What if your clothes are lowering your frequency? In this explosive guest episode of the Awake & Winning Podcast, Kaylor sits down with entrepreneur and truth speaker Lennie Moreno, the founder of Place of Elms, a luxury fashion brand rooted in integrity and spiritual alignment. Lennie shares his journey from building a 65-person tech company to walking away from the matrix entirely. Episode Highlights: awakening, alignment, entrepreneurship, frequency, sovereignty, integrity, fashion industry, political lies, personal power, spiritual mission, luxury with values, daily rituals Takeaways: Awakening often starts with questioning authority Real sovereignty begins with personal responsibility Integrity means aligning actions, words, and beliefs You vote with your dollar, even with clothing Nature is a portal to wisdom and creativity Meditation doesn't have to be rigid… follow what works Sacrifice is necessary to live in true alignment If this episode lit a fire under you, don't keep it to yourself.

The ELMS Project is about using archery to build confidence and mend spirits, particularly for kids from single-parent households or challenging backgrounds. Born from a passion for helping youth, it was inspired by Jackson, a young archer whose journey pushed the founders to formalize their efforts. The name "ELMS" ties to both traditional bow-making and the founders' family initials. The project is set to become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit by late 2024, with plans for youth hunts, archery mentorships, and partnerships with HHA USA. Future goals include outfitting kids with bows, organizing fundraising shoots, and fostering a supportive archery community. The heart of ELMS is simple: give kids a shot—literally and figuratively—at something bigger than themselves, using archery as a tool to shape confidence, character, and connection.

We welcome back Dr. Deborah Elms, Head of Trade Policy at Heinrich Foundation, Singapore, for a timely discussion on intensifying trade wars. We set the context by looking at the past decade of rising protectionism and the impact on the global economy. Deborah points out that despite all the frictions, global trade volume has increased. But at the same time, industry lobbying for protection has also risen, and the dream of creating numerous manufacturing jobs has remained largely unfulfilled. The irony is that protectionism, in today’s tech and automation-intensive production processes, rewards the capital owner much more than labour. We then think through the likely measures and possible retaliations under Trump 2.0. Later we move on to the state of various trade initiatives like CP-TPP and RCEP; Deborah highlights that much more needs to be done given the intensifying headwinds. We conclude with a fascinating discussion on the evolving nature of trade in goods vs services, diffused nature of ownership, and the various, specious national security arguments. Trade war is here to stay; analysts like Deborah are crucial in navigating through the resulting fog. We've been reporting over the last couple of weeks about a £358m underspend over the last three years from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs' £2.4 billion agriculture annual budget for England. Now, former DEFRA director and author of the National Food Strategy, Henry Dimbleby says it's critical that this money isn't lost from the farming budget. He also tells us what he wants to see in the government's new Environmental Land Management schemes, especially for upland farmers. Some upland farmers who've spent years in what are called Higher Level Stewardship agreements, which pay for farming in a way that benefits the environment and wildlife, say there is nothing they can apply for under ELMs at the moment. We hear from one farmer in the Lake District about his frustrations with the new schemes. Increases in offshore wind means in turn that the electricity generated has to brought inland, often requiring new infrastructure. Miles of underground cabling is being channelled through the countryside, with some farmers having little choice about whether it goes across their land. The weather over the last year has had a huge impact on food producers across the UK. With the apple harvest underway, we speak to a cider apple producer who says he's lost trees because of waterlogged orchards.Presented by Caz Graham and produced by Jo Peacey.

From worldwide tours with his band to a passion for leadership in owning some of the best Freddy's franchise locations in the county, we had a lot to talk about this week with Aaron Elms. Aaron is an incredible musician who toured for over a decade with Kingsdown, an NEA based band from the early 2000's. Six years ago, after his touring days were over, he found himself in a position to open the first Freddy's location in Batesville, AR, and now with Paragould's location coming under his leadership last week, he is a partner in four Arkansas Freddy's restaurants. His operating owner here in Paragould is a testament to his determination to raise up leaders to meet or exceed their own expectations.

"Release the Kraken!" We watched Clash of the Titans (1981) with our friend Darren Elms and we're ready to face Medusa! This Sword and Sandals epic may be from the early '80s but the cast, the costumes and the classic stop motion effects make you think twice (was it made in the '60s?). Heavily rerun throughout our youth we got to know Harry Hamiln's Perseus on his quest to defeat the gorgon Medusa and the "titan" the Kraken and we certainly got to know that body-ody-dy. But it's the women in this cast that made us revisit this movie every time. No one plays a woman scorned like Dame Maggie Smith as Thetis against Sir Laurence Olivier's mighty Zeus. The pantheon of Olympians in this movie is mostly women and they are fierce. Come on - Ursula Andress as Aphrodite! The ethereral Judi Bowker as Andromeda and Siân Phillips as her mother Cassiopeia are serving it up on a platter and the Stygian Witches are giving gruesome threesome first time in drag on Halloween. Throw in Pegasus, a little clockwork owl who speaks in whistles (and definitely isn't an R2-D2 ripoff) and the scariest incarnation of Medusa put on film and you have yourself a charming, nostalgic and super fun time.
