Recentemente foi destaque no noticiário a informação que a Comissão de Viação e Transportes da Câmara dos Deputados aprovou projeto de lei que endurece as penas para o crime de homicídio culposo (quando não existe intenção de matar) ao conduzir veículos. O texto do PL 276/26, aprovado na última quarta-feira (13), estabelece em 10 anos a suspensão da CNH e aumenta o tempo de prisão.Atualmente, o artigo 293 do Código Brasileiro de Trânsito (CTB) determina entre dois meses e cinco anos o tempo de suspensão do direito de dirigir para o condutor que for condenado por homicídio culposo. Hoje, a pena de detenção determinada pelo CTB é de dois a quatro anos. O projeto de lei aumenta esse tempo para detenção de quatro a oito anos.O projeto agora será analisado pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania. Para virar lei, o texto precisa ser aprovado pela Câmara dos Deputados e pelo Senado. Nesta edição do "Direção Segura", a Inspetora da Polícia Rodoviária Federal no Espírito Santo (PRF-ES), Ana Carolina Cavalcanti, fala sobre o assunto."A imprudência ainda é um dos maiores desafios da segurança viária no Brasil, mais de 90% dos acidentes de trânsito estão ligados à falha humana, sendo a imprudência e a desatenção os principais fatores, de acordo com a Associação Brasileira de Medicina de Tráfego (Abramet). Entre os pontos de atenção: a reação tardia ou ausência de reação: o motorista não reage, freia ou não desvia a tempo, geralmente por distração (como o uso do celular) ou fadiga/sono.Velocidade incompatível: dirigir acima do limite da via ou em velocidade inadequada para as condições climáticas ou de tráfego e ultrapassagens proibidas ou mal sucedidas: uma das causas mais comuns para colisões frontais, que estão entre as mais letais", explica.

Nesta edição do "Direção Segura", a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) traz o alerta sobre a instalação de antenas de captação de sinal de internet satelital nos veículos. A antena Starlink, da SpaceX, empresa fundada por Elon Musk, é um equipamento de internet que usa satélites em órbita baixa para fornecer conexão de alta velocidade, especialmente em áreas afastadas. A PRF alerta os condutores sobre os cuidados necessários ao instalar antenas de internet via satélite em veículos, especialmente durante viagens de longa distância. A instalação inadequada pode comprometer a segurança no trânsito e configurar infrações graves de acordo com o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB) e a Resolução nº 960/2022 do Conselho Nacional de Trânsito (Contran). "Não são proibidas. Só não podem ser instaladas em locais inapropriados que impedem ou atrapalhem a visibilidade", explica a Inspetora Ana Carolina Cavalcanti,.Segundo a PRF, entre as irregularidades mais comuns no país, destaca-se a fixação da antena no para-brisa (mesmo que o motorista não a posicione diretamente em sua linha de visão), o que é expressamente proibido. Nessa posição, o equipamento pode obstruir a visão do condutor, criando uma zona cega - impedindo, por exemplo, que o condutor enxergue um pedestre na faixa ou um veículo em conversão-, o que aumenta o risco de sinistros. Segundo o Art. 230, inciso XVI do CTB, essa infração é considerada grave, resultando em multa, 5 pontos na CNH e retenção do veículo até a regularização.Outras áreas, como o painel, teto solar ou bagagito (aquela tampa mole no porta-malas de veículos hatch), podem ser alternativas, desde que não obstruam o campo de visão, especialmente do retrovisor interno, e estejam em estruturas bem fixadas. Mesmo que não configurem infração direta, se a antena gerar zona cega ou estiver mal fixada, há risco real de acidentes. O ideal é garantir que o equipamento não interfira na dirigibilidade e esteja firmemente preso, sempre priorizando a segurança própria e dos demais usuários da via.

