Review Lessons 141-150IntroductionNow we review again, this time aware we are preparing for the second part of learning how the truth can be applied. Today we will begin to concentrate on readiness for what will follow next. Such is our aim for this review, and for the lessons following. Thus, we review the recent lessons and their central thoughts in such a way as will facilitate the readiness that we would now achieve. There is a central theme that unifies each step in the review we undertake, which can be simply stated in these words:My mind holds only what I think with God.That is a fact, and represents the truth of What you are and What your Father is. It is this thought by which the Father gave creation to the Son, establishing the Son as cocreator with Himself. It is this thought that fully guarantees salvation to the Son. For in his mind no thoughts can dwell but those his Father shares. Lack of forgiveness blocks this thought from his awareness. Yet it is forever true.Let us begin our preparation with some understanding of the many forms in which the lack of true forgiveness may be carefully concealed. Because they are illusions, they are not perceived to be but what they are; defenses that protect your unforgiving thoughts from being seen and recognized. Their purpose is to show you something else, and hold correction off through self-deceptions made to take its place. And yet, your mind holds only what you think with God. Your self-deceptions cannot take the place of truth. No more than can a child who throws a stick into the ocean change the coming and the going of the tides, the warming of the water by the sun, the silver of the moon on it by night. So do we start each practice period in this review with readying our minds to understand the lessons that we read, and see the meaning that they offer us.Begin each day with time devoted to the preparation of your mind to learn what each idea you will review that day can offer you in freedom and in peace. Open your mind, and clear it of all thoughts that would deceive, and let this thought alone engage it fully, and remove the rest:My mind holds only what I think with God.Five minutes with this thought will be enough to set the day along the lines which God appointed, and to place His Mind in charge of all the thoughts you will receive that day. They will not come from you alone, for they will all be shared with Him. And so each one will bring the message of His Love to you, returning messages of yours to Him. So will communion with the Lord of Hosts be yours, as He Himself has willed it be. And as His Own completion joins with Him, so will He join with you who are complete as you unite with Him, and He with you. After your preparation, merely read each of the two ideas assigned to you to be reviewed that day. Then close your eyes, and say them slowly to yourself. There is no hurry now, for you are using time for its intended purpose. Let each word shine with the meaning God has given it, as it was given to you through His Voice. Let each idea which you review that day give you the gift that He has laid in it for you to have of Him. And we will use no format for our practicing but this:Each hour of the day, bring to your mind the thought with which the day began, and spend a quiet moment with it. Then repeat the two ideas you practice for the day unhurriedly, with time enough to see the gifts that they contain for you, and let them be received where they were meant to be.We add no other thoughts, but let these be the messages they are. We need no more than this to give us happiness and rest, and endless quiet, perfect certainty, and all our Father wills that we receive as the inheritance we have of Him. Each day of practicing, as we review, we close as we began, repeating first the thought that made the day a special time of blessing and of happiness for us; and through our faithfulness restored the world from darkness to the light, from grief to joy, from pain to peace, from sin to holiness.God offers thanks to you who practice thus the keeping of His Word. And as you give your mind to the ideas for the day again before you sleep, His gratitude surrounds you in the peace wherein He wills you be forever, and are learning now to claim again as your inheritance.LESSON 141Review of Lessons 121 -122My Mind Holds Only What I Think With God.(121) Forgiveness is the key to happiness.(122) Forgiveness offers everything I want.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

LESSON 123I Thank My Father For His Gifts To Me.Today let us be thankful. We have come to gentler pathways and to smoother roads. There is no thought of turning back, and no implacable resistance to the truth. A bit of wavering remains, some small objections and a little hesitance, but you can well be grateful for your gains, which are far greater than you realize.A day devoted now to gratitude will add the benefit of some insight into the real extent of all the gains which you have made; the gifts you have received. Be glad today, in loving thankfulness, your Father has not left you to yourself, nor let you wander in the dark alone. Be grateful He has saved you from the self you thought you made to take the place of Him and His creation. Give Him thanks today.Give thanks that He has not abandoned you, and that His Love forever will remain shining on you, forever without change. Give thanks as well that you are changeless, for the Son He loves is changeless as Himself. Be grateful you are saved. Be glad you have a function in salvation to fulfill. Be thankful that your value far transcends your meager gifts and petty judgments of the one whom God established as His Son.Today in gratitude we lift our hearts above despair, and raise our thankful eyes, no longer looking downward to the dust. We sing the song of thankfulness today, in honor of the Self That God has willed to be our true Identity in Him. Today we smile on everyone we see, and walk with lightened footsteps as we go to do what is appointed us to do.We do not go alone. And we give thanks that in our solitude a Friend has come to speak the saving Word of God to us. And thanks to you for listening to Him. His Word is soundless if it be not heard. In thanking Him the thanks are yours as well. An unheard message will not save the world, however mighty be the Voice that speaks, however loving may the message be.Thanks be to you who heard, for you become the messenger who brings His Voice with you, and lets It echo round and round the world. Receive the thanks of God today, as you give thanks to Him. For He would offer you the thanks you give, since He receives your gifts in loving gratitude, and gives them back a thousand and a hundred thousand more than they were given. He will bless your gifts by sharing them with you. And so they grow in power and in strength, until they fill the world with gladness and with gratitude.Receive His thanks and offer yours to Him for fifteen minutes twice today. And you will realize to Whom you offer thanks, and Whom He thanks as you are thanking Him. This holy half an hour given Him will be returned to you in terms of years for every second; power to save the world eons more quickly for your thanks to Him.Receive His thanks, and you will understand how lovingly He holds you in His Mind, how deep and limitless His care for you, how perfect is His gratitude to you. Remember hourly to think of Him, and give Him thanks for everything He gave His Son, that he might rise above the world, remembering his Father and his Self.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

LESSON 92Miracles Are Seen In Light, And Light And Strength Are One.The idea for today is an extension of the previous one. You do not think of light in terms of strength, and darkness in terms of weakness. That is because your idea of what seeing means is tied up with the body and its eyes and brain. Thus you believe that you can change what you see by putting little bits of glass before your eyes. This is among the many magical beliefs that come from the conviction you are a body, and the body's eyes can see.You also believe the body's brain can think. If you but understood the nature of thought, you could but laugh at this insane idea. It is as if you thought you held the match that lights the sun and gives it all its warmth; or that you held the world within your hand, securely bound until you let it go. Yet this is no more foolish than to believe the body's eyes can see; the brain can think. It is God's strength in you that is the light in which you see, as it is His Mind with which you think. His strength denies your weakness. It is your weakness that sees through the body's eyes, peering about in darkness to behold the likeness of itself; the small, the weak, the sickly and the dying, those in need, the helpless and afraid, the sad, the poor, the starving and the joyless. These are seen through eyes that cannot see and cannot bless.Strength overlooks these things by seeing past appearances. It keeps its steady gaze upon the light that lies beyond them. It unites with light, of which it is a part. It sees itself. It brings the light in which your Self appears. In darkness you perceive a self that is not there. Strength is the truth about you; weakness is an idol falsely worshipped and adored that strength may be dispelled, and darkness rule where God appointed that there should be light.Strength comes from truth, and shines with light its Source has given it; weakness reflects the darkness of its maker. It is sick and looks on sickness, which is like itself. Truth is a savior and can only will for happiness and peace for everyone. It gives its strength to everyone who asks, in limitless supply. It sees that lack in anyone would be a lack in all. And so it gives its light that all may see and benefit as one. Its strength is shared, that it may bring to all the miracle in which they will unite in purpose and forgiveness and in love.Weakness, which looks in darkness, cannot see a purpose in forgiveness and in love. It sees all others different from itself, and nothing in the world that it would share. It judges and condemns, but does not love. In darkness it remains to hide itself, and dreams that it is strong and conquering, a victor over limitations that but grow in darkness to enormous size.It fears and it attacks and hates itself, and darkness covers everything it sees, leaving its dreams as fearful as itself. No miracles are here, but only hate. It separates itself from what it sees, while light and strength perceive themselves as one. The light of strength is not the light you see. It does not change and flicker and go out. It does not shift from night to day, and back to darkness till the morning comes again. The light of strength is constant, sure as love, forever glad to give itself away, because it cannot give but to itself. No one can ask in vain to share its sight, and none who enters its abode can leave without a miracle before his eyes, and strength and light abiding in his heart. The strength in you will offer you the light, and guide your seeing so you do not dwell on idle shadows that the body's eyes provide for self-deception. Strength and light unite in you, and where they meet, your Self stands ready to embrace you as Its Own. Such is the meeting place we try today to find and rest in, for the peace of God is where your Self, His Son, is waiting now to meet Itself again, and be as one.Let us give twenty minutes twice today to join this meeting. Let yourself be brought unto your Self. Its strength will be the light in which the gift of sight is given you. Leave, then, the dark a little while today, and we will practice seeing in the light, closing the body's eyes and asking truth to show us how to find the meeting place of self and Self, where light and strength are one.Morning and evening we will practice thus. After the morning meeting, we will use the day in preparation for the time at night when we will meet again in trust. Let us repeat as often as we can the idea for today, and recognize that we are being introduced to sight, and led away from darkness to the light where only miracles can be perceived.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

