Dans les grandes villes françaises, l'approvisionnement local dans les achats alimentaires tourne autour de 2% en moyenne. Pourtant, on prône souvent la puissance agricole de notre pays qui exporte massivement des denrées alimentaires. Le confinement imposé par la gestion du Covid 19 a néanmoins mis en avant quelques limites de notre système alimentaire : difficultés à trouver de la main-d'œuvre, perturbation des chaines logistiques et augmentations brutales du prix des fruits et légumes. Le problème serait-il bien plus profond ? Quelques jours avant le 2ᵉ tour des élections municipales, j'ai eu l'occasion d'échanger avec Arthur Grimonpont, co-fondateur des Greniers d'Abondance. Créée en 2018, cette association travaille activement sur le sujet de la résilience alimentaire des territoires. Elle a publié cette année un excellent rapport intitulé Les Greniers d'Abondance (2020) Vers la résilience alimentaire. Faire face aux menaces globales à l'échelle territoriale. Après avoir dressé le tableau des menaces qui se font de plus en plus pressante sur le sujet, les auteurs indiquent 11 voies de résilience pour permettre de retrouver du sens dans notre alimentation et affronter au mieux les problématiques du 21ᵉ siècle. Reconsidérer notre agriculture comme un sujet central. En effet, dans nos sociétés modernes, la majeure partie de la population ne réalise pas l'omniprésence du pétrole dans nos approvisionnements et la déconnexion à notre agriculture. Pourtant, jusqu'à la fin de la seconde guerre mondiale, la problématique de la résilience alimentaire d'un territoire était fondamentale. Dès le Moyen-Âge, l'élection du maire dépendait fortement de sa capacité à répondre à cette question. Au milieu du 20ᵉ siècle, la France a décidé de transformer son agriculture vers un modèle ultra-productif en spécialisant les régions en fonction de leurs contextes. Alors que la productivité et les exportations vont faire un bond majeur, la population agricole et la biodiversité présente dans les champs vont chuter irrémédiablement. Depuis quelques années, le réchauffement climatique multiplie les sécheresses et autres phénomènes météorologiques extrêmes. Un agriculteur se suicide chaque jour. Le tableau est loin d'être reluisant. Voilà pourquoi l'éclairage d'Arthur sur cette problématique est éclairant. Arthur et son équipe nous invitent à nous emparer de ses sujets et à les porter auprès des collectivités territoriales. Here, I will be covering fundamental issues in logic, such as the three operations of the intellect, and the various parts of a syllogism. Then, moving from these fundamental points, I provide everyone with a four step process to evaluating an argument, First, forming a syllogism. Second, researching the conclusion. Third, evaluating the figure/mood of the syllogism. Fourth, evaluating the matter of the syllogism by conceding, denying, and distinguishing.