A partir de 2026, ciclomotores, bicicletas elétricas e equipamentos autopropelidos — como patinetes e monociclos — terão novas regras para circular em vias públicas. As mudanças fazem parte da Resolução nº 996/2023 do Contran, que estabelece critérios de segurança, obrigatoriedades e documentos exigidos para cada categoria. Apesar de publicada em 2023, a norma entrou em um período de adaptação que segue até 31 de dezembro de 2025. Quem possui ciclomotores antigos terá até essa data para regularizar o veículo. Após o prazo, circular com modelos não registrados ou fora das exigências será proibido. Bicicletas tradicionais e elétricas A bicicleta comum segue sem mudanças: continua sendo considerada um veículo de propulsão humana, sem necessidade de placa, habilitação ou registro. Já as bicicletas elétricas de pedal assistido passam a ter itens obrigatórios, como luzes dianteiras e traseiras, campainha, retrovisor esquerdo e pneus em boas condições. A velocidade assistida não pode ultrapassar 32 km/h, e o modelo não pode ter acelerador, mantendo o funcionamento por pedal. Patinetes, monociclos e outros autopropelidos Os equipamentos autopropelidos entram em uma categoria específica. Eles também devem contar com itens básicos de segurança — luzes e aviso sonoro — e obedecer limites: até 32 km/h em vias permitidas e máximo de 6 km/h em áreas de pedestres. A circulação só é permitida em vias urbanas com limite de até 40 km/h, além de ciclovias e ciclofaixas. Ciclomotores: as maiores mudanças Os ciclomotores, que atingem até 50 km/h e lembram bicicletas motorizadas, passam a seguir as mesmas obrigações dos veículos motorizados. A partir de 2026, todos — novos ou antigos — deverão ter: • Registro no Renavam • Placa e licenciamento anual • CNH A ou ACC • Capacete obrigatório • Itens previstos no CTB para ciclomotores Para os modelos novos, o registro só será feito caso o veículo já venha com toda a documentação exigida. Já os ciclomotores antigos precisarão de vistoria, certificado de segurança e documentos que comprovem a origem. Em entrevista ao Cruz de Malta Notícias desta quinta-feira (20), o Capitão Elton Garcia, comandante da 2ª Companhia do 1º Batalhão de Polícia Militar Rodoviária, esclareceu as principais dúvidas sobre a nova legislação. Ele reforçou que as mudanças buscam aumentar a segurança, padronizar o uso dos veículos e reduzir riscos nas vias. Com o prazo final de regularização se aproximando, a orientação das autoridades é que os proprietários revisem seus veículos e providenciem a documentação necessária antes de 2026.

Elas são divididas em quatro categorias: infração leve (R$ 88,38), infração média (R$ 130,16), infração grave (R$ 195,23) e infração gravíssima (R$ 293,47). De acordo com o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB), algumas penalidades têm o valor multiplicado em até 60 vezes. O Artigo 253A da Lei nº 9.503 do CTB, que entrou em vigor em 2016, diz que usar qualquer veículo para, deliberadamente, interromper, restringir ou perturbar a circulação na via sem autorização do órgão ou entidade de trânsito com circunscrição sobre ela, é uma infração gravíssima de R$ 293,47 multiplicada por 60 vezes, que chega aos R$ 17.608,20. Aplica-se em dobro a multa em caso de reincidência no período de 12 meses. Ou seja, o valor vai para multiplicador de 120 vezes = R$ 35.216,40. 