LESSON 59Review of Lessons 41 - 45The following ideas are for review today:(41) God goes with me wherever I go. How can I be alone when God always goes with me? How can I be doubtful and unsure of myself when perfect certainty abides in Him? How can I be disturbed by anything when He rests in me in absolute peace? How can I suffer when love and joy surround me through Him? Let me not cherish illusions about myself. I am perfect because God goes with me wherever I go.(42) God is my strength. Vision is His gift. Let me not look to my own eyes to see today. Let me be willing to exchange my pitiful illusion of seeing for the vision that is given by God. Christ's vision is His gift, and He has given it to me. Let me call upon this gift today, so that this day may help me to understand eternity.(43) God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him. I can see what God wants me to see. I cannot see anything else. Beyond His Will lie only illusions. It is these I choose when I think I can see apart from Him. It is these I choose when I try to see through the body's eyes. Yet the vision of Christ has been given me to replace them. It is through this vision that I choose to see.(44) God is the light in which I see. I cannot see in darkness. God is the only light. Therefore, if I am to see, it must be through Him. I have tried to define what seeing is, and I have been wrong. Now it is given me to understand that God is the light in which I see. Let me welcome vision and the happy world it will show me.(45) God is the Mind with which I think. I have no thoughts I do not share with God. I have no thoughts apart from Him, because I have no mind apart from His. As part of His Mind, my thoughts are His and His Thoughts are mine.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
February 26th, 2025: Was Jesus Out of His Mind?; It's Not Just a Matter of Knowing the Truth; Overcome Evil With Good; Put the Right Things First; He is Out of His Mind
LESSON 53Review of Lessons 11 - 15Today we will review the following:(11) My meaningless thoughts are showing me a meaningless world. Since the thoughts of which I am aware do not mean anything, the world that pictures them can have no meaning. What is producing this world is insane, and so is what it produces. Reality is not insane, and I have real thoughts as well as insane ones. I can therefore see a real world, if I look to my real thoughts as my guide for seeing.(12) I am upset because I see a meaningless world. Insane thoughts are upsetting. They produce a world in which there is no order anywhere. Only chaos rules a world that represents chaotic thinking, and chaos has no laws. I cannot live in peace in such a world. I am grateful that this world is not real, and that I need not see it at all unless I choose to value it. And I do not choose to value what is totally insane and has no meaning.(13) A meaningless world engenders fear. The totally insane engenders fear because it is completely undependable, and offers no grounds for trust. Nothing in madness is dependable. It holds out no safety and no hope. But such a world is not real. I have given it the illusion of reality, and have suffered from my belief in it. Now I choose to withdraw this belief, and place my trust in reality. In choosing this, I will escape all the effects of the world of fear, because I am acknowledging that it does not exist.(14) God did not create a meaningless world. How can a meaningless world exist if God did not create it? He is the Source of all meaning, and everything that is real is in His Mind. It is in my mind too, because He created it with me. Why should I continue to suffer from the effects of my own insane thoughts, when the perfection of creation is my home? Let me remember the power of my decision, and recognize where I really abide.(15) My thoughts are images that I have made. Whatever I see reflects my thoughts. It is my thoughts that tell me where I am and what I am. The fact that I see a world in which there is suffering and loss and death shows me that I am seeing only the representation of my insane thoughts, and am not allowing my real thoughts to cast their beneficent light on what I see. Yet God's way is sure. The images I have made cannot prevail against Him because it is not my will that they do so. My will is His, and I will place no other gods before Him.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
LESSON 45God Is The Mind With Which I Think.oday's idea holds the key to what your real thoughts are. They are nothing that you think you think, just as nothing that you think you see is related to vision in any way. There is no relationship between what is real and what you think is real. Nothing that you think are your real thoughts resemble your real thoughts in any respect. Nothing that you think you see bears any resemblance to what vision will show you.You think with the Mind of God. Therefore you share your thoughts with Him, as He shares His with you. They are the same thoughts, because they are thought by the same Mind. To share is to make alike, or to make one. Nor do the thoughts you think with the Mind of God leave your mind, because thoughts do not leave their source. Therefore, your thoughts are in the Mind of God, as you are. They are in your mind as well, where He is. As you are part of His Mind, so are your thoughts part of His Mind.Where, then, are your real thoughts? Today we will attempt to reach them. We will have to look for them in your mind, because that is where they are. They must still be there, because they cannot have left their source. What is thought by the Mind of God is eternal, being part of creation. Our three five-minute practice periods for today will take the same general form that we used in applying yesterday's idea. We will attempt to leave the unreal and seek for the real. We will deny the world in favor of truth. We will not let the thoughts of the world hold us back. We will not let the beliefs of the world tell us that what God would have us do is impossible. Instead, we will try to recognize that only what God would have us do is possible. We will also try to understand that only what God would have us do is what we want to do. And we will also try to remember that we cannot fail in doing what He would have us do. There is every reason to feel confident that we will succeed today. It is the Will of God.Begin the exercises for today by repeating the idea to yourself, closing your eyes as you do so. Then spend a fairly short period in thinking a few relevant thoughts of your own, keeping the idea in mind. After you have added some four or five thoughts of your own to the idea, repeat it again and tell yourself gently:My real thoughts are in my mind. I would like to find them. Then try to go past all the unreal thoughts that cover the truth in your mind, and reach to the eternal.Under all the senseless thoughts and mad ideas with which you have cluttered up your mind are the thoughts that you thought with God in the beginning. They are there in your mind now, completely unchanged. They will always be in your mind, exactly as they always were. Everything you have thought since then will change, but the foundation on which it rests is wholly changeless. It is this foundation toward which the exercises for today are directed. Here is your mind joined with the Mind of God. Here are your thoughts one with His. For this kind of practice only one thing is necessary; approach it as you would an altar dedicated in Heaven to God the Father and to God the Son. For such is the place you are trying to reach. You will probably be unable as yet to realize how high you are trying to go. Yet even with the little understanding you have already gained, you should be able to remind yourself that this is no idle game, but an exercise in holiness and an attempt to reach the Kingdom of Heaven. In the shorter exercise periods for today, try to remember how important it is to you to understand the holiness of the mind that thinks with God. Take a minute or two, as you repeat the idea throughout the day, to appreciate your mind's holiness. Stand aside, however briefly, from all thoughts that are unworthy of Him Whose host you are. And thank Him for the thoughts He is thinking with you.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
LESSON 43God Is My Source. I Cannot See Apart From Him.Perception is not an attribute of God. His is the realm of knowledge. Yet He has created the Holy Spirit as the Mediator between perception and knowledge. Without this link with God, perception would have replaced knowledge forever in your mind. With this link with God, perception will become so changed and purified that it will lead to knowledge. That is its function as the Holy Spirit sees it. Therefore, that is its function in truth. In God you cannot see. Perception has no function in God, and does not exist. Yet in salvation, which is the undoing of what never was, perception has a mighty purpose. Made by the Son of God for an unholy purpose, it must become the means for the restoration of his holiness to his awareness. Perception has no meaning. Yet does the Holy Spirit give it a meaning very close to God's. Healed perception becomes the means by which the Son of God forgives his brother, and thus forgives himself. You cannot see apart from God because you cannot be apart from God. Whatever you do you do in Him, because whatever you think, you think with His Mind. If vision is real, and it is real to the extent to which it shares the Holy Spirit's purpose, then you cannot see apart from God.Three five-minute practice periods are required today, one as early and one as late as possible in the day. The third may be undertaken at the most convenient and suitable time that circumstances and readiness permit. At the beginning of these practice periods, repeat the idea for today to yourself with eyes open. Then glance around you for a short time, applying the idea specifically to what you see. Four or five subjects for this phase of the practice period are sufficient. You might say, for example:God is my Source. I cannot see this desk apart from Him.God is my Source. I cannot see that picture apart from Him.Although this part of the exercise period should be relatively short, be sure that you select the subjects for this phase of practice indiscriminately, without self-directed inclusion or exclusion. For the second and longer phase, close your eyes, repeat today's idea again, and then let whatever relevant thoughts occur to you add to the idea in your own personal way.Thoughts such as:I see through the eyes of forgiveness.I see the world as blessed. The world can show me myself.I see my own thoughts, which are like God's.Any thought related more or less directly to today's idea is suitable. The thoughts need not bear any obvious relationship to the idea, but they should not be in opposition to it.If you find your mind wandering; if you begin to be aware of thoughts which are clearly out of accord with today's idea, or if you seem to be unable to think of anything, open your eyes, repeat the first phase of the exercise period, and then attempt the second phase again. Do not allow any protracted period to occur in which you become preoccupied with irrelevant thoughts. Return to the first phase of the exercises as often as necessary to prevent this.In applying today's idea in the shorter practice periods, the form may vary according to the circumstances and situations in which you find yourself during the day. When you are with someone else, for example, try to remember to tell him silently:God is my Source. I cannot see you apart from Him.This form is equally applicable to strangers as it is to those you think are closer to you. In fact, try not to make distinctions of this kind at all.Today's idea should also be applied throughout the day to various situations and events that may occur, particularly to those which seem to distress you in any way. For this purpose, apply the idea in this form:God is my Source. I cannot see this apart from Him.If no particular subject presents itself to your awareness at the time, merely repeat the idea in its original form. Try today not to allow any long periods of time to slip by without remembering today's idea, and thus remembering your function.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
