First decide to find out- one of my favorite and most terrifying prayers comes from psalm 139 'Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!'Psalm 139:23-22 The Lord will accompany you in this process as well invite him in, he is ready and willing  Talk to your husband or close friend and ask them  Pay attention to comments such as i don't know how you do it all Make a list of all the things you are involved in or do just because you have always done them.
