Musela by mít magické schopnosti, aby to zvládla.
Dolly Oesterreich's husband, Fred Oesterreich, was shot after a night out with his wife. Who could have shot him? Coni takes you through this bizarre case.

Fred And Dolly Oesterreich And 'The Man In The Attic Case' - This Lady Was WILD!One of the strangest tales in twentieth century true crime has its roots in a Milwaukee love affair. It's the story of Dolly Oesterreich, wife of a wealthy apron manufacturer, who secretly moved her teenaged lover into the attic of the home she shared with her husband. The Los Angeles Times started reporting on startling details from a highly bizarre court case in April 1930, and they would eventually take up months' worth of their publication. It concerned a "comely" woman named Dolly, her slain husband, and her lover, a guy referred to as the "garret ghost" who, at Dolly's request, led a "bat-like life in rooms." The tale of how the three became connected is deserving of the era's most lurid pulp books... . https://www.horrorhousetruecrime.com/ https://horrorhousetruecrimeandthemacabre.store/ https://www.buymeacoffee.com/hhpod Insta: @horrorhouse_pod Twisted & Uncorked: @twistedanduncorked . Los Angeles, California, 1922. Shots are heard coming from the home of Fred and Walburga "Dolly" Oesterreich. The police are called by concerned neighbors and when authorities arrive, Fred is found unresponsive–dead from three gunshot wounds. Dolly was in a closet, locked from the outside. It seemed to be a cut and dry case of a robbery gone horribly wrong. Except it wasn't. Fred had been shot by his wife's lover, and man sixteen years Dolly's junior. A man who'd been living in their attic for almost ten years. This is the story of Dolly Oesterreich. Ash brings us the story of Dolly Oesterreich and the murder of her husband Fred. When Fred was murdered late one summer night in the couple's home the police wondered if this was a burglary gone wrong. But they would soon learn they had always been closer to catching the killer than they realized. This is a tale of scorned lovers, deception, and lies but ultimately justice prevails.Thank you to David White for research assistance.ReferencesAssociated Press. 1930.

Hey there freaky fam! In 1922, a petrified wife was locked in the closet. Her husband, shot dead, lying on the bedroom floor. That was the scene police officers discovered after responding to reports of shots fired in a Southern California home. It looked like a robbery gone wrong, and that was the wife's story. But the tale of Dolly Oesterreich was far more complicated.Follow Along Online: Instagram: @madzmonstersmaniacsemail: madzmonstersmanaics@gmail.comSources:-Walburga_Oesterreich-dolly-oesterreich-https://www.ranker.com/list/bizarre-true-crime-twists/chrissy-rose

This story is weird even by today's standards. It starts in Milwaukee, where Dolly Oesterreich secretly kept her teen lover Otto in the attic of the house she shared with her husband Fred. When Dolly and Fred moved to L.A., Otto moved, too; and was reinstalled in the attic of the Oesterreich's house in Silver Lake. Everything was fine until one night in 1922, and for the rest of the story, we turn to Robert Petersen, host of the podcast The Hidden History of Los Angeles. But wait, there's more ... I've updated this story with a new interview that may creep you out as much as the original version, which was broadcast on 1/29/2017. Support for this podcast is made possible by Gordon and Dona Crawford, who believe that quality journalism makes Los Angeles a better place to live. This program is made possible in part by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a private corporation funded by the American people. Hi little scribes! This week we sit down to discuss the crimes of Dolly Oesterreich, and the love triangle that led… to murder. On today's episode we delve into the lover turned murderer hidden in the attic. Some crimes unravel a truth stranger than fiction; Dolly Oesterreich's story tops that list. Dolly had a carefully curated collection of lovers. Still, even she never thought it would lead to murder on that unfortunate day in August 1922. The murder soon became one of America's most scandalous ones.
Los Angeles 1922, police report to a residence after neighbors reported hearing gunfire. Authorities enter the house and are shocked to see a man bleeding on the ground from gunshot wounds. As they are taking it all in, they hear something faint. They listen and can hear a woman's voice coming from the closet. An officer slowly approaches and opens the door. Sitting on the floor is a woman who was locked in the closet with an incredible tale to tell. The neighborhood and even officers suspected Mrs Dolly Oesterreich for years of killing her husband but no one suspected her much younger lover who had been hiding in their attic for 20 years.Buzzsprout: https://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1908413Website: www.easterncrimezone.com Instagram: @easterncrimezone Twitter:ECZpodSupport the show
Walburga Oesterreich (Dolly) married a wealthy man named Fred. When she was 33, she was introduced to 17-year-old Otto Sanhuber, who worked at her husband's factory. Dolly invited Otto to her home to "fix her sewing machine" and they began an affair. Otto didn't really have any friends or family, so he agreed to move into Dolly's attic to make their affair easier. During a fight one night, Otto flew out of the attic and murdered Dolly's husband. She began dating other men and kept Otto in the attic to be her sex slave and she told people he was her vagabond half-brother.https://www.drinkingthecoolaid.com/

Kat discusses The Story Of Dolly Oesterreich and her lover that she kept in the attic!! Join us as we explore the dark side of humanity!
Truly one of the wildest stories we've ever covered. What happens when the wife of a textiles magnate falls for a younger man? Pure madness. It's a story of sex, secrets and so much more as Jane and Mara sit down to discuss the lives and love of Dolly Oesterreich & Otto Sanuber.
On a hot August night in 1922 the Los Angeles police were called to a private home after a neighbor reported gun shots and the sounds of a woman screaming. Upon entering they found the man of the house, a rich businessman named Fred Oesterreich, lying on the floor, shot dead. They also found a woman locked in a closet, she was Dolly Oesterreich, Fred's much younger wife. The distraught woman told the tale of burglary gone wrong. But the evidence just did not add up. In this episode, Robin tells us truth that was discovered that was far stranger than fiction that involved a love triangle, a sex slave and a murder most devious. Learn more about your ad choices. My Favorite Murder with Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark
In a special presentation for Fox’s new drama Prodigal Son, Karen and Georgia cover the cases of Sante Kimes and Dolly Oesterreich. Plus, an interview with star Bellamy Young!
On episode fifteen, The Wives cover the not-so-murdery but still interesting case of the Gibbons Sisters, also known as "The Silent Twins." As well as the very murdery case of Walburga "Dolly" Oesterreich, Fred Oesterreich, and Otto Sanhuber. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/crime-wives-podcast/support
The strange tale of Dolly Oesterreich who kept her lover in the attic for years while she lived downstairs with her husband. Plus, the sometimes gruesome origins of everyday phrases. It's all crammed inside the 30th BOX. Exercise caution when opening.

It’s episode 53 and the *gasp* is back. This is maybe our scariest episode yet. Em covers Christine’s favorite topic, Black Eyed Kids (BEKs), whose eyes are voids as black as Em’s heart. Meanwhile, Christine covers the totally bananas story of Dolly Oesterreich and her “Bat Man” lover, who just wanted to drink bathtub gin and write pulp fiction, but ended up being arrested for murder. Additionally, Em was groped by a ghost and Christine can’t subtract by two. Can we use your telegraph? Please consider supporting the companies that support us!