LESSON 36My Holiness Envelops Everything I See.Today's idea extends the idea for yesterday from the perceiver to the perceived. You are holy because your mind is part of God's. And because you are holy, your sight must be holy as well. “Sinless” means without sin. You cannot be without sin a little. You are sinless or not. If your mind is part of God's you must be sinless, or a part of His Mind would be sinful. Your sight is related to His holiness, not to your ego, and therefore not to your body.Four three-to-five-minute practice periods are required for today. Try to distribute them fairly evenly, and make the shorter applications frequently, to protect your protection throughout the day. The longer practice periods should take this form:First, close your eyes and repeat the idea for today several times, slowly. Then open your eyes and look quite slowly about you, applying the idea specifically to whatever you note in your casual survey. Say, for example:My holiness envelops that rug.My holiness envelops that wall.My holiness envelops these fingers. My holiness envelops that chair. My holiness envelops that body.My holiness envelops this pen.Several times during these practice periods, close your eyes and repeat the idea to yourself. Then open your eyes, and continue as before. For the shorter exercise periods, close your eyes and repeat the idea; look about you as you repeat it again; and conclude with one more repetition with your eyes closed. All applications should, of course, be made quite slowly, as effortlessly and unhurriedly as possible.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

We are sharing in this episode of this direct meeting with Master Teacher the video presentation of the "Workbook Lessons 46-50" from The Illuminate Mind Training Series, in which He offers us to review these essential lessons at the end of the first 50 lessons of the Workbook of A Course in Miracles. We are looking at trust in the strength of God within us. We are directed to use this Course and everything that restores our communication with His Mind, the Holy Spirit, the Christ within ourselves. ◊ We are using the second part of the Master Teacher's video L46-50 - "A Holy Solution: The Time, The Place And The Fact Of The Matter - Workbook Lessons 46-50" - https://themasterteacher.tv/video/catalogue/volume-one/the-illuminate-mind-training-series/L46-50YouTube> https://youtu.be/bxIsM7fbet0
LESSON 169By Grace I Live. By Grace I Am Released.Grace is an aspect of the Love of God which is most like the state prevailing in the unity of truth. It is the world's most lofty aspiration, for it leads beyond the world entirely. It is past learning, yet the goal of learning, for grace cannot come until the mind prepares itself for true acceptance. Grace becomes inevitable instantly in those who have prepared a table where it can be gently laid and willingly received; an altar clean and holy for the gift.Grace is acceptance of the Love of God within a world of seeming hate and fear. By grace alone the hate and fear are gone, for grace presents a state so opposite to everything the world contains, that those whose minds are lighted by the gift of grace can not believe the world of fear is real.Grace is not learned. The final step must go beyond all learning. Grace is not the goal this course aspires to attain. Yet we prepare for grace in that an open mind can hear the Call to waken. It is not shut tight against God's Voice. It has become aware that there are things it does not know, and thus is ready to accept a state completely different from experience with which it is familiarly at home.We have perhaps appeared to contradict our statement that the revelation of the Father and the Son as one has been already set. But we have also said the mind determines when that time will be, and has determined it. And yet we urge you to bear witness to the Word of God to hasten the experience of truth, and speed its advent into every mind that recognizes truth's effects on you.Oneness is simply the idea God is. And in His Being, He encompasses all things. No mind holds anything but Him. We say “God is,” and then we cease to speak, for in that knowledge words are meaningless. There are no lips to speak them, and no part of mind sufficiently distinct to feel that it is now aware of something not itself. It has united with its Source. And like its Source Itself, it merely is.We cannot speak nor write nor even think of this at all. It comes to every mind when total recognition that its will is God's has been completely given and received completely. It returns the mind into the endless present, where the past and future cannot be conceived. It lies beyond salvation; past all thought of time, forgiveness and the holy face of Christ. The Son of God has merely disappeared into his Father, as his Father has in him. The world has never been at all. Eternity remains a constant state. This is beyond experience we try to hasten. Yet forgiveness, taught and learned, brings with it the experiences which bear witness that the time the mind itself determined to abandon all but this is now at hand. We do not hasten it, in that what you will offer was concealed from Him Who teaches what forgiveness means. All learning was already in His Mind, accomplished and complete. He recognized all that time holds, and gave it to all minds that each one might determine, from a point where time was ended, when it is released to revelation and eternity. We have repeated several times before that you but make a journey that is done. For oneness must be here. Whatever time the mind has set for revelation is entirely irrelevant to what must be a constant state, forever as it always was; forever to remain as it is now. We merely take the part assigned long since, and fully recognized as perfectly fulfilled by Him Who wrote salvation's script in His Creator's Name, and in the Name of His Creator's Son.There is no need to further clarify what no one in the world can understand. When revelation of your oneness comes, it will be known and fully understood. Now we have work to do, for those in time can speak of things beyond, and listen to words which explain what is to come is past already. Yet what meaning can the words convey to those who count the hours still, and rise and work and go to sleep by them?Suffice it, then, that you have work to do to play your part. The ending must remain obscure to you until your part is done. It does not matter. For your part is still what all the rest depends on. As you take the role assigned to you, salvation comes a little nearer each uncertain heart that does not beat as yet in tune with God.Forgiveness is the central theme that runs throughout salvation, holding all its parts in meaningful relationships, the course it runs directed and its outcome sure. And now we ask for grace, the final gift salvation can bestow. Experience that grace provides will end in time, for grace foreshadows Heaven, yet does not replace the thought of time but for a little while. The interval suffices. It is here that miracles are laid; to be returned by you from holy instants you receive, through grace in your experience, to all who see the light that lingers in your face. What is the face of Christ but his who went a moment into timelessness, and brought a clear reflection of the unity he felt an instant back to bless the world? How could you finally attain to it forever, while a part of you remains outside, unknowing, unawakened, and in need of you as witness to the truth?Be grateful to return, as you were glad to go an instant, and accept the gifts that grace provided you. You carry them back to yourself. And revelation stands not far behind. Its coming is ensured. We ask for grace, and for experience that comes from grace. We welcome the release it offers everyone. We do not ask for the unaskable. We do not look beyond what grace can give. For this we can give in the grace that has been given us.Our learning goal today does not exceed this prayer. Yet in the world, what could be more than what we ask this day of Him Who gives the grace we ask, as it was given Him?By grace I live. By grace I am released.By grace I give. By grace I will release.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
And as you give your mind to the ideas for the day again before you sleep, His gratitude surrounds you in the peace wherein He wills you be forever, and are learning now to claim again as your inheritance.LESSON 141 Review of Lessons 121 -122My Mind Holds Only What I Think With God.(121) Forgiveness is the key to happiness.(122) Forgiveness offers everything I want.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

LESSON 123I Thank My Father For His Gifts To Me.Today let us be thankful. We have come to gentler pathwhought of turning back, and no implacable resistance to the truth.
It is the return of the Return (of the Living Dead II) star, William Perry kicking off our guest list for Season 6 of Bodybag Podcast. Keeping up the momentum from his first book, "By His Hand," William just released the sequel, "Out of His Mind." With that kind of title, I'm assuming it's an autobiography. Then we are treated to some more of Perry's Hollywood stories and the fun he had being in Return of the Living Dead II."By his Hand" and "Out of his Mind" are both available via Amazon and you can also peruse Perry's other projects on his website: williamrperrystunts.com.
LESSON 45God Is The Mind With Which I Think.Today's idea holds the key to what your real thoughts are.

Today's Topics: 1, 2, 3, 4) Gospel - Mk 2:1-12 - When Jesus returned to Capernaum after some days, it became known that He was at home. Many gathered together so that there was no longer room for them, not even around the door, and He preached the word to them. They came bringing to Him a paralytic carried by four men. Unable to get near Jesus because of the crowd, they opened up the roof above Him. After they had broken through, they let down the mat on which the paralytic was lying. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to him, “Child, your sins are forgiven.” Now some of the scribes were sitting there asking themselves, “Why does this Man speak that way? He is blaspheming. Who but God alone can forgive sins?” Jesus immediately knew in His Mind what they were thinking to themselves, so He said, “Why are you thinking such things in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, ‘Rise, pick up your mat and walk'? But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority to forgive sins on earth” –He said to the paralytic, “I say to you, rise, pick up your mat, and go home.” He rose, picked up his mat at once, and went away in the sight of everyone. They were all astounded and glorified God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this.” Frank Pavone joins Terry to discuss how we can become much more effective pro-life leaders in this coming year
The Word was not hedged in by His body, nor did His presence in the body prevent His being present elsewhere as well. When He moved His body He did not cease also to direct the universe by His Mind and might. No. The marvelous truth is, that being the Word, so far from being Himself contained by anything, He actually contained all things Himself. In creation He is present everywhere, yet is distinct in being from it; ordering, directing, giving life to all, containing all, yet is He Himself the Uncontained, existing solely in His Father.

