Kadar ustrezne rešitve svojega problema ne najde, se po pomoč lahko obrne na enega od dvanajstih zastopnikov pacientovih pravic. Svoje pisarne imajo v Murski Soboti, Mariboru in Celju, v Ljubljani, Novem mestu in Kranju, v Kopru in v Novi Gorici. V Ravnah na Koroškem pa izbor zastopnika ravnokar poteka. Zastopnik pacientovih pravic za območje Ljubljane Marjan Sušelj je v svojem poročilu za leto 2024 zapisal, da je bilo lani največ kršitev na področju družinske medicine; sledita pediatrija in psihiatrija. Mnogi so mu poročali tudi o zapletenih in počasnih postopkih pri ugotavljanju invalidnosti, o zapletih pri uveljavljanju napotnic, o težavah s (pre)hitrim odpustom v domačo oskrbo. Kitap kulübümüzün 57'nci buluşmasında Cal Newport'un "Görmezden Gelemeyecekleri Kadar İyi Ol" adlı kitabını konuştuk.Tutkunuzun peşinden gidin diyenlerle bunu bir safsata olduğunu iddia edenler arasında siz nerede duruyorsunuz bilmiyorum ama Cal Newport, 2012'de yazdığı bu kitabında tutkunun peşinden gitme önerisine "zanaat zihniyeti" kavramı ile karşılık veriyor. Kitap, kariyer başarısının tutkudan çok beceri birikimine, yani "kariyer sermayesi"ne dayandığını savunuyor. Newport'a göre, önce bir alanda gerçekten iyi olmak, sonra bunun üzerine anlamlı ve tatmin edici bir kariyer inşa etmek gerekiyor.Toplantımızda kitabın ana mesajını değerli bulduk ancak farklı görüşler de ortaya çıktı. Kitabın çokça karşılaştığımız Amerikalı yazarların tarzında, aynı fikirlerin defalarca farklı şekillerde anlatılması bazılarımızı düşürmüş.Kitabın en güçlü yönünün "bilinçli uygulama" ve sürekli kendini zorlama vurgusu olduğunda hemfikirdik. Ancak yeteneklerimizi keşfetme konusunda özellikle ben yeterince yönlendirici olmadığını düşündüm. Ayrıca geri bildirim almanın zor olduğu bilgi işçiliği alanlarında ustalaşmanın zorlukları ve bunu aşmanın yolları üzerinde daha fazla durabilirdi bence.Bazılarımız kitabın çok girişimcilik odaklı olduğunu, kurumsal hayatta çalışanlar için daha pratik örnekler olabileceğini belirtti. Kitabın yazıldığı dönemi ve zamanın ruhunu yansıttığını, ama kişisel gelişim endüstrisinin pompaladığı trendlere karşı temkinli olmak gerektiğine değinenler oldu.Kendi deneyimlerimizden hareketle, iş değiştirmenin riskleri, tutkuyla misyon arasındaki farklar ve toplumun bizi belirli gündemlere odaklamaya yönlendirmesi üzerine değerlendirmeler yaptık. Based on Noman's research 32% of higher education lecturers use AI in teaching, but 77% have never received formal training on it. After being exposed to the so-called bad boys of bodybuilding with Double Trouble last year, Dave decided to pick the breakthrough movie for Peter and David Paul. The Canon Films sword-and-sorcery adventure, The Barbarians. The Barbarians (1987) was a quintessential example of 1980s sword-and-sorcery filmmaking, helmed by cult director Ruggero Deodato, best known for his controversial work on Cannibal Holocaust. Shot on location in Italy and Yugoslavia, the film embraced the rugged landscapes and ancient ruins of Eastern Europe to create its gritty, fantastical world. The producers, including the legendary Cannon Group, aimed to capitalize on the success of films like Conan the Barbarian, infusing the project with a mix of campy action and over-the-top theatrics. Real-life bodybuilder twin brothers Peter and David Paul, dubbed "The Barbarian Brothers," were cast as the lead warriors, their muscular physiques and comedic chemistry serving as the film's primary draw. The production leaned heavily into the aesthetics of the genre, with elaborate costumes, oversized weapons, and practical effects dominating the visual style. Special care was given to creating the film's larger-than-life set pieces, which often featured a mix of brutal combat and exaggerated physical comedy. The soundtrack, composed by Pino Donaggio, added an epic, adventurous tone to the film. While The Barbarians was far from a critical success, it gained a cult following for its unabashed embrace of cheesy spectacle and campy performances.
