dr., Emerald Isle. The meeting will also be livestreamed on YouTube. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15; at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16; and at 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 17. The commission will hold in-person public comment sessions at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, and at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16. On this edition of Parallax Views, we just passed the anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks. Why was the United States government unable to prevent the attacks? What led to the failure of response? Who dropped the ball? Simply put, they wanted accountability. McGinnis skillfully tells the story in their book, offering a tale of grassroot citizens activism. After the fall of the Lao Royal Government in 1975, he escaped to thailand and eventually arrived in The United States of America. 1976, April 9 he immediately began working as Refugee Resettlement Associate Director for Catholic Charities of San Diego and promoted to work for the home office USCC based in Florida as a Regional Resettlement Specialist for 8 states in the Southern regions of the U.S. 1977, January 29th he married his other half, Vilaykhone Rasih Connie Simuong. The Mass Casualty Commission's report calls for sweeping reform to the RCMP, and says intimate partner violence needs to be treated as a public health emergency in Canada. We hear from Michael MacDonald, chair of the Nova Scotia Mass Casualty Commission; and Dennis Daley, assistant commissioner and commanding officer for the Nova Scotia RCMP.

One reason that products like annuities are still being sold to investors is that advisors are being given large financial incentives for selling them. Ira shares two different mass emails he received this week from companies that are trying to help him as an advisor sell annuities or other commision-based products. We are off to Berlin for Umbrella Academy Season 3 Episode 7 Auf Wiedersehen as we chat all about it in spoiler filled detail. Umbrella Academy Season 3 Episode 7 Podcast "Auf Wiedersehen" Details Episode Directed by Kate Woods Teleplay for this episode written by Michelle Lovretta In 1953 Lila digs up her Mother, The Handler's, secrets and takes her frustration out on the other members of the Commision. To get her out of the way, commission leaders Herb and Dot send Lila to West Berlin in 1989 where she retrieves a hidden briefcase planted by the Handler. She meets rocker musician Trudy and her son Stanley, before she invites Stanley along on a fun trip to terrorise an old friend. In the present, Reginald wants to be a better father by helping Klaus hone his powers over death, by repeatedly killing Klaus in road accidents in order to train him to reanimate more quickly and less like a wet noodle. As Klaus gets his reanimation down to under a minute, Reggie takes Klaus to a graveyard to confront his fears over The Dead, where he successfully exorcises the ghosts of his past. Back at the Sparrow Academy, both families join forces to fight the ever expanding Klugelblitz. But all is not peace and harmony as Allison is remorseless about murdering Harlan and blames Viktor for her losses, which causes sulks and tensions amongst the Umbrella siblings. But Viktor, along with Lila, Sloane, and Christopher are essential in constraining the Kugelblitz. They combine their powers and manage to trap the Kugelblitz inside Christopher. But robot mother Grace is killed by Five when she attacks them with a flamethrower to protect her God. They learn their plan was successful as, the Kugelblitz's next energy pulse is contained inside Christopher as it fizzles out with a whimpering fart. At the Academy, the group celebrates saving the world and on top of the Academy Luther proposes to Sloane, who accepts. Meanwhile Lila reveals to Diego that she is pregnant with their child, explaining that her trick with Stan was to test Diego's parenting abilities; while Five assures a grieving Viktor that saving Harlan would not have fixed their past failures. As Fei toasts Christopher's role, the clink of glass on Christopher causes him to suddenly explode releasing the Kugelblitz which kills Fei and consumes the Academy. Before it claims another victim, Five saves Ben from the Kugelblast as the group escapes.