In this episode we are looking at the teaching of Christ-Jesus and His Course in Miracles in regard to the idea of true communication which is synonymous with Creation. The ego's uses communication in its thought system only to protect itself and will try to disrupt it. In truth communication is one of God communicating His Mind and Will to every mind, thus establishing it forever as a channel. God is praised whenever any mind learns to be wholly helpful. ◊ We are sharing A Course in Miracles as given in in the Notes correlating with — chapter 4-X-1-end of the Complete & Annotated Edition, published in FIP-Edition as chapter 4–VII-1-end, and parts of the daily Lessons 280 of the Workbook — ACIM-Reflections (90) with Devavan.YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jivTo5WL-w

Ali then describes how you write a pitch, what a ‘logline' is, and how shorter pitches are preferred. Ali then discusses how to present to a room and how to ‘play to your strengths'. He then discusses how you deal with studio ‘notes', how he deals with ‘fakeness' in entertainment and what the next steps are if your pitch is successful. Finally, Asif asks Ali about how far some of his projects got after a successful pitch. After this, the guys were supposed to talk about erectile dysfunction. But, since they ran long on the first section, they decided to split the episode into two parts… tune in for erectile dysfunction next week! If the Lord asks you to do something, do you have an option? You do insofar as you can say “No.” And this is a sin. But if you have chosen to follow Christ and your goal is Heaven, then it's proper to say that we are obliged to do whatever the Lord asks of us. His requests are certain and immovable commands of Love. He will not budge. He will not change. This is only hard to accept if we are stubborn and unwilling to submit to Him. But if we understand the nature of His Will, as described above, then we should be overjoyed when we hear His crisp clear voice speaking to us with commands of Love. We should see His Will and His Law as the perfect answer to every problem and every need we have in life. The demands of the Lord are demands we must give in to. And one of those demands is that He desires that we all enter into and distribute His abundant Mercy (See Diary #998).Reflect upon the demand from our Lord that you dispense His Mercy. He not only invites you to do so, it is His immovable and irrevocable perfect Will. He will never change His Mind. There is only one option you have. You must concede to be a missionary of His Divine Mercy if you choose His Will for your life. Are you willing to accept this calling? Are you willing to say “Yes?” Ponder this question today and make a choice that reflects the certainty of God's perfect Will. Say “Yes” to our Lord and you will not regret it.Lord, Your Will is perfect and the delight of my soul. I thank You for inviting and obliging me to be an instrument of Your Divine Mercy in the world. May I embrace this calling with zeal, love and devotion. Use me, dear Lord, as You will. And I thank You for the incredible honor of serving You. Jesus, I trust in You. Get Ready! He's Coming Soon (2) (audio) David Eells 7/02/23 The Lord Shaking the School Marie Kelton 6/26/23 (David's notes in red) During the meeting, I had an open vision. I saw a big school, that was made of yellow or gold bricks (The school is big because it is world-wide. The bricks are gold or the color of the sun/Son, because it is a righteous school where the righteous grow into the image of Christ and not religion.) The sky was a pretty blue and there were no clouds (Which represents an unhindered view of heavenly things, which the righteous have.) I then saw the hands of the Lord come out of heaven and pick up the school, He turned it upside down and began shaking the school and things started falling out of it. (The Lord shakes all the dross and impurities out of His people through trials and persecution from the factious, so that all that is left remaining in us is pure gold, which represent the most valuable nature of Jesus. The trials and shakings that The Lord sends, cause the factious to fall away from the midst of the righteous, as these factious impersonators are really just ‘fool's gold'.) Marie got this word: Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain. (All that is of man and not God must go for that belongs to the apostates.) Shaking Tianna Fire 5/28/23 (David's notes in red) I had this experience where the ground started moving heavily, as though it was shaking like an earthquake. (I thought that this was really happening, it felt more real than a vision.) I started having many thoughts and feelings of fear, and imaginations of the ground beneath me breaking, causing me to fall or that something would fall on me. I also had thoughts of dying and other crazy thoughts. All these thoughts and feelings jumped on me so quickly and suddenly and unexpectedly. I didn't like or accept any of those thoughts, so I cast them down and thought, "No! God will protect me, even if He just lifts up the bed with me on it, and it floats in the air, while everything else gets destroyed.” “Or maybe God's going to translate me to the brethren now.” “Oh! I must go get dressed!” “Or will God dress me during the translation!?" (We replace the evil negative thoughts of unbelief with those of faith in the promises.) 2Co 10:4-5 (for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds), 5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;) Php 4:8-9 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 The things which ye both learned and received and heard and saw in me, these things do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Then the shaking stopped, and I realized nothing else was physically shaking anymore. I then heard the Lord ask me, "How are you going to react when these judgments really start manifesting? How will you respond when you see everything physically start crumbling and being destroyed? Will you stay in Me or run into the arms of fear? Will you stand on My Word and in bold Faith in the things you don't yet, see? Or will you give into doubt and let the enemy overcome you? I Am coming but many things must come first. I Am already here even though you don't yet (physically) see Me. Are You ready? Be ready in season and out of season. Every moment. Stay with Me, no matter what is going on around you. I Am your only hiding place.” One And The Same Marie Kelton 6/26/23 During the meeting, The Lord gave me an open vision. I saw my spirit man sitting down in a dark tunnel. My spirit man was reading a book that had a black cover on it. I saw the Lord walk up to my spirit man in the tunnel and hand her a sword and a book with a white cover on it (the bible). My spirit man then got up and walked next to the Lord in the tunnel. (He is our Light in the tunnel of darkness.) I asked the Lord what the black book was and He said, "Learning about darkness". (I was looking at videos from John Ramirez an ex satanist learning about spiritual warfare and the tactics of the enemy. Also watching videos about people exposing celebrities etc.) (We should be babes when it comes to learning about the things of darkness.) 1Co 14:20 Brethren, be not children in mind: yet in malice be ye babes, but in mind be men. (If we study good we will know all evil. But you cannot study enough evil to know all evil. And the study of evil does not bear fruit like the gospel of the good news. Rom 16:19 ASV For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I rejoice therefore over you: but I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple unto that which is evil. The Lord spoke to me about the sword and the book with white cover, He said that, "They are one and the same." (The Sword is both the Word of God and its ability to destroy the works of darkness like a sword. The books are the source of power and information, a dark source has dark power, and can lead into darkness. The Bible is the Word of Truth, which gives Life and freedom from darkness. The knowledge of good and evil.) 2Ti 2:15 Give diligence to present thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, handling aright the word of truth. A Sign of End Times Tianna Fire 5/23/23 I dreamed I was walking around outside on a journey somewhere. I looked up at the sky and I saw Pegasus's (satan disguises himself as an angel of light) unicorns, (perversion spirits) dragons, (satan principalities) and witches, (witchcraft from humans) flying all around the sky. (The residence of these enemies is normally in the 2nd heaven. But the sky is the first heaven. They are being cast down.) I felt a strong urge to contact the Brethren. (These perversion and witchcraft spirits are everywhere in the world today and they are blatantly obvious in the open, for everyone to see. Just as in the days of Sodom.) (Rev 12:7 ASV And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels; 8 and they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.) I took shelter in a white concrete double garage that was empty. (White represents holiness and a double garage represents our human vehicles at rest and unity.) I pulled out my phone and went to the Brethren group chat to tell them what I saw, and I felt strongly that this was a sign that the end is closer than we think. (This casting down is at the beginning of the tribulation.) I tried writing up what I saw, but my phone kept lagging and mis-typing, and it wasn't working properly, and not letting me write the message and send it properly. I accidentally clicked send as my phone was glitching but what was written was not what I meant to write. (The enemy attempts to hinder our communications that expose their plans.) So, I just did a voice message recording of what I saw and I was able to properly send it off. The Brethren responded that it is definitely a sign of the end times, as evil is now much greater and increasing, and no one can ignore it (NENT Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.) I then heard a sound outside, so I went out and saw a father who had 15 daughters of all different ages, and they all had brown eyes. They were from New Zealand. (New Zealand means New Land of the Long White Cloud. Could this represent the glory cloud of God's presence? It is made up of over 700 islands in the sea unified as one nation. 1Pe 2:9 But ye are an elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession..) I asked where their mother was, and they said they all left her, and they are trying to find somewhere safe to go. (Leaving the harlot church system for safety.) I told them I knew where a refuge that brethren operate is located and that I would take them there, and they followed me back to the refuge. Creation Groans Tianna Fire 6/11/23 I physically kept feeling like the ground was moving gently and constantly, but like shivering. I kept feeling it for 6 hours no matter where I went. (The flesh is enmity against God, so it feels the judgement cometh.) Then I asked The Lord what this is I am feeling, and I saw in the Spirit that the earth and all of creation are breathing for God and all the earth is desperately waiting on and crying out to God, and I heard "All creation is groaning for the Sons of God to be made manifest". I felt this moving and shaking I was experiencing, was the creation and ground desperately wanting Jesus to manifest. I then got these verses in context: NENT Rom 8:19-23 For the earnest expectation of the creation awaiteth the revelation of the sons of God. (The first manifestation of the sons of God is the first fruits Man-child reformers because the Son of God is manifested in them.) 20 For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but by reason of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself also shall be freed from the bondage of corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, WE ourselves also groan within ourselves, awaiting our adoption, the redemption of our body. Ray of Light Tianna Fire 4/12/23 I saw a Holy Angel representing Jesus and he was standing very close to me so He looked very big. I couldn't see too much behind him because He was so close to me. (He is closer than our breath.) But suddenly I was able to see behind him and there were dark storm clouds surrounding the entire sky, except for a tiny ray of light shining through or in between a cloud. Everything else was dark, and I felt like an urgency, and He said "I Am coming". I felt He is so very close already, and not far away. Rev 22:7 And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the words of the prophecy of this book. Rev 22:12 Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to each man according as his work is. A Quick Change Anonymous 6/21/23 (David's notes in red) “There will be a quick change coming soon and more of My Son will be manifesting through you and those that choose ALL of Me. I am increasing and quickly, be ready each moment. LET GO OF EVERYTHING that is NOT Me. Let go of ALL doubt and unbelief. Let go of all carnal and worldly thinking. Everything you think you