He talked to their sister for a bit before asking her to see a movie.  "I've been waiting for you to ask me out!" she responded. And from that day forward, they were inseparable. Even when she went to Stanford, they racked up. She worked pretty hard that week, and Dave urged her to let off some steam and go to a party.