欢迎收听雪球和喜马拉雅联合出品的财经有深度雪球国内领先的集投资交流交易一体的综合财富管理平台,聪明的投资者都在这里。听众朋友们大家好我是主播匪石,今天分享的内容叫小米汽车SU7高端化与定价猜想,来自aOracle。小米开完了第一场汽车发布会,热度很高,大家也都纷纷开始猜测SU7的定价,我这里先上结论,可能听起来过于惊悚,但是我会好好分析,我是怎么得出这个定价的。看完这个,你也会更加明白:雷军说的做高端是什么意思?小米为什么要做高端?小米的高端追求品牌溢价吗?怎么算出来这个定价的?小米最近几年一直在冲击高端,在23年8月14日的年度演讲上,雷军第一次提出了小米的高端方法论:1)高端产品无短板;2)体验优先,当追求性能与追求体验产生矛盾时,优先追求体验;3)软硬件深度融合。从这个高端三原则来看,小米手机1代并不算完全的高端,虽然性能很强,基本达到了同时代最强水平,但是设计过于简单也不够高级,购买、售后体验并不好。所以,在SU7的产品定义和研发中,彻底贯彻了以上提到的高端方法论:1)这是一辆从外观、内饰、智能化、生态、性能、服务全方位没有短板的汽车;2)非常注重乘客的体验,比如车内各个座位的空间和舒适度都非常好,比如将用户定义为奋进者和时代精英,提供情绪价值;3)独一无二的软硬件结合能力,通过硬件上的三电系统和米家产品、软件上的操作系统、加上AI的全场景赋能,提供极致高端。从上面,你应该理解了SU7的高端是怎么做的,以及它相比于小米手机1时的进步,很多人自然会问,小米为什么要做高端?我从三方面来说:1)小米做高端的目的从来不是追求硬件利润的高溢价。雷军早就已经把小米公司的所有产品的硬件综合净利润率限定在5%以内,并且写入了公司章程,同时,小米内部最讨厌的词就是品牌溢价。小米做出了世界上最高端的量产电车,但这并不代表小米会去追求品牌溢价。所谓品牌溢价就是超出“成本+合理净利润”之外部分的溢价。2)小米做高端,是为了突破高端用户这个群体,他们才是小米IoT生态的主要消费人群。小米的战略是成为未来IoT时代的全球领军企业,虽然现在已经是了,但是物联网或者智能家居还远远没有进入千家万户。小米现在这么完善的智能生态,能用得起、有意愿去用的,主要就是这些高端用户。他们不一定用小米手机,他们可能用着iPhone、华为等,但是他们追求更好的科技美好生活,有一定的知识水平,有较强的消费能力。小米只有突破了这个人群,让他们广泛接受小米的物联网生态,才能让这种生活方式流行开来,在社会上形成人车家全生态的使用热潮。3)对于投资者来说,我们不应该最关注小米SU7每一辆车能赚多少钱,这个真的不重要。小米硬件利润率已经定死了,互联网收入还没有起来,现在提升财务报表的利润的最关键点,在于营收的提升。小米SU7如果卖爆,一车难求,市场对于小米公司的营收增长就会变得乐观,小米汽车才能承载起小米集团增长的第二曲线。同时,车的高端形象能够提升小米整体的形象,扩大小米品牌影响力和知名度,让更多人,即便不买车,也会愿意尝试小米的手机和IoT产品。另外,这次技术发布会,我看到小米汽车内有很多可以拓展的地方,比如中控屏幕四面都有拓展接口,比如座椅后背可以方便拓展连接小米平板以及iPad等等,这些车内增量部分,都会衍生出很多新的玩法和新的营收增长点。从以上三点,你们应该能感觉到,SU7的高端,不是价格的高端,而是继续在延迟满足思想的指导下,树立高端的产品力,促进小米集团营收的快速增长,让小米的人车家全生态尽快进入千家万户。所以,我大胆猜测,小米SU7将会贴着BOM成本定价。要猜测小米汽车的定价,就需要知道小米SU7的BOM成本,而这个,显然是最高的商业机密,普通人不可能知道。我斗胆尝试,根据现有资料猜测一下SU7的BOM成本,提供一个思路,仅供参考。两种方式:方式一:雷军在技术发布会上说了这么几句和价格相关的话,“小米汽车的电池成本占到了整车成本的40%-50%”,“这种电池很贵,成本就要十几万”,“叫9.99和14.99的人都别捣乱了”。从这几句话可以看出,如果我们能知道小米汽车的电池的BOM成本,就能推算出小米整车的BOM成本,但是,电池采购成本也是商业机密。小米的电池,是采购了宁德时代的三元锂电芯,但是CTB电池包生产、BMS都是在亦庄自己的工厂完成的,这些都可以相比行业水平节约一定成本。而且,据我所知,绝大部分的供应商为了和小米达成长期的合作,给小米的报价基本都是贴着他们的成本来的,甚而至于,有的厂为了挤进小米的一供、二供名单,不惜赔钱来做。他们当然不傻,他们作为资深业内人士,看到的当然是小米汽车的巨大增长潜力和出海的伟大前景。搭上小米便车,才能赚得更多。所以,虽然雷军说电池成本十多万,但我结合各种资料,做出以下估计。三元电池现在的价格,一瓦时大概0.65元,也就是650元/度,100度大概65000元,我知道宁德给某厂的价格是不到0.6元的,宁德自己基本不赚钱,那么我们假定宁德给小米也不赚钱,590元每度,对应100度电是59000元。CTB的电池包小米自己做,特别省钱,应该几千块搞定了,合计就算65000吧。剩下800v平台,主要是电控和电机,电机自己做的便宜,电控可能雷军有门路买到便宜的碳化硅,合到一起,最少也要2-3万,正常算完,小米的电池系统的BOM成本是8-10万。根据这个电池包的BOM成本,加上雷军说的40%-50%的电池占整车成本的比例,可以推算出SU7顶配版整车的BOM成本区间为,8/50% - 10/40%,也就是16万-25万。SU7首战即决战,又不追求溢价,我认为SU7会贴着BOM定价,所以顶配定价不会超过25万。同理可以算出,标准版的BOM大概在15万,所以猜测定价14.99万,因为1999情怀,SU7一定有一个19.99万的版本。而同一车型一般不同配置的定价差价不会超过10万,所以我估计SU7顶配定价在22.99万。方法二:雷军曾经总结过小米的爆品理论,回顾一下:要打造爆品,光便宜不能打造爆品,光有产品力也不能打造爆品,超预期才能打造爆品。我相信,大部分人都已经看到了SU7 MAX是一辆产品力多么强的车,所以在思考小米汽车定价时,你要反复问自己,这个顶配定多少价格,会超过我的预期?会超过大部分的人预期?目前没有官方的数据,但是通过一些采访和询问,我认为,大家现在对于SU7顶配的定价,市场预期普遍落在了30万元。所以,如果最后SU7定价真的30万,那就是很平庸的一个定价,如果做到20万出头的定价,那就是掀行业桌子的定价,那就是让其它厂看不懂并且无比痛苦的一个定价。如果米车顶配的的BOM成本不超过25万,你认为按照雷军的性格,会定30万还是20万出头?1999元的手机、69元的充电宝(对了,这也是一个电池,当时很多人说,光那块电池都不只69元,很多厂连BOM都不只69元)、19999元的100英寸电视,大家都忘了吗?小米已经打造了那么多款爆品,小米做了三年的第一款车,如果最后不是一款爆品,这符合常识吗?