know and what you know is changing into Me. You will begin to not recognize yourself, but you will see Me in you (and our other Brethren.) Completely in unity in Me you will soon be, closer and closer each moment becoming one together fully in Christ. Time is now. Stop thinking and looking to the future (planning the future) or past but focus on each moment you are in now. I Am now. Time is now. My Son focused on this moment, His Mind was and is on all of you. Let go of all the distractions that stop you from bathing in My presence. Let go of all those little sins you think are hidden, I see all, and I want all evil out of you. No evil is in My son as there will be no evil in His Bride, now and for eternity. Time is ticking and passing quicker than you think, things will start proceeding more rapidly. In an instance I will be; don't look back. Let go of all your carnal desires and senses and interests in this world. Face Me only. Look to Me. Think of Me. Communion with Me every moment. I Am in you and for you and everything is from Me. Look to Me and you will keep my peace, my joy and my pleasure that is beyond anything in the natural. I am coming sooner, get ready now. Don't miss out on the things I have for you. Each minute and second, I have a gift for you and when you aren't in Me you miss out on what I wanted to give you. Don't look away or to the enemy. Only Me. I Am coming and am already here; look and see”. (I sense that this is going to be coming and happening quicker than we expect.) The Lion Of Judah Comes To David's House Vanessa Weeks about 5/23/23 (David's notes in red) In a dream, we of UBM were at David's house for a meeting in the day time. (Representing the David Man-child's house.) The house looked different on the outside. It was in a neighborhood and had white steps going up to a white front door that had a screen door that opened from the right. (The white steps mean only those who walk righteously can come up and into the door to the right.) Psalm 15:1-5 A Psalm of David. Jehovah, who shall sojourn in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill? (Zion) 2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, And speaketh truth in his heart; 3 He that slandereth not with his tongue, Nor doeth evil to his friend, Nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbor; 4 In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honoreth them that fear Jehovah; He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not; 5 He that putteth not out his money to interest, Nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. I saw people coming to David's house that I did not know. (Revival of people to come to a true house of God.) As people were coming in, some would put money in a basket that was attached to the bottom of the screen door. I knew in the dream that the money was for the ministry. I also saw Leon coming up the steps and into the door. (The lion of Judah - Jesus in the Man-child.) When he came in, he put bills in the basket. (His reward is with him, and that is in the scripture I received for the dream.) I was surprised to see the money in the basket, because people in the neighborhood could see the money and I thought they could take it. No one was concerned about this, and then I woke up. (Isa 61:8 For I, Jehovah, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.) I received by faith at random for this dream, Isa. 40:7. In context Isa 40:6-11 The voice of one saying, Cry. And one said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field. 7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth, because the breath of Jehovah bloweth upon it; surely the people is grass. 8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; but the word of our God shall stand forever. 9 O thou that tellest good tidings to Zion, get thee up on a high mountain; O thou that tellest good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold, your God! 10 Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a mighty one, and his arm (Jesus, the arm of the Lord) will rule for him: Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. 11 He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young. Father, thank You that Your breath blows on the fleshy people so their plans to steal or hurt us will fail. Thank You also that You are coming with Your reward, and Your recompense is before You. One Body Tianna Fire 4/21/23 (David's notes in red) I cut my finger and there was a lot of blood. I felt faint so I went and sat down. I was thinking about how something so small could hurt and affect me so much. Then in response, I heard: "This is how My Body should feel when another member (brethren) gets hurt, going through a trial or suffering. When something in the body isn't functioning how it is meant to, it doesn't just hurt that area, but all other areas. It also affects the mind and a person's thinking, and the body tries its hardest to fix or heal the hurting or broken area. When the body is in unity it quickly heals and restores what is broken. So, it is as when the brethren are in unity in order to help other brethren in need, the healing and deliverance manifests quicker. In unity there is much power, in unity the sick are quickly healed and captives are set free. There is much power in unity in the physical and spiritual. I Am one body, one Mind and so are My people. When the body relaxes and rests, it heals quicker; just as when you rest in Me your healing manifests. Be one mind, one soul, one spirit and one body. I Am One.” Psa 133:1 A Song of Ascents; of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, That ran down upon the beard, Even Aaron's beard; That came down upon the skirt of his garments; 3 Like the dew of Hermon, That cometh down upon the mountains of Zion: For there Jehovah commanded the blessing, Even life for evermore. Eph 4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all. 1Co 12:12-31 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ. 13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many. 15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body. 16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 18 But now hath God set the members each one of them in the body, even as it pleased him. 19 And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20 But now they are many members, but one body. (of Christ. He lives in His body by Word and Spirit.) 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of thee: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 Nay, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be more feeble are necessary: 23 and those parts of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness; 24 whereas our comely parts have no need: but God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked; 25 that there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26 And whether one member suffereth, all the members suffer with it; or one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and severally members thereof. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, divers kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 have all gifts of healings? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31 But desire earnestly the greater gifts. And moreover a most excellent way show I unto you. Mat 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest to your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden light. Supernatural Experience: Lights Raynaldo Portela 2023 My grandma died a few months ago, and I was so sad. My wife and I decided to go to San Diego, and while I was driving, beautiful thunders followed us for 6 hours. Then when we arrived in San Diego, I went to sleep, and I dreamed that I was praying for my grandma while she was dead in the bed. I prayed a few times, and she came to life, and she looked bright and beautiful, and she said, “My son, don't cry. I'm more alive than ever,” and she flew away. Then I looked to the sky and it was full of green, beautiful lights. I think those lights are called Auroras. (Even though this is a beautiful dream to comfort Raynaldo in the physical, there's a spiritual revelation, in that the original Gospel, represented by the grandmother, is going to be revived by the fervent prayers of the saints for the end-times.) UBM, Refuge from the Storm David Eells In a vivid dream an elderly white-haired man sat at His desk looking at some papers. He was also watching me with an expression of pleasant approval as I lay on a couch next to Him, also looking at some papers. It was revealed to me that He was leaving me with a billion dollars to take care of His house and property. There were household servants who looked on. (The elderly white-haired man represents our heavenly Father who will provide Unleavened Bread Ministries with everything necessary to care for that portion of His house and property that He has left us to care for. The house represents His holy people and His property represents those who are under the blood and in the process of becoming holy. I represent UBM, which is a body of saints committed to preparing the elect to walk in the steps of Jesus. The papers we were looking at represent the Biblical, legal contract between the Father and us that guarantees all these things. The servants are the angels who serve His people to bring this to pass. I was lying down in a restful position, signifying that it would not be by the works of UBM. but as we rest from our own works the grace of God will bring it to pass.) Afterward I saw myself walking through the house and looking out a front window. I saw that a storm was raging and that the property outside the boundaries of our property was being devastated. (Curt had a very similar dream that a fire burned right up to our property line but no further.) Trees were being blown away and the landscape was becoming desolate. (Looking out the front window is to look into the future, or what is before the house. The raging storm is tribulations to come. The world outside the property will be devastated to prepare a wilderness to motivate God's people to flee to the Kingdom of God through repentance and faith. This is abiding in Christ, the secret place of the Most High God. Trees blown away represent people's lives being destroyed who do not abide in the shelter of Christ.) Next, I saw that inside the boundary of the property were all kinds of animals. I knew that the billion dollars was given to shelter and take care of these. (After the dream I thought how much this seemed like the beasts who fled to Noah's ark for safety from the storm to come. Solomon taught that men are as beasts. Ecc 3:18-19 I said in my heart, [It is] because of the sons of men, that God may prove them, and that they may see that they themselves are [but as] beasts. 19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; and man hath no preeminence above the beasts: for all is vanity. I have shared in our teachings that the different peculiarities of the animals represent the different strengths and weaknesses of men. The different species can also be seen as different unclean sects, divisions or denominations.) Peter was being prepared by a trance vision to accept into the Kingdom those men he considered to be unclean beasts. Act 10:11-16 and he beholdeth the heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending, as it were a great sheet, let down by four corners upon the earth: 12 wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts and creeping things of the earth and birds of the heaven. 13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill and eat. 14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common and unclean. 15 And a voice [came] unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, make not thou common. 16 And this was done thrice: and straightway the vessel was received up into heaven. (Immediately after this vision Peter was invited to the house of Cornelius and he perceived that God had revealed to him that He had cleansed the lost, unclean Gentiles through the sacrifice of Jesus.) 10:28 and he said unto them, Ye yourselves know how it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to join himself or come unto one of another nation; and [yet] unto me hath God showed that I should not call any man common or unclean... 34 And Peter opened his mouth and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 but in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is acceptable to him. (At this point Peter preached the Gospel to all who were in Cornelius' house and they were saved and filled with the Holy Spirit.) Many unclean beast people will be fleeing the judgments on the world and apostate Christianity and coming into the shelter of the kingdom through our ministry. These were sanctified of their beastly character by the sacrifice of Jesus and we will have to deal with those peculiarities by faith and the Word. Some of them will ultimately not be saved for they will not continue in the faith and endure to the end to be delivered of their beastly appetites. Next, I saw as I looked out of a front window, a rhinoceros charging towards the window. At the last minute it veered off and went down the left side of the house. (Where the goats go) I turned and ran to the back of the house and looked out the back window to see lions and a rhino calf peacefully in the back yard together with other animals. I supposed that the rhinoceros was thinking to protect its own but there was no threat; they were all at peace. (We believe the rhino lifting up its horn on high is the factious predators who are never at peace with the righteous.) Notice that the animals are at peace like they must have been in Peter's sheet and Noah's ark. This symbolizes the one flock with one shepherd that Jesus said would come. Mat 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called sons of God. In Isaiah 11:1-5 the Branch is Jesus in the man-child ministry as in Jer.23:1-6. Then it also speaks of the animals being at peace and protected and led by the man-child. Isa.11:6-9 And the wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them (man-child). 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain (Kingdom of God); for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea. The rest of this speaks of gathering God's people to their spiritual Land of Promise and bringing peace between them while conquering the old man in the land. Chapter 12 speaks of them drinking freely of God's salvation. And chapter 13 is the day of the Lord and fall of America. Here the shepherds and their flocks are gone but the "wild beasts," especially "goats" (wicked and apostates) and "wolves" (apostate false leaders) are left to "cry in their castles" (churches). 13:19-22 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans' pride, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 ...neither shall shepherds make their flocks to lie down there. 21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and ostriches shall dwell there, and wild goats shall dance there. 22 And wolves shall cry in their castles, and jackals in the pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.) Looking out the front window in this dream represents seeing into the future, and the left side, where the rhinoceros went, represents where the goats walk. Just as it is now, some self-righteous, competitive, ambitious, sectarian, factious, domineering types will seek to separate those of their own kind and their own thinking from the body when in reality they are in the safest place to be. This also may be speaking of a larger future scenario that involves the new world order religion seeking to separate those who may be proven to belong to them from those at peace with God and each other. They will not be ashamed to use the weapon at their disposal to gore those who have been given authority. The rhinoceros first aimed at me and then at those who agreed with me. Some like Judas will go to the place ordained for them because of their selfish ambition and because they abuse their freedom in Christ until they are reprobated. Gal 5:10 I have confidence to you-ward in the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be... 13 For ye, brethren, were called for freedom; only [use] not your freedom for an occasion to the flesh, but through love be servants one to another. 14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 15 But if ye bite and devour one another (as the wild beasts normally do), take heed that ye be not consumed one of another (as the wild beasts). 16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.... 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties, 21 envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practice such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. The Church Called Brotherly Love Mark Fritts 12/26/04 (David's notes in red) I woke up and this question came to my mind. What church is the church I am visiting today, for the second time, in relation to Revelation two? I don't know why I asked this but the Lord immediately said, "number three," which I discovered to be the Church of Pergamos. (They were rebuked for the Nicolaitan error of being lords over God's flock and the Balaam error of following idols (like a false Jesus) and feeding God's people greasy grace doctrines.) I asked the Lord to show me if I should tell the pastor of this church and He led me to Acts 18: 9 "Be not afraid but speak and hold not thy peace”. So, I left the pastor a letter explaining what I thought the Lord was saying to this "Word of Faith" church. (Many of these lack the crucified life.) Why do things like this continually happen to me? My wife is tired of me having tough words for churches. She wants us to settle down in a church and find a good youth group for our kids. I asked the Lord to show me what I should say to this church if they don't repent and I believe he said, "Ezekiel fourteen". (In this chapter strong delusion came upon those who set up idols in their heart.) Then I asked the Lord what church Unleavened Bread Bible Study represented and I heard, "number six". I did not know Philadelphia was the sixth church. (Philadelphia is the only church that was not rebuked but was promised, "I also will keep thee from the hour of trial". Philadelphia means "love of the brethren," Philo = love; adolphos = a brother. It is interesting that "adelphus" means "first from the womb," A = alpha - first; delphus = the womb. The man-child ministry will be the first-born from the womb of the church.) Rev 3:7-10 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth and none shall shut, and that shutteth and none openeth (Authority to bind and loose): 8 I know thy works (behold, I have set before thee a door opened, which none can shut) (The wicked try but fail), that thou hast a little power, and didst keep my word, and didst not deny my name. 9 Behold, I give of the synagogue of Satan (Because they worship satan but they think he is God), of them that say they are Jews, and they are not, but do lie; (Not circumcised in heart) behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou didst keep the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of trial, that [hour] which is to come upon the whole world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Jas 1:3-4 knowing that the proving of your faith worketh patience. 4 And let patience have its perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing. The kind of faith seen in this Galatians text causes us to "dwell in heavenly places in Christ". Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. (Our text in Revelation 3:7-13 shows that the Philadelphia Church will escape the hour of trial that would "try them that dwell upon the earth", rather than dwelling "in Heavenly places in Christ". This Church represents the Bride who, like the Shulammite in Song of Solomon, the Bride in Esther and the Bride in Psalm 45, will escape in the King's house on earth. This is no pre-trib rapture, for the Bride will raise up the virgins, as in these cases.) I believe the Words to the Churches in the Book of Revelation represent the condition of the seven churches. Some have not died to self at all and need a crucifixion. And some had died a little but still have a long way to go. The tribulation will perfect those who are willing to go to their cross for their crucifixion. Mat 16:24-25 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 25 For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it. Back to the Philadelphia Church in Rev 3:11-13 I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown. 12 He that overcometh, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God , and he shall go out thence no more: (Meaning to Abide continually in Jesus, the Word) and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem (The Bride), which cometh down out of heaven from my God, and mine own new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. Is the Son Coming in You? David Eells (2Cor.3:18) But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit. If our face is truly unveiled, we accept what happened at the cross and see by faith the finished work of Christ in the mirror. Only in this walk of faith are we "transformed into the same image". We accept by faith that God made an exchange of Christ's life for our life. (Col.1:22) yet now hath he reconciled (Greek: "exchanged") in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreproveable before him: (23) if so be that ye continue in the faith, grounded and stedfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel.... Through this exchange we died and Christ now lives in us by faith. (Gal.2:20) I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. Only seeing the real Jesus in the mirror by faith will transform us into the "same image". Aspiring to be like "another Jesus", as Paul called it in 2 Corinthians 11:4, will not bring forth Christ but antichrist in us. Having our eyes on self, our ability, our failure, is to see our "natural face in a mirror" and is not walking by faith. This will bring no power to obey but will make us hearers and not doers of the Word. (Jas.1:23) For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror. These are the ones who do not unite faith with the Gospel so that Christ can be manifested in them. (Eph.4:13) [T]ill we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a fullgrown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. Paul is confident in the power of God to do this declaring "that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God" (3:19). Those who wish to live the old life believe that it is not possible that Christ could be manifest in this body. (2Cor.4:10) [A]lways bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body. (11) For we who live are always delivered unto death (to self) for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh. Notice he speaks of Jesus coming in this mortal flesh, not glorified bodies. In Paul's day they were falling away from this truth, which led to many dark centuries of apostasy. (Gal.4:19) My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ be formed in you. (Gal.2:20) I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ liveth in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. I am learning that it is not I, living the Christian life and doing the works of Christ, but it is I accepting my death and exercising faith so that Christ may live and do His works through me. Jesus gave up a natural body in order to take up a corporate body so that He could continue on a much larger scale His deliverance of this fallen creation. (1Cor.12:27) Now ye are the body of Christ, and severally members thereof. We are not the body of "another Jesus", a weak and worthless Jesus. We are the body of the same Jesus Who walked in that first body, exercising God's power to set the captives free. (Heb.13:8) Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and today, [yea] and forever. It is sad that most do not agree that Christ's plan is to continue exercising the sovereignty that He had in His first body, in His second. (Amos 3:3) Shall two walk together, except they have agreed? We must agree with Jesus working through His body today to do the Fathers' work, that the body of Jesus today, would walk as Jesus did in His first body 2000 years ago. Through faith in the Gospel we can expect the life of Jesus to be manifested in our human bodies. The life of Christ is not only His fruit but also His ministry, as we shall see. Those who teach that we cannot expect the life of Christ in this life are deceivers. Those who preach that as long as we are in this body we will always be in bondage to sin are deceivers. (2Jn.7) For many deceivers are gone forth (from the Church) into the world, [even] they that confess not that Jesus Christ cometh in the flesh. The KJV falsely says "is come in the flesh" because they thought this spoke of His first body. There is no manuscript that says this. Even the Received Text says "coming in flesh". The ancient manuscripts also say this and the numeric pattern proves it to be true. When Jesus physically comes again, He will have a glorified body, not one of flesh, however, He is coming now in the flesh of His body of true believers. Those who preach that our ultimate hope here is only to be forgiven, and not transformed, are deceivers. Paul explained that he was revealing a mystery with the words "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Col.1:27). He said that the wisdom in this mystery was to "present every man perfect (complete or mature) in Christ" (28). The seed of Christ must become manifested (bear fruit) in us "from glory to glory". (Col.3:4) When Christ, [who is] our life, shall be manifested, then shall ye also with him be manifested in glory. Christ manifested in us has power over sin and the curse around us. (See our book Sovereign God, For Us and Through Us) As we come to realize the purpose of Christ is to live in us, our faith in what He can do in us and through us grows exponentially. (Phm.1:6) [T]hat the fellowship (Greek: "sharing in common") of thy faith may become effectual, in the knowledge of every good thing which is in you, unto Christ. The seed of Christ that we have received has the potential for the whole plant but it must have the fertile ground of repentance and faith. Suffering brings about this repentance, which is the suffering on our own spiritual cross of death to self. (Rom.8:16) The Spirit himself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God: (17) and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified with [him]. Notice that "we are children of God" and we will be heirs if we suffer the death of self that Christ may be glorified in us. "Child" is the Greek word teknon, which is always distinct from the word for "son", which is huios. Jesus is always called the "huios" of God. Vine's Expository Dictionary describes the difference. "Teknon, a child...gives prominence to the fact of birth, whereas 'huios' stresses the dignity and character of the relationship". A born again spirit makes us a child of God but only a born again soul gives us a pure and mature relationship with Him that a son like Jesus has. Our soul is our character, our mind, will, and emotions. Our spirit is reborn through an initial gift from God of repentance and faith. The soul is born from above by obedience to the Word given to that spirit. (Jas.1:21) Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted (or rooted) word, which is able to save your souls. "Christians" who will not be ruled by the Word are deluded. (22) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves. Paul speaks of salvation as a process that Christians must cooperate in by standing in the faith of the Gospel to "hold fast the word" or else they "believed in vain". (1Cor.15:1) Now I make known unto you brethren, the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye received, wherein also ye stand, (2) by which also ye are (Greek: "are being") saved, if ye hold fast the word which I preached unto you, except ye believed in vain. The ancient manuscripts, the numeric pattern, and the Received Text say, "are being saved" here. Peter teaches us to see the soul as already saved by faith but he also shows us that obedience to the Word is the method of manifesting soul salvation. (1Pet.1:22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth unto unfeigned love of the brethren, love one another from the heart fervently: (23) having been begotten (born) again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God. We are to endure in our faith to see the manifestation of soul salvation. (9) [R]eceiving the end of your faith, [even] the salvation of [your] souls. The soul that is born again manifests the nature of Jesus or the nature of son-ship. It is a soul submitted to the spirit that is led by the Spirit of God. (Rom.8:14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. To manifest Jesus, the huios of God, is to manifest son-ship. The Scriptures do not teach the lying gospel of "just accept Jesus" that fills churches with tares. Jesus is the One Who does not accept anyone who does not repent, meaning change their mind, and believe the Word. Just as in Jesus' day the creation of God was waiting for a Son to come with the Word of deliverance from the curse of corruption, so it is in our day. (19) For the earnest expectation of the creation waiteth for the revealing of the sons of God.... (21) that the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. In Jesus' day spiritual children had led His creation into bondage to corrupt religion and sin but God sent His Son to deliver them with the unleavened bread. So it will be in our day. The foundations have been destroyed by many generations of children put in positions of leadership by those who have wanted their ears tickled. In times of apostasy God gives them what they want. (Isa.3:4) And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. (5) And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbor: the child shall behave himself proudly against the old man (mature), and the base against the honorable. ... (12) As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they that lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths. God's solution will be to reveal His sons whom He will use to restore a repentant remnant with the truth that sets free. Jesus in His first body offered this deliverance to "the lost sheep of the house of Israel" before there was a great falling away, but Jesus in the corporate man-child will offer it to the called of the "whole creation" to restore the elect. (Rom.8:22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. The work of the Spirit is to bring us to adoption: spirit, soul, and ultimately body. Jesus was the Son of God abiding in the Son of Man. He was the Son in Spirit and Soul when He still inhabited a body of the seed of David (Rom.1:3). His ability to fully walk in the kingdom came when He received His redeemed, glorified, body. So shall it be with the man-child manifested sons. They will first manifest son-ship in spirit and then progressively in soul through persecution and suffering as it was with Jesus. (Heb.5:8) though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered; (9) and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation.... Through this stage the man-child sons will minister in power to the called of God as it was with our pattern, Jesus. Then back in Romans we see the last step of full adoption through the new body. (Rom.8:23) And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for [our] adoption, [to wit], the redemption of our body. Our faith, like our Father's faith, "calleth the things that are not as though they were" (Rom.4:17), so we must claim our son-ship before we see it. (Gal.3:26) For ye are all sons of God, through faith, in Christ Jesus. The manifestation will come to those who walk by faith beholding the Son in the mirror. However, as long as we walk as a child we are servants in bondage and do not realize our heritage of being lords of our Father's domain. (4:1) But I say that so long as the heir is a child, he differeth nothing from a bondservant though he is lord of all; (2) but is under guardians and stewards until the day appointed of the Father. Servants do not serve for love as sons do and they do not have authority over a father's domain. All sons are servants of their father but not all servants are sons. Christians who are children are in bondage to the principles of the world. They walk by their physical senses instead of by faith. Sons live according to faith principles of the kingdom. (3) So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the rudiments (Greek: "first principles") of the world: (4) but when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, (5) that he might redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Paul exhorts children, who walk under law to religion, to receive the gift of son-ship by faith in what Jesus did. Those who seek to be justified by the works of the Law (whether man-made or Old Testament) are children of bondage and cut-off from Christ and grace. (Gal.5:4) Ye are severed from Christ, ye who would be justified by the law; ye are fallen away from grace. For this reason Paul said unto them: (4:19) My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ (son-ship) be formed in you. Those who claim their son-ship and the authority and privileges that go with it because of the redemption wrought in Christ are accounted as sons. We are "justified (Greek meaning accounted righteous) by faith in Christ" (2:16). If I believe that "I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ liveth in me" (20), then I am a son by faith even if I am not yet by manifestation. (3:6) Even as Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned unto him for righteousness. (7) Know therefore that they that are of faith, the same are sons of Abraham. Therefore, if we have received the Spirit of Christ and believe that He now lives in us to do His works, we are sons by faith. (4:6) And because ye are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, Abba, Father. (7) So that thou art no longer a bondservant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God. Those who live as joint-heirs with Christ are walking in the faith of son-ship and will manifest His works by God's power. Jesus said, "He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father (Jn.14:12). God is carefully bringing His servant/children who walk by faith to manifest son-ship, first the man-child and then those disciples who follow in His steps. (Pr.29:21) He that delicately bringeth up his servant from a child shall have him become a son at the last. While the apostates were waiting for the coming Messiah, He was being manifest in their midst as a man-child born to a woman. According to this type the apostates in our day are waiting for Jesus to come in the sky to save them. The do not understanding that He will come first manifested in the man-child just as He did in Jesus' day. The Son will come to be manifested only in those children who "abide in Him". This is what the manifestation of son-ship is. Those who do not manifest son-ship will be "ashamed" like the man without the wedding garment, when they physically see Jesus. (1Jn.2:28) And now, [my] little children, abide in him; that, if he shall be manifested (in us as son-ship), we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming (Greek: Parousia, meaning His physical "presence"). Both the ancient manuscripts and the numeric pattern say, "if He be manifested" here. "If" shows that only the "children" who manifest Jesus or son-ship will not be "ashamed" when He comes. The KJV translated this "when He shall appear" because they thought this was a reference to Jesus' physical coming, which truly is a "when" and not an "if". A major problem with this translation is it has Jesus' coming twice at the same time. "When he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming". However "manifested" here is the Greek word Phaneroo, meaning "to appear or make visible". It comes from the root word Phan meaning "to shine". The same word used in many other places plainly shows us that the glory of Jesus will "shine" out of our "mortal bodies" to "appear" to the world. (2Cor.4:11) For we who live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested (Phaneroo meaning "shining appearance") in our mortal flesh. Obviously this is a spiritual shining of the righteous glory of God out of us but sometimes God allows even lost people to see it. Around 1984 I was witnessing to a man who said, "I saw you some years ago and there was a light shining out of you wherever you went and I wondered what it meant". Recently, I did some conferences that were video taped and went all over the country. On the same day two people contacted me, one from Washington and the other, a prophet from Florida. They both said that as they watched the video they saw a light shining out of me. (6) Seeing it is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Notice in the same text that if we know the true "face of Jesus Christ" in the mirror by faith His glory will shine in us. (3:18) But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory. (Col.3:4) When Christ, [who is] our life, shall be manifested (in us), then shall ye also with him be manifested (shining appearance) in glory. Back in our 1 John text, we see that when we are children He has not yet made His shining appearance in us. (1Jn.3:2) Beloved, now are we children (teknon) of God, and it is not yet made manifest (shining appearance) what we shall be. (If He makes His shining appearance in us "we shall be like him".) We know that, if he shall be manifested (shining appearance, i.e. in us), we shall be like him; for we shall see him even as he is (in the mirror). The ancient manuscripts, the numeric pattern, and the Received Text all say "if he be manifested" here. Notice also that those who "see him even as he is" in the mirror by faith "shall be like him". We must believe that "as he is, even so are we in this world" (1Jn.4:17). The rest of this text confirms this manifestation of Jesus will come in those who have "confident expectation" of it. (1Jn.3:3) And every one that hath this hope (Greek: "a good, confident expectation") [set] on him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. Can we purify ourselves as "as he is pure"? Those who have a "confident expectation" of this manifestation of Christ in them will receive grace to walk in it. (Titus 2:11) For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, (12) instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world; (Only those who are "looking for" the "shining appearance" of Jesus' glory from them will have it.) (13) looking for the blessed hope and appearing (Greek: Epiphaneia meaning "a shining forth") of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; (Notice that this does not speak of the coming of the Lord but of the coming of His glory. Epiphaneia here speaks of Jesus' coming in us and is distinct from Parousia, which speaks of His personal "presence" or coming. In other words, He will come for those from whom He is "shining forth". He is coming in His saints before He comes for His saints. To this end He sacrificed Himself.) (14) who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works. The man-child is those who are the First-fruits company to manifest the glory of this purity. Those who fight the good fight of faith shall have this epiphany of Jesus, either as the man-child or as the woman He leads into this understanding. (2Tim.4:7) I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith: (8) henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give to me at that day; and not to me only, but also to all them that have loved his appearing (Epiphaneia). Like Paul, those who have loved His "shining forth" in them shall have the "crown of righteousness". There are many who reject these awesome promises of "Christ in you" satisfied merely to get their toe in the door, but God has no interest in promoting the lukewarm. Those who justify their "just accept Jesus" religion in order to live as they like will not have eternal life, much less be in the First-fruits man-child. They may be servants but are not sons. (Jn.8:34) Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Every one that committeth sin is the bondservant of sin. (35) And the bondservant abideth not in the house for ever: the son abideth forever. Those who have imputed son-ship through their faith in the true Gospel are included with these eternal sons. Both sons and servants have been given the First-fruits of their inheritance here on earth but the sons will keep their inheritance and the servants will not. (Eze.46:16) Thus saith the Lord: If the prince (Jesus) give a gift unto any of his sons, it is his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance. (17) But if he give of his inheritance a gift to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince; but as for his inheritance, it shall be for his sons. Notice that when Jesus returns to set at "liberty" His own, He will take the gift He had given to the servants who had not born the fruit of son-ship, and give it to the sons. Jesus confirmed this in several parables. He described Himself giving gifts of His inheritance called "talents" to His servants. (Mt.25:14) For [it is] as [when] a man, going into another country, called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. (15) And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to each according to his several ability; and he went on his journey.... (19) Now after a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and maketh a reckoning with them. He finds that two of these servants have used their talents and brought forth hundred-fold fruit; the servant with the five talents brought forth five more and the servant with the two talents brought forth two more. The servant with the one talent reported that he "hid thy talent in the earth: lo, thou hast thine own". In other words he kept what was given and used it for earthly purposes but bore no fruit. Jesus will accept no excuses from these fruitless servants. (28) Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath the ten talents. You see, the inheritance of the fruitless servants will be taken away and given to the sons. (29) For unto every one that hath (fruit) shall be given (inheritance), and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not (fruit), even that which he hath shall be taken away. (30) And cast ye out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth. Printer-friendly version © 2017 UBM | Unleavened Bread Ministries. By grace I live. By grace I am released. Grace is an aspect of the Love of God which is most like the state prevailing in the unity of truth. It is the world's most lofty aspiration, for it leads beyond the world entirely. It is past learning, yet the goal of learning, for grace cannot come until the mind prepares itself for true acceptance. Grace becomes inevitable instantly in those who have prepared a table where it can be gently laid and willingly received; an altar clean and holy for the gift. Grace is acceptance of the Love of God within a world of seeming hate and fear. By grace alone the hate and fear are gone, for grace presents a state so opposite to everything the world contains, that those whose minds are lighted by the gift of grace can not believe the world of fear is real. Grace is not learned. The final step must go beyond all learning. Grace is not the goal this course aspires to attain. Yet we prepare for grace in that an open mind can hear the Call to waken. It is not shut tight against God's Voice. It has become aware that there are things it does not know, and thus is ready to accept a state completely different from experience with which it is familiarly at home. We have perhaps appeared to contradict our statement that the revelation of the Father and the Son as one has been already set. But we have also said the mind determines when that time will be, and has determined it. And yet we urge you to bear witness to the Word of God to hasten the experience of truth, and speed its advent into every mind that recognizes truth's effects on you. Oneness is simply the idea God is. And in His Being, He encompasses all things. No mind holds anything but Him. We say "God is," and then we cease to speak, for in that knowledge words are meaningless. There are no lips to speak them, and no part of mind sufficiently distinct to feel that it is now aware of something not itself. It has united with its Source. And like its Source Itself, it merely is. We cannot speak nor write nor even think of this at all. We merely take the part assigned long since, and fully recognized as perfectly fulfilled by Him Who wrote salvation's script in His Creator's Name, and in the Name of His Creator's Son. There is no need to further clarify what no one in the world can understand. When revelation of your oneness comes, it will be known and fully understood. Now we have work to do, for those in time can speak of things beyond, and listen to words which explain what is to come is past already. Yet what meaning can the words convey to those who count the hours still, and rise and work and go to sleep by them? Suffice it, then, that you have work to do to play your part. The ending must remain obscure to you until your part is done. It does not matter. For your part is still what all the rest depends on. As you take the role assigned to you, salvation comes a little nearer each uncertain heart that does not beat as yet in tune with God. Forgiveness is the central theme that runs throughout salvation, holding all its parts in meaningful relationships, the course it runs directed and its outcome sure. How could you finally attain to it forever, while a part of you remains outside, unknowing, unawakened, and in need of you as witness to the truth? Be grateful to return, as you were glad to go an instant, and accept the gifts that grace provided you. You carry them back to yourself. And revelation stands not far behind. Its coming is ensured. We ask for grace, and for experience that comes from grace. We welcome the release it offers everyone. We do not ask for the unaskable. We do not look beyond what grace can give. For this we can give in the grace that has been given us. Our learning goal today does not exceed this prayer. Yet in the world, what could be more than what we ask this day of Him Who gives the grace we ask, as it was given Him? By grace I live. By grace I am released. By grace I give. By grace I will release.- Jesus Christ in A Course in Miracles, Lesson 169

REVIEW IV Introduction Now we review again, this time aware we are preparing for the second part of learning how the truth can be applied. Today we will begin to concentrate on readiness for what will follow next. Such is our aim for this review, and for the lessons following. Thus, we review the recent lessons and their central thoughts in such a way as will facilitate the readiness that we would now achieve. There is a central theme that unifies each step in the review we undertake, which can be simply stated in these words: My mind holds only what I think with God. That is a fact, and represents the truth of What you are and What your Father is. It is this thought by which the Father gave creation to the Son, establishing the Son as co-creator with Himself. It is this thought that fully guarantees salvation to the Son. For in his mind no thoughts can dwell but those his Father shares. Lack of forgiveness blocks this thought from his awareness. Yet it is forever true. Let us begin our preparation with some understanding of the many forms in which the lack of true forgiveness may be carefully concealed. So do we start each practice period in this review with readying our minds to understand the lessons that we read, and see the meaning that they offer us. Begin each day with time devoted to the preparation of your mind to learn what each idea you will review that day can offer you in freedom and in peace. Open your mind, and clear it of all thoughts that would deceive, and let this thought alone engage it fully, and remove the rest: My mind holds only what I think with God. Five minutes with this thought will be enough to set the day along the lines which God appointed, and to place His Mind in charge of all the thoughts you will receive that day. And we will use no format for our practicing but this: Each hour of the day, bring to your mind the thought with which the day began, and spend a quiet moment with it. Then repeat the two ideas you practice for the day unhurriedly, with time enough to see the gifts that they contain for you, and let them be received where they were meant to be. We add no other thoughts, but let these be the messages they are. We need no more than this to give us happiness and rest, and endless quiet, perfect certainty, and all our Father wills that we receive as the inheritance we have of Him. Each day of practicing, as we review, we close as we began, repeating first the thought that made the day a special time of blessing and of happiness for us; and through our faithfulness restored the world from darkness to the light, from grief to joy, from pain to peace, from sin to holiness. God offers thanks to you who practice thus the keeping of His Word. And as you give your mind to the ideas for the day again before you sleep, His gratitude surrounds you in the peace wherein He wills you be forever, and are learning now to claim again as your inheritance. LESSON 141 My mind holds only what I think with God. (121) Forgiveness is the key to happiness. (122) Forgiveness offers everything I want.Jesus Christ in A Course in Miracles- Review iV- Lesson 141
In your relations with others, do you sometimes feel misunderstood? It could be by a close family member, a friend, a coworker, etc. The problem is that the content of your mind, heart, will, intention, and all of your past experiences are what go into directing your actions. And no one understands all of this except God. We do not even fully understand what we do and why we do it most of the time. As a result, it is easy for others to fail to understand us and what takes place within us. It can also be easy for others to misunderstand us and even judge us. This can be hard to take but we must not let it bother us. Instead, we must direct our concern only to that which our Lord thinks. His Mind and His judgment are all that matters. And the misunderstanding we may experience at times from others must be seen as an act of the permissive Will of our Lord, primarily to test and strengthen our Mercy for others (See Diary #700). Can you think of a time in which you recently experienced the misunderstanding of another? If so, rather than letting yourself become angry or hurt over this, allow it to test the depths of your own merciful heart. Accept this humiliation with grace and give thanks to God that He has permitted you to share in the same act of misunderstanding and judgment that He took upon Himself. In this, you are blessed to be invited to share in the distribution of His Divine Mercy. Lord, give me a merciful heart. When I am misunderstood, help me to accept this as an opportunity for grace, forgiveness and Mercy. Thank You for loving me enough to allow me to endure such a test. I give myself to You, dear Lord, so that You can work in and through me to be a witness of all that You endured. Jesus, I trust in You. In episode 228 of the Parker's Pensées Podcast, I'm joined by Dr. Kenny Pearce and Dr. Sam Lebens to discuss which view of God better explains the creation we live in, Hassidic Idealism, wherein we live in God's mind, or Berklean Idealism, wherein the external world is separate from God's mind but intimately dependent on it. (Of course these options aren't the only ones!). This episode is the culmination of two other episodes, one with Dr. Lebens and one with Dr. Pearce. Check them out here for more background on the discussion from this episode: Pearce: https://youtu.be/1nTmoFyWuQo Lebens: https://youtu.be/iPF_WsIhKDg If you like this podcast, then support it on Patreon for $3, $5 or more a month.